On n'aurait pas pu faire mieux sur Lantha !

Un des plus beau cadre de l'île. Un des seuls resort de l'ile où les bungalow sont orientés de manière à ne pas avoir de vis à vis. Le personnel est discret mais présent. L'accueil chaleureux. Les prestations sont hors normes ! Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'arrière saison dans ce cadre idyllique et avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci à toute l'équipe du Baanthai !

Ich würde diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen und es war

Wunderschöner Garten, Ruhe und die Küche.

Eigentlich nichts. Es waren am Anfang sehr viele Moskitos in unserer Villa. Nachdem man diese beseitigt hat ging es. Da Moskitonetze vor Fenster und Türen sind lag es vielleicht am RoomService die mit offenen Türen arbeiten.

Waren sehr entspannte drei Nächte.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte grüne Anlage. Die Bungalows waren sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und groß.

Da ab ca. 10:00 Uhr Ebbe war, konnte man das Meer am Strand des Resorts nicht nutzen.

off season - quiet and lovely

Villa was lovely, gardens were well maintained, pool was inviting, and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

As we were the only guests - we had to arrange in advance for lunch or dinner. I prefer not to be so scripted so I dined out.

Lovely boutique hotel with great personnel

Lovely personnel, great garden with lovely pool, great a la carte breakfast next to pool, most beautifull villas with all comforts.

Beach not the best for swimming, but nearby yiu can and pool is great

Amazing breakfast, extremely beautiful and well cared gardens. Friendly staff, especially 'Phoc' serving breakfast/lunch. Beautiful traditional Thai houses, supreme quality and comfort.

Just not being able to have dinner served in the evening. But other options in the neighborhood at walking distance.

Amazing and relaxing hotel with a wonderful staff

Very beautiful and clean room and hotel, staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing and prepared freshly for us every morning. The hotel is full of plants and flowers that smells amazing and make you feel in the heart of nature. Direct access to the beach, walking distance from restaurants and bars while being in a very calm space at the same time.

Being there in low season, the restaurant closed at 6 pm and there were no activities planned by the hotel. But that is a detail, we loved our stay.

Tranquil, beach dream

The villa was substantial with a very large bed, nicely decorated with towel art on arrival. The main room also had a seating area with a TV, a good sized kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and sink. The bathroom again was substantial, featured a large step in shower. The veranda provided a wonderfully tranquil area to lounge and watch the sunset over the sea. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and the staff were very attentive. The villa was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen. The gardens of Baan Thai Resort were very well maintained and appeared to have constant workers to maintain the cleanliness.

Another fantastic 8 days at Baan Thai . A beautiful resort - our absolute favourite on Koh Lanta

Super welcome from out host Nina who remembered us from 3 years ago. Great location, on the beach. comfortable bedroom. Breakfast selection good and lovely service from Lulu and Baiton. Great selection of bars ( especially Finns Stoned Bar ) and restaurants along the beach. the gardens are immaculate.

The only thing I would mention is that you have to be careful stepping into the shower.

Lush and verdant on the beach

Gorgeous property with lush gardens and meticulous attention to detail. Private and exclusive but not snobbish. Spacious villa (#1) with a beachfront view and plenty of outdoor seating. Location is secluded but accessible -- you can walk to many restaurants and bars on the beach. The staff were friendly and kindly let us check out late so we could maximize our enjoyment!

An absolute gem of a small resort.

This has to be one of the best run, most beautiful, small resorts in Thailand. it is on a quiet part of Klong Kong beach with plenty of great little beach bars and restaurants nearby. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms really well maintained. The staff are delightful and throughout whole resort there is great attention to detail. A wonderful place.

For a luxury relaxing holiday on Koh Lanta look no further.

Excellent accommodation in beautifully maintained gardens. All serviced by the friendliest most efficient staff who maintain a wonderful family atmosphere. Located at the quieter end of the beach it is still within easy walking distance of many great bars and eateries.

magical place

This resort is truly something special. it is extremely nicely decorated with all kinds of cute and tasteful details. One just feels the love and care they put into this place. the staff is also super kind and attentive, we felt welcome and pampered. highly recommended!

Perfect quiet and relaxing luxury.

The staff are so lovely here and make everything perfect. Great rooms and attention to detail. We felt very looked after and loved the flower arrangments every morning .

Beach is rocky so wear shoes to swim and you need to travel to go out. Transport us cheap and fast though. .

Amazing Garden location with great team and bungalows

stunning garden around the bungalows, small place with individual care. calm beach with a handful of decent restaurants and massage. the 3 ocean front bungalows have breathtaking views. breakfast also great quality and individually assorted. would definitely come back here anytime.

ocean swimming only possible at high tide times as otherwise too rocky. other than that, all perfect

Best Hotel I've been to!

The resort was very clean, the gardens were very well maintained. The staff were so lovely. The food from the resort was good too. Gorgeous views from the hotel of the beach.

If you want to go swimming the beach is a bit rocky. But there are plenty of beaches in the area to visit so this wouldn't stop me going.

Exceptional

We were very lucky to have the place to ourselves during our stay. We loved the gardens, the room and the pool area but more than that we loved Baitong's cocktails! She was amazing throughout our stay, as was Lulu. They made us feel very special and were great fun. You can watch the sunsets from the beach and it's a short walk to some bars and restaurants. I don't think the pictures do it justice - it really is a beautiful place. Cha Thai (the little cat on site) was a wonderful little companion to have while we were there.

The pool wasn't clean when we arrived but this was sorted by day three. It's also worth noting that the drinks in the room fridge aren't complimentary - it may have been wrong for us to assume they were but there's no notice anywhere to suggest otherwise. The place is situated a little bit away from the livelier areas of Lanta so it might be worthwhile having scooters to get around. Taxis aren't readily available but it was low season so that could have played a part.

Superb

- The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Special shout out to Baitont who took really good care of my 5 y/o and also taught my wife her secret recipe of yummy pancakes. Also, the elderly lady who served us breakfast literally fed us breakfast like a mother would:) - The rooms are very spacious, new and nicely done up. The view from the beach facing villa is amazing, and the swimming pool is very nice and clean.

- the resort is around a couple of kilometres from the main tourist beaches, so it was a bit desolate, esp at night, as most shops nearby shut down around 8-9 and the staff goes to their quarters after sundown. You will need to rent a bike if you want to have dinner after 8. But this might also be because we went in off season. - the beach in front of the resort is rocky. So you can't swim there

Superb

There are lots of villa style resorts on Lanta, but this is just a cut above. I think there are only maybe 15 rooms, and they have plenty of space. The staff are fantastic and the little villa rooms come with kitchens or without, each quite secluded. The pool looks small in the photos but its actually enough for a swim, and the layout is stylish and cleverly designed. The grounds are immaculate and the view is beautiful. There are NO noisy bars next door, so it is really quiet, but they will hire you a scooter for 250B a day and that gets you everywhere on the island if you want some noise. The breakfast is delicious. Early each morning the staff make these individual flower designs in a pot outside your room. Pitch perfect!

The beach looks lovely but it is rocky down there, so if you want to swim, bring rubber snorkel shoes, and that fixes it.

Exceptional

Excellent staff who helped when I had a minor accident. They went out of there way to help and kept checking I was OK after visiting the clinic. Also went out of the way to bring our drinks out to the beach when we wandered off to photograph the sunset.
