Everything was perfect. Staff was great!

Some little recommendations; hairdryer and little fridge in the room, would have made it even more perfect.

Staff was really friendly, the rooms are big, beds sleep well, the bathroom had a nice shower, clean towels every day, swimming pool is refreshing, there's a really nice restaurant with good food and nice cocktails!

The location was fenomenal, the staff also was very good

We didn’t have towels, the room was not well cleaned and the linen for one of the beds was dirty. We didn’t use that bed but that showed us that the room was just prepared very fast and no well cleaned. Also on the bathroom was a towel dirty with yellow spots…

Perfect for an early start to Chichen Itza

Very quiet - only one of the blocks seemed to be being used. We were given access to storage room for bags on early arrival. Nice pool with cocktails.

Big rooms + great airco. Located out of the citycenter

Big room with 2 beds - good airco - clean - pool is great. Great maya restaurant only a few blocks away!

Location was a bit out of the citycenter so we had to take a taxi daily. Keep that in mind if you choose this hotel. It was quiet and peacefull though. No breakfast options. Staff was nog the friendliest.

Best hotel around, for sure!

Everything! Location is perfect if you have a car, just outside the busy area but close enough to be in and out of the center. The hotel is beautiful, staff is nice and the rooms are just perfect : spacious, comfortable and quiet.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

don’t recommend.

beautiful on the outside, colonial style building, room is spacious. friendly staffs.

no coffee machine, no cups, lack of towel, insects(more than 30) keep coming in the room even the door and the windows are fully closed. no water refills. far from town. room is flooding , because of the rain that rain leaks from window. no smart TV.

Great value for money with a tad of hacienda vibes

Great value for spacious, high ceiling room. Nice atmosphere since rooms are in one story buildings and everything was clean and relatively modern. Including water, daily maid service and security on site. Location was good for traveling by car - just far enough away from the buzz (therefore quiet) and with lots of free/private Parking directly in front of the door. Close to local, Mayan restaurant IX Cat IK (highly recommended experience).

No fridge, no safe, courtyard a bit worn down.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool is big enough.

It would have been great to have a fridge and a security box in the room

large room, large comfortable beds, clean environment, hot water in the shower, good breakfast, quiet nights, nice garden

almost perfect, maybe shower area could have been a little nicer + you need to have a car to see Valladoid centro/to eat out
