Exceptional

John the chef was amazing and super accommodating, so were the rest of the team! Facilities were great, Wi-Fi was good, food was lovely. Could have done with more drinks at the bar ;) we had the junior suite and it was great, great view

Maybe the worst accommodation ever

I paid for a standard room but I got a free upgrade of the main biggest room of the villa, which was huge and had great view to a very big and beautiful garden.

Huge room, but it seems that the villa is old, in a great condition though, but for example there was a huge gap on the balcony door, windows were also old fashioned and as a result insects but especially mosquitos can enjoy their meal without any resistance. Hopefully I was the only that I was bitten and not during night time. A huge mosquito in the size of a dinosaur bite me on daytime while I was taking a shower. I felt it so strong that I didn't believe it. Fortunately I didn't have any crazy symptoms after the bite. The faucets at the toilet were leaking if I didn't turn them off with all my strength. My partner she couldn't do it herself. The swimming pool looked dirty and I didn't see the water to be recycled like it's used to, so I didn't risk to use it. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because of the swimming pool which I didn't use. Restaurant has very very basic food. Frogs are giving a concert almost every evening until very late at night. We got lucky the second night that it wasn't so disturbing. I booked the room for 4 nights but I stayed only 2. I couldn't stay longer, I couldn't sleep. Sunlight early in the morning is coming in the room...

Stay was not worth the money nor the rating for this property.

This is a self cantering facility. They have a restaurant- other meals are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.

The pool was so dirty, it had turned green. Then when they treated it, they required 48hours. A trip of 6nights and we could only swim for 3days, to me that unacceptable! The idea of having a sitting room in the corridor was not clear on the description of the house. The house flies made it impossible to eat outside. I wouldn’t recommend. I don’t know how this property is rated so high🥴

Beautiful place to visit .

The ambience was excellent the swimming pool was warm my family loved it.Nice baby pool for the children.Sunset villa close to the beautiful Diani beach just 5 minutes walk or you can use a tuk tuk.We had a late check out at no extra cost.The food was good.Thank you Danny the host ,Neema ,Chef John the guards who were always jovial and the entire team of Sunset Villa boutique .

Everything was on point.

A must visit.

The host (Neema) was very kind. The rooms were clean. The balcony OMG just amazing with a very relaxing garden/ swimming pool view. The garden, waaooo.

The swimming pool was out of service. But our host took us to a nearby neighbor to swim.

.Very cool place , with a good swimming pool. Very comfortable beds. Very good staff..Neema and Chef Joe and the other staffs ..I enjoyed my stay clearly

For couples you're only given access to 500ml of drinking water in bottles. I think they should give a lot of drinking water since the Villa is a bit far away from a supermarket. They should provide a lot of drinking water.Also no televisions in their rooms

The staff are so amazing and the place is such therapeutic..we could access the pool at any time..The place was really a home😊

Nice atmosphere and relaxing stay

The shower was unreliable and water pressure was low. The location was a bit far from the beach and from the centre.

The room description was correct. The staff was nice, helpful and the chef John prepared very tasty meals when asked. The atmosphere with pool and big garden were so relaxing and we enjoyed our stay in Sunset Villa. Would recommend to everyone

Heaven

Oh my, where to start? This was a safe haven, it was excactly what I needed and so much more I could not have imagined. I was so baffled and speechless when I got there. The garden is like Eden, the pool area is amazing. There are monkeys, I saw a snake and at night it is full of frogs that give you the loveliest background music you could have while dining. The food is amazing, John the chef, more like a friend that cooks whatever you feel like. Neema the checkin lady is the sweetest lady ever. Daniel the security you can hang out with for a good laugh. I just had the greatest time. The rooms are spotless clean and the prettiest I have seen in Kenya. I even extended my stay, so did the other couple that was there. Guys, you really made my holiday. THANK YOU
