The property owner was so responsive and informative. The home was outstanding - we now love a SPOOL! The house was very spacious with so many amenities. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were up to date. We love the master shower! The beds were comfy. The host thought of many details. Beach passes, garage door opener, laundry detergent, spices, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas! It was all there!! We will be back!

We loved our stay. The house had a lot of room, was very clean and everything was as advertised. The Spa/Pool was great especially if you don't need a full sized pool as it heats quickly. Well supplied and everything is in great condition.

The house is spectacular! It’s EXACTLY as pictured. Bob responds within seconds almost. Incredible really. The beach is a 3-4 drive down the road and parking is included in the reservation. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing place!
This house is gorgeous! We loved everything about it. We went to a local dog beach practically every day. Spool was awesome as well. Highly recommend!

Fun in Naples
This home was beautiful, just as the pictures. We had one small issue with the pool and Bob was there within ten minutes and had it fixed. One of the best owners I have ever dealt with. The only thing for us, it seemed a bit far from the beach to bike. Someone younger probably could with no issues. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect for an escape from WI
The home was very clean and everything was as described. The pool/spa was the highlight of the house, and it has a good amount of sun for most of the day. Check-in was super easy, and the property owner was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again.

First class home and host!
This is a lovely, spacious property. Close to beaches, shopping & restaurants. The park pass was a great perk too! We had 5 adults and had plenty of room. It had everything we needed; was clean and decorated very nicely. Bob was unbelievably responsive with any (very minor) issues we had. We would definitely stay at his properties again!

The house was very clean and located 5 minutes driving to the beach or a 10 minute bike ride. The bikes and park pass were a nice touch. The neighborhood is nice; enjoyed walking in the area. Bob, the owner, was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice home close to everything. Robert was very responsive. Very clean. Only issue is extremely slow internet. Would highly recommend that they upgrade speed and add additional cost to the rent. With teens streaming and adults working, it was frustrating.

Host and home could not have been better !
Our family of five rented this house for Christmas week. We were very pleased to find a very clean, updated, nicely decorated home. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of clean white towels for everyone, along with towels for the beach. In addition, the host started us off with coffee pods for the coffee maker, dish soap for the washing machine and laundry soap for the clothes washing machine and shampoo and body wash in each bedroom. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of clean white towels for everyone. Little touches like that made it very easy to arrive at 10 o’clock on a Saturday night and hit the ground running.
The house has something called a Spool, which is a small pool and a large hot tub. We enjoyed it thoroughly! We used it twice each day.
The owner also provided five bicycles, one with a child carrier attached to the back of the bicycle for trailering, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, bike helmets and beach toys were also in the garage for our use. Wiggins Beach is within an easy run, walk or bike riding distance. If you wanted to drive, a parking pass was provided.
Lastly, The host was very accommodating and juggling our our arrival and departure times.
If we came back to Naples, we would absolutely rent this house again.

Return trip just as great!
This is our second year at this property and it was great again. The house had some additional wear and tear but Bob was just as responsive and the house just as clean. We enjoy the bikes, stroller, and beach chairs. Our only suggestion would be a table outside as we eat all our meals by the pool. Although I know the space is tight. Bob even set my left bag outside so a friend could retrieve it for me. We will be back.

Clean, convenient, great “spool”.
We had a great stay in January at Bob’s House. The house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and everything we needed was right there. Even though the weather wasn’t too warm, we still enjoyed spa pool every day. That is the perfect solution when the outside temp doesn’t feel very “Floridian”.
We never had a need to contact the owner, so that in itself says much. Everything was in place and Bob’s directions and house information was so detailed that we felt right at home and very comfortable.
I would not hesitate to book this great home again.

Lovely house!
The house is immaculate and very comfortable. We were four adults and two teenagers. The beach is a few minutes’ drive and a free pass is provided as well as five bicycles. Owners are very responsive. The spa/pool was warm and a nice feature. There is a Trader Joe’s, Publix, and Whole Foods within a short drive as well as many restaurants. Very convenient location in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.

We were down for a Thanksgiving weekend - so this isn't much of a beach access review. We did ride the bikes to the beach to discover we had to pay to access - whoops! We didn't bring money. If we ever went back we would definitely drive there and pay the fee. The house is incredibly well appointed - what you see in the pictures is what you get - super comfortable beds - big TV. Really beautiful inside. Bonus was the heated pool! Pay close attention to check out time - it isn't flexible due to housecleaning arrival! (Used to hotels - my bad)!! We would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

The perfect getaway
We stayed at Bob’s place a few weeks ago. The house looked exactly like the photos. The pool was AMAZING !! Perfect for our family to take a swim after the beach and enjoy at night. Location was great. We drove to the beach and had no problem parking. The central location of this home hands down seals the deal. I think we made 5 trips to Walmart :) we had lunch and did shopping at moscato, spent time at the beach and went to the dog races. The house was very clean and in true turn key condition. The house is fully stocked Bob did not miss a beat.

Beautiful, well equipped home, close to beaches, incredible hot tub!!
We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The home had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay....lots of beach towels, every kitchen dish and gadget necessary to make meals in the home, and just a bike ride away from the beaches. We loved the hot tub, instructions for it's use were well described. Robert allowed us to check in early and was close by if anything was needed. As mentioned in the listing, the road in front of the home is still under significant construction but it did not bother us at all.

We had a great stay!! The "spool" {spa - pool combo} was a perfect fit for our 2 & 4 year olds! The home was VERY clean, making it a very comfy stay! We loved the close proximity to several beaches as well. Bob was also great to work with and responded very quickly to any messages we sent his way. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect accommodations for for our family get-together. Used this lovely home for overflow guests from our Naples home. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Nice welcoming touches provided for guestsl. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio with Pool Spa combination! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Had a small snafu with internet, and owner called us and resolved issue within 10 minutes. Now that's customer service!
