Ottima soluzione per visitare le cinque terre comodissimo alla stazione e al centro. La camera accogliente e pulita di nuova ristrutturazione. Check in automatico con assistente dedicata che segue con messaggi wattsapp tutte le necessità del cliente. Nel nostro caso Sara che è stata molto attenta e gentile. Parcheggio auto a due passi dalla camera. Che dire ottimo

Delia and her staff were wonderful! She was one of the nicest, helpful, accommodating persons I've meet in my 35 years as a travel agent. And her staff were very friendly, helpful, and nice.
The property was clean, comfortable and safe. Property was in walking distance to transportation and the center of town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
At first I was a little frustrated when I learned that the location I booked was switched to a different location. After traveling all day I was tired. We were notified ahead of time but I missed the communication, my fault. The Location turned out to be better than the one originally booked. The new location was where the free breakfast was served.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality..the room was amazing..soo clean and everything provided..I was so happy with the coffee and tea corner..the shower was private..hair dryer provided..air conditioner and even a small fridge with cold water was waiting for us ..the breakfast was more than amazing the stuffers are very nice and friendly they provide us with whatever we wanted and we got a gift from them before we leave..thanks again for everyone who works there ♥️

Great customer support. Hotel staff was friednly, sent us directions and places to visit. Place is nearby train station and a 5minutes away from bus stops, so it's easy to reach Cinque Terre or any part of city.

The property is amazing but the staff really make this property exceptional. Breakfast had a great selection and was served on a quiet, well manicured terrace. The staff was very helpful in every aspect especially Souad. She was very patient from arrival to departure - helping us with the property especially parking and making great suggestions for meals. The room was clean and well appointed and the AC worked great. I highly recommend Glam Resort for staying in La Spezia or visiting Cinque Terre. The train station was a short walk.

It was clean and convenient.
I was underprepared for the full digital nature of the booking. Had I realised I would not have booked it. Admittedly I had not checked in on line correctly but it was only for the help of another guest which enabled us to access a real person to consult. We then find out that we were at the wrong address. We went to the correct address and had luck in running into a very helpful cleaning person. Without this help we would not have been able to access the apartment. The hotel had a wrong phone number for me so I did not receive the messages that I should have via WhatsApp. All of this made for a very stressful experience.

1. I rarely give a '10' score but overall I like this place for its closeness to the train station, good base to visit Cinque Terre, Lucca and Porto Venere / Lerici. I stayed there for 4 nights. The room is clean and comfy and breakfast sufficient.
2. The " Virtual " Host / Assistant Sandra was super helpful and kind with all the guides and assistance. Thank you Sandra.
3. A short walk to the restaurants and shops.
4. Value for money !!!
5. I will definite stay there again if I am in the area.
Just some notes for future clients [ Not my dislikes ] :-
1. It is actually an apartment with three bed rooms [ self contained with private bath rooms ]. However I have never met any of the occupants during my stay there.
2.They do not have a physical reception, however all communication is via Whatsapp and email. If you are from a foreign country, make sure you have mobile data.
3. It is a keyless and cardless check in system. Do not let that put you off, it is actually very simple and I really like it. The host will brief you before you arrive at the premise.

The bed was difficult to sleep on and the pillows were hard. Didn’t like the hallway light staying on all night.
Getting into the facility was difficult. We had to be on the phone to get into room.

The only positive thing was clean appartment + location (near the railway station).
The owner advertise private parking that at the end does not exist. Under private parking is considered nearby parking garage (which will cost you 20 eur per night + you must remove your car until max 12h the next day: so, if you consider the trip next day you must pay the parking spot for 2 days and the cost is already 40 eur).
The room has really bad soud isolation (you can hear train from your window and you can hear other guest on the hallway).
Breakfast is also nothing special (no fresh food, only some packed things like cookies and jam).

Where should we start?
First of all, it is a tourist trap from the point of view of services. It is said free bikes and breakfast at the nearby property but apparently this is only in full season. Off season, you only get a small basket with cheap snacks. Of course, you find this only once the payment is made.
secondly, the location is next to the train rails so everytime a train goes by you get a free wakeup call. Furthermore, the rooms are next to the building’s pipe system, so everytime someone in the building uses the bathroom: free wakeup call again. Our room (no 1) was close to the main entrance, so you could here the iron door everytime someone enteres.
But the “best” part is the bathroom. The furniture here is new but poor quality so everything woobles. Do not take a shower if you’re by yourself cause you may end up stuck in it.
However, they did offer us free croissants after two sleepless nights.
Surely not coming back again!

Walk from station to property includes climbing very steep hill, not suitable for everyone. Once inside property gates you are met with many steep stairs to climb, having read on website rooms were on Ground Floor this was not the case and as I have a disability found this quite difficult.

Poor door lock, no free parking, street parking is always bussy, payed parking isnt worth it. Top neigbours probably are fengshui masters and constantly moving furniture at night.

Stayed there 2 nights on October 22 when traveling to Cinque Terre.
First, their communication was superb (Thanks Sandra!!!), and everything went smoothly, including reserving us a parking spot before our check-in.
Their location is 5 minutes away from the rail station to Cinque Terre, and also 5 mins away from central La Spezia which gives them the perfect spot.
The breakfast was great on a beautiful terrace.
Will come again for sure on our next trip there.

Three flights of stairs to ger to our room, no lift or assistance from staff. This was not explained on any booking documents.
Did not meet the manager as all communication by Whatsapp. This caused great stress as we we were not on WiFi all the time and did not get important information like the correct address or entry details.
Not comfortable with sending confidential details for checkin over Whatsapp.
Very steep walk to the hotel, physically stressful at a certain age especially with luggage.

The parking lot assigned to us was very very tight. Our rooms were in a an old building, and we had to walk ~5-7 minutes to go to the garden of the main building were breakfast was served. This was not clear in the booking and was dissapointing for us. The rooms in the main building seemed to be much nicer and newer than the rooms given to us in an old building.

Had a lovely time! All the communication was online via Whatsapp, and it was great. We had a private parking, and the hotel near by had an amazing breakfast. We even got a bag full of fresh focaccia to go, which was delicious and a nice touch. We had everything we needed to travel to the Cinque Terre, the rooms were very close to the train station and we had a lot of restaurants nearby.

Location to Train station is great to explore Cinque Terre
I booked 2 separate rooms for family of 5 and the rooms were located in separate buildings 400m apart.
Initially rooms appeared clean, however the Double bed in the Triple room next to car park had a serious Bed Bug infestation resulting in extensive bites (approx 50 bites) …. my reaction was a swollen eye, head, wrists and arms which were extremely red, hot and itchy. I had no bed to sleep in all night before departing for Airport to fly home.
My complaint the following morning has only been responded to by Glam resort management with a standard reply that their policy is to respond within 60 days! I really hope no other guests have the same experience and I would advise against booking this accommodation.

The location is great. It is in the center of La Spezia a minutes walk away from the train station to Cinque Terre. We came with electrical car and were given the garage with the charger. Communucation with the hosts was great. We have received all the information about the accomodation and usefull links for our stay in advance. All our requests during stay were answered asap. Bonus points for the great breakfast in the beautiful garden.
Wifi coverage in the appartment where we stayed could be improved, but this is a minor complaint
