A Queen Size Bed in room #1. Twin over full Bunk Bed in room #2 and a pull out Queen Sofa with memory foam in the over-sized living room. This charming home features a full size washer/dryer, Air Conditioner, Two bedrooms plus queen size sleep sofa, living room with skylights & fireplace, dining room, kitchen with stove, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Coffee maker, Plates, dishes, and utensils. Also, features a full Size bath with tub and shower. Nice size yard with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Off street parking. No smoking, no pets. Minutes to Route 28, Seagull Beach, Stop & Shop, Pancake Man and numerous attractions including Pirate Museum, Batting Cages, Bicycle & Walking Trails, Miniature Golf, Bumper Cars, Antique Shops, Salt Water Taffy, Ice Cream & Candy Shops, Novelty shops and so much more.

Incorporated in 1637, Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod. Geographically, the town encompasses both the north and south side of the Cape, each area having its own flavor. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound. Seagull Beach is the town’s largest, and the Bass River area has some fine beaches

The price was a little more than I was hoping to pay but maybe this is the going price plus there was an extra fee for insurance which I've never had to pay before. The house itself was very homey, off main areas and very quiet (which is nice). The beds were a little uncomfortable but that didn't ruin our stay as we kept ourselves busy touring different parts of the cape daily and coming home late we fell right to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils you might need if cooking. Coffee pot/microwave and toaster always a plus. Back yard with a picnic table and small grill and fire pit. Overall the house is lovely and me and my daughter had a great week

Kevin's place is updated, clean and well equipped. We had a traveling crew stay there for two months for the second summer in a row. Kevin is extremely helpful and accomodating and I HIGHLY recommend him and his property! We'll see you next summer!

Great place to stay for the week! Clean, cozy and comfortable. Location was great for all we had planned, and it was nice to come back to at the end of the day. If I go back, I would stay there again.

My family and I have never rented a house before as we always use hotels. But this time we went with something different and couldn’t be more pleased! The house was clean and very close to everything the mid-cape has to offer. We even used the fire pit 2 nights because it was so lovely in the yard. It came stocked with practically everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed it:)

Kevin's home is very nicely decorated, comfortable and modern. I had a few seasonal employees come in from the West Coast and they stayed for a month at the home. They property is equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. Kevin was a gracious and helpful host from start to finish! Would absolutely stay again- five stars!

This house had everything you could possibly need. Even had board games for our rainy day !Super clean, freshly painted. Washer and Dryer was a bonus ! Comfortable and very short drive to all amenities- 9 min to the beaches 3-4 min to grocery and restaurants and I could walk to the planet fitness Had a great stay!

Easy check-in. Place was immaculate, big plus. Owners supplied paper towels, garbage bags, etc., thank you. Good central location. Nice little cottage, not overpriced, highest recommendation.

Beautiful little nook, close to everything. Make sure to bring your own towels, as we missed it in the welcome notes, flew in from CO, and had nothing to shower with. Great fire pit, grill, picnic table, close to the coolest kid beaches!

House was in a quiet neighborhood away from busy traffic, but central to all of lower cape. Had just the right space for my family of 4. Driveway space for 2 cars. Kitchen/bathroom were clean/new. Renters communicated well. Air conditioning limited to family room area. Thanks so much!

A great renovated little house

You can tell everything was thought through in this house. So many of the things you need from pots/pans, dishes etc. I loved that this house was recently renovated, it was all very nice. The decor was perfect, beachy but not too many knick knacks, which I appreciate with kids. I was pleased to have the A/C. I would reccomend this place to others. The location was great for day trips on the cape/the beach. The only think I would change is the check out time. It's hard to get out of a house by 9am on a Sunday, so we wound up leaving the night before. I would be ok with a later check in to accommodate a later check out. But that's a very minor thing and we made it work. I would absolutely stay here next summer if it is available.

As advertised, newly remodeled and was it ever! Beautiful job!! Great fit for a small family to enjoy their summer get-a-way in!! The entire home was spotless...roomy bathroom, kitchen and eating area allowed for many family breakfasts and dinners...Awesome Great room...the hardwood floors throughout allowed the one window A/C to create an "igloo" type temperature inside so our bodies could escape the heat and humidity ultimately creating many sound nights sleep for all.....We had an incredible weeks vacation!!! Oh and wait, all this is just minutes from the beach!!! Great quiet neighborhood....Thank you
