Excelente hospedaje

La habitación tenía vista al mar, el cuarto era grande y amplio, los colchones cómodos, estaba bien ubicado cerca de atracciones importantes de la ciudad. Leonardo fue muy amable, paciente y atento durante nuestra recepción.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

La posizione ottima: vicino alla stazione di Genova principe e all'acquario, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Molto gentili gli host e il personale delle pulizie e della cucina. B&B semplice ma pulito e originale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

I bagni sono in condivisione. La colazione semplice e non molto fornita. Il palazzo e anche il B&B sono un po' rovinati...muri un po' scrostati e divani molto utilizzati.

Chambre en collocation très pratique et agréable grâce à la courtoisie des autres voyageurs

Chambre en collocation, bien située et peu chère. Hôte très sympa et serviable. Vue dégagée sur la voie rapide, le port et la mer.

La porte entre la chambre et le couloir pourrait être un peu mieux insonorisés.

Polecam!!! Rzadko chcę wrócić w to samo miejsce, ale tutaj bym wróciła:-)

Wybrałam to miejsce, bo było blisko stacji kolejowej Principe i z pokoju widać morze (świetny widok na port i olbrzymie statki). Na miejscu poznaliśmy przesympatycznego gospodarza:-) Bardzo podobał nam się wystrój - ciekawe połączenie współczesności ze starymi elementami:-) Rano nasz gospodarz przygotował przepyszne śniadanie (różne kawy do wyboru, sok, woda, można było zrobić płatki z mlekiem, kupił świeże rogaliki i pączki, ale najważniejsza było la focaccia genovese:-) Można poczuć się jak w domu podczas typowego włoskiego śniadania:-) Duży ruch na ulicy, ale okna świetnie wygłuszają. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z resztą miasta (metro, autobusy, pociąg), bliziutko akwarium (jedno z największych w Europie) i Stare Miasto ze swoimi wąziutkimi uliczkami, po których można się włóczyć bez końca:-)

Für eine Nacht mit Familie war die Unterkunft sehr super und wir haben uns Wohlgefühls.

Alles war sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Die Dekoration ist sehr gemütlich. Es gab Ventilatoren. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Genua ist eine Großstadt und durch die gute Lage der Unterkunft war es nunmal sehr laut. Es war unmöglich nachts die Fenster zu öffnen.

Der Gastgeber was sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommende Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer vom Zimmer

Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Unterkunft in einer höheren Etage (4. Oder 5., ich weiß es nicht mehr genau) ist, deswegen nicht für jeden geeignet Parksituation: in den umliegenden Straßen war schwer etwas zu finden. Jedoch zahlt man beim öffentlichen Parkplatz gegenüber 4,50 €, was echt geht

On the fourth floor with no lift so if you have heavy bags it could be difficult for you depending on age and fitness.

It was nice that i have been given an other room, which had Superb views to the Genoa port. . Is an apartment with 3-4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, The personnel was helpful and very nice to talk to.

the first room i was given was heavy cigarette smoke , so i ask for an other one.

Great host with a nice location.

Great location (although it can be tricky to park) in a fun city. Leonardo is a very kind and helpful host who did his best to make our stay fun. Lovely gelato shop right next door.

The apartment is 89 steps up and that combined with the Italian heat in July made for a very warm stay. Leonardo had 7 fans set up to help make the room more comfortable, but it still got a bit stuffy unless we opened the windows to the loud streets below.

The B&B is a great place to stay. It is quiet and clean and also 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The host is very nice and helpful. He suggested nice restaurants to us where we could eat the best Italian food. He gave us tips on how to travel across Geona and which places to visit. The host is there every morning to prepare breakfast for his guests and he also makes delicious coffee.

A friendly and very carring place!

The very friendly and carring way the people incharge recived me was amazing. They helped me with everything I needed including guidance on where to walk in the city to experience the best views in early morgnings. The cleaning lady and the person incharge of breakfast were just wonderfull! Breakfast was simply delicious even for a vegan. Proximity to the Port and central station was perfect for me and although no elevator there is no thought this is a great place to stay. I will definitely be comming back, thank you!

The host was very kind and helped us with a lot of information about the city and the transport in the city. We liked the accommodation, because it is located relatively close to many tourist attractions, the old city center, the train station, the metro station, the MSC terminal (for the future cruise that was waiting for us). The offered breakfast was typical Italian, tea, coffee, focaccia and delicious croissants. The location also has an adequately equipped kitchen where you can prepare various dishes to your personal taste, in case you do not opt for a meal at the restaurant. Many thanks to our host and we will stay in this location in the future!

Good place to sleep to break up a journey

Breakfast was great - had cappuccinos made for us all which was really nice. The room itself was good for what we needed, and had four fans to keep the room cool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a great night of sleep

Not much. The worst part was the lack of a supermarket or many restaurants nearby, which isn’t really a fault of the actual B&B itself.

A lovely place where you can return to again

It is next to the main road so there was some noise to some extent because we had to open the windows due to the hot weather.
