1.地點良好，鬧中取靜，散步即可到達錦市場、二条城，臨近地鐵，到哪裏都方便，房內有洗衣機真的對旅遊時行李的輕簡幫助甚大。 2.服務良好，雖然半夜冷氣機滴水，櫃臺處理速度迅速有禮（換房或速修）。 3.有配合行李寄送服務，京阪間可以輕鬆移動。

1.更換毛巾時，直接放在自備的洗臉毛巾上，所以還沒用的新毛巾就已經是吸水潮濕狀態。 2.房間略有悶濕的味道，幸好窗戶可微開換氣。 3.連泊六天以上才打掃，所以入住六天期間除了換毛巾和丟垃圾等於沒有打掃過，覺得這個時間間隔有點太長了。

駅に近く、周りにコンビニなどお店も多くロケーションがよかった。朝食バイキングおいしかった。電子レンジや洗濯機なと設備が充実している。部屋、お風呂、トイレも広い。

窓のサンなど部屋の隅にホコリが目立つ。洗濯機のフィルターアラームがでていた。

Best hotel for Kyoto!

We like the location, the vibes, the size and cleanliness of our residential family hotel room. The layout was excellent too! Very comfortable for 4. We were very glad to have the washing machine in the room too. We enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were pleasant and understood English. They also assisted us to send our luggages up to Tokyo smoothly. We arrived 2-3 days later in Tokyo as we went to Hakone first but our luggages appeared the very next minute we checked in! Thank you very much for the lovely birthday surprise for our son too! どうもありがとうございます。 We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to Kyoto!

Big disappointment

Washing machine, microwave oven, trouser press and safe in room.

Very poor WiFi reception. Breakfast not good for non-Japanese (only bread, margarine and jam on 4 days out of 7). Black mould on blind and window frames. Bath plug hole blocked with hair. Laundry charged normal shirts as “Sports Shirts”.

Nice and quiet hotel

We booked a family suite and it was very nice. It is very quiet, have some privacy. Nice environment and clean. Excellent customer service.

Although the room included a 2 in 1 washer but the clothes never dry even after four hours. Little far from centre.

Comfortable room in good location.

The rooms were really comfortable and attractive. The in-room washing machine was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast was really good with western and Japanese options. The location was good, close to the intersection of the two subway lines and walking distance to the centre.

Not much! But English instructions for the washing machine would have been useful. Google Translate didn't cope very well, luckily I found some things on-line.

大変満足でした。是非たくさんの人に伝えたいし、次回の京都は絶対に東急ステイ三条烏丸です。ありがとうございました。

朝食が素晴らしかったです。毎日、メニューが少しずつ変化していて、朝食が楽しみでした。ホテル全体が清潔で素晴らしかったのですが、ロビーに大きなテーブルがあり、京都在住の友人が訪ねて来てくれたのですがゆっくりとお喋りが出来て大変よかったです。

部屋で大きなスーツケースを広げられるスペースがあれば文句なし、、、。

Hotel muito bonito e com bom custo benefício. Minha segunda vez nessa rede de hotel, sempre com bom padrão.

Pedimos por quartos próximos e acabamos ficando em dois prédios separados, o que dificultou um pouco nossa logística.

今回はオフシーズンでお得に宿泊できて良かった。

立地、スタッフの対応が良い。朝食も良い。コーヒーフリー、ロビーの居心地が良い。華美でなく、おしゃれ。

部屋のシャワーカーテンがカビていた。アメニティに化粧水が欲しかった。ロビーのアメニティコーナーに歯ブラシが有ったので人数分もらったが、部屋にも置いてあり、ムダに持ってきてしまった。

It's OK

Great location near to a subway station for us. It was a quiet room.

I found the room so hot and couldn't get the temperature quite right. We also had the room next door and they said that theirs was definitely cooler. I didn't have this issue in any other hotels, it was so hot at night. Next door they had no issues at all. The breakfast had a good choice but compared to other hotels it was so busy all the time. We often had to ask for things to be refilled, staff didn't seem as happy here, the food just didn't seem to have that happy factor compared to all the other hotels we have been to. It's like the breakfast area was a building squashed into a space too small for the number of people. Or maybe we came at a busy period - New year and its not normally that busy? If its raining you get wet on the way to breakfast - which I never experienced before- the layout of the hotel can't be changed by the staff. It's very strange. Was my least favourite hotel in the whole of a 3 week trip in Japan. It's OK. We just had some fantastic places to compare it to at similar prices.

Modern, clean, great location.

Lovely modern hotel. Well located to transport, shopping and Nishiki Market. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 teen. Nice communal lounge area. We ate at the restaurant for our first night dinner which was lovely and delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Value for money

Situated at a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. We slept soundly throughout the stay. We were allocated a room at the Annex building, which was only a few steps away from the main building. The comfort twin room was spacious!! We were able to open our luggages at the same time and still have room to roam around. The breakfast was a spread of traditional Japanese cuisine and a bit of western. Just right to our liking. Has 7-eleven and Starbucks nearby. Nishiki Market was just about 2-3 blocks walk away.

京都なら、東急ステイ烏丸三条しか勝たん

ホテルでも、靴を脱いでくつろげる。浴槽とトイレが別なだけでなく、とにかく風呂、浴槽が広い。さらには、朝ご飯めちゃくちゃおいしい。朝食会場のスタッフも感じがよく、朝から良い気分になりました。以前も利用させていただきましたが、京都に行くときは、まずこのホテルが空いてるか確認すると思う。

良くなかった点はない。

I enjoyed staying in the hotel and will book it again for my next trip.

I especially liked the varieties of vegetables served in the breakfast. If there are more hot dishes, it would be to my liking. Also, I liked the Itoen tea bag provided in the hotel and the washing machine in the room.

There's no bottled water in the room.

I would stay here again!

It was really central to a lot of places- food and subways. Very cool vibe of Kyoto where people were chilled and lovely Japanese people riding their bikes serenely on the roads. Close to Nishiki market and best coffee Stumpton Coffee- as good as Melbourne. Also very hip shopping Centre with amazing niche shops and cool eating places. 7 11 just a couple of minutes away, and local restaurants everywhere. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Cleaning was done at the highest standard.

Very nice hotel

Very nice building with a feel of classic mixed with modern. The area is very quiet and is next to Karasuma subway station that directly connects to Kyoto station. The room has microwave and washing machine which is fantastic. I’ve never stayed in any hotels that has a washing machine inside the room. Very good amenities and facilities. Staff are very nice, friendly and professional.

Our room didn’t have any view (it was facing the back of another building) but we didn’t stay for the view so it was fine.
