Will recommend Sapphire Beach but not this unit

The view was spectacular. Great location. Access to great restaurants.

Calling this a pent house is really a stretch. Water pitcher in fridge was broken, picture used to make lemonade had mold inside of lid. Dishwasher wasn't working because soap dispenser wouldn't open. Wi-Fi very week, air conditioner kept shutting down, safe wasn't functioning properly and last but not least very little hot water, not fond of cold showers. Upstairs couch was stained. Lots of protection for owner none for renters

It felt like a dream :)

beautiful space and the view of the water and the pool simultaneously is simply something out of movie 😍 this location is perfectly relaxing and a very easy place to feel like a regular. the pizza place is amazing, the beach bar is so fun. This location is ideal for any getaways- with family or a group of friends- since you’re able to hop on a Ferry to St John for a busier day or are able to relax on the beach with a few cocktails. the live entertainment was also excellent and makes sitting on the beach even that much more enjoyable. My wife and I both agreed that it was the best trip we’ve ever been on and can’t wait to go back in the future.

it was good if you know what to expect .

the view was amazing, the owner/manager was very helpful

the house cleaning staff didn’t show up one time. Some guy entered the room unauthorised to check water meter. and taxi service to/from is unreliable.

The apartment roof is full of dirt. All the air vents for the air condition needs to be cleaned very dirty. On the outside of bathroom window have curb web .The inside furniture is outdated . The downstairs bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder . The fridge eater leaking water on the floor. It was a total disappointment for us both.

Highly recommended. Views are magnificent. Service is excellent. Wi-Fi is free. Cook your own food or order it.

I loved everything, really. Mrs. Bianca and the staff were extremely accommodating, given my booking was completely last minute. Fortunately, I’m very active in checking my email. Having access to your email and phone service with either AT&T or T-Mobile will make things run super smooth from the airport through the duration of your stay. Verified taxis are on site and will take you anywhere you want to go. I would absolutely not rent a car.

Not a serious gripe but no phones in rooms for local calls. AT&T, T-Mobile, or VOIP.

It was expensive there, but very beautiful! I really enjoyed the view from our window!

You couldn't tell where the office was, so we had to ask around for that.

I didn't like that there is a rundown building near the pool. They should either take it down or remodel it. I also didn't like the rundown tennis courts. One website made them seem like they were open for use, so that was misleading. I wish they had packages that included transportation to and from the airport as well as throughout the island, so that people wouldn't have so many additional expensives once they are on the island.

Excellent location and views!

Location and space of the unit.

We would’ve liked to have more towels available both bath and beach/pool. The washer machine took too long to keep up, so having more on property would’ve been nicer. Also more sheets/blankets. We slept 6 and more blankets would’ve been helpful.

It was a beautiful view. The pull out bed upstairs isn’t the most comfortable thing to sleep on.

The pool bar wasnt open. I didn’t like the fact that u couldn’t keep your cooler next to u. Had to be moved over to the bar area that doesn’t open. Having to give someone how many ppl are with you every time the guy comes by. I asked for towels 2 times waited for 2 and half hours and ended up walking for the D building to the A building to get towels. They acted like they didn’t care.
