Budget stay but lower your expectations.

It's near to the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. Cheap.

Poor hygiene as the toilet was not cleaned properly. The shower also lost pressure mid bath. I wanted to shorten my stay and the receptionist had to wait for approval to release my deposit. Above a curry house.

VALUE MONEY FOR SHORT STAY

Kedai mamak dan fast food berdekatan.. Drug store pun ada..

Parking lot first come first serve.cuma itu bukan masalah besar pun.ada ja parking cuma iku luck haha.. Penutup toilet bowl dan pintu toilet boleh nampak stain.. Cleaner kena tonyoh kuat untuk hilangkan

Perfect for a great night's sleep

I stayed at this hotel nearly a dozen times this year. I can give you five reasons why: 1. The location - perfect if you want to visit Sunway Pyramid or Lagoon. It's directly above the Pelita if you're trying to find it on a map. 2. The room - perfect if all you want is a good night's sleep. Very quiet, and if you want a great sleep, book a room with no windows (I loved room 110 for this purpose). 3. The shower head in most rooms is strong and has plenty of hot water. Great if you're sweaty and want to refresh yourself. 4. Comfort - The rooms were always super clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a decent selection of television entertainment in most rooms. 5. Facilities - They provide a common ironing board and water dispenser, which is a very nice touch.

- The rooms are relatively small (basically just a bedroom, so it's not a great place to spend any significant time in the room. - The shower only has a half wall, so the whole floor gets wet any time you take a shower. - Very basic minimalist décor - not the kind of place you'll want to take pictures of, if you care about such things.

Sufficient

Room is clean and spacious ! Although I choose the windowless room, I can still get sunlight from the bathroom. The bathroom (shower) is also huge. Too bad I have kind of noisy neighbour who put the TV on to max, but fortunately not until very late at night. I also like the decor and the free water from dispenser. Location is also good, close to food and aminities in Sunway.

The elevator cannot be used to get downstairs, so have to carry my suitcase down a floor.

Will consider to stay in other hotel nearby if im visiting to that area again

Water dispensers are located at every floor and a lot of restaurants nearby, walking distance to Sunway pyramid

They stated around rm110-120 at the beginning when making the booking but ended charging for Rm140/150 if not mistaken, the noise cancellation is bad also, can hear everyone walking around

Very friendly & helpful young staff Vincent, great location just walking distance to Sunway Pyramic shopping mall, room size just nice for two of us, comfortable bed & pillow, clean environments. worth the value & strongly recommend.

Nearby Sunway pyramid n lagoon. Convenience for food and shopping.

Toilet need to climb up n air con not so cold. Toilet paper holder too sharp n get hand cut. Toilet bowl water keeping flushing water.

1) Lift is available for those old folks, for check-in has to go Level 1 instead of ground floor 2) Very satisfying with the cleanliness either room or toilet 3) No smelly when first enter our room 4) TV well-functioned 5) Staff is friendly

1) Difficult to find a empty Parking slot nearby the hotel either day / night. Hotel has 2 visitor parking slot only, for me is too lesser. Hence, have to park at Sunway Resort Hotel Outdoor parking (Rm10 whole day), just walk 1-2mins only. 2) Corridor is too noisy during midnight time as ours is Family Room (Level 1, Room 115) 3) No free Toothbrushes & Shower Cap 4) No spoon is provided when want have a cup of tea/coffee 5) Cuckcoo water purifier is provided but for me very dirty and not that hygiene

Superb

This is a budget hotel in the Sunway area, located at a corner above Pelita restaurant. Simple hotel, clean rooms. For a budget hotel the room size was decent, toilet also a good size. Bed was firm. Wifi was quite fast. It's close by to Sunway Pyramid mall and plenty of shops nearby.

The toilet entrance is 2 steps up.

They charged a high amount for a 5 days stay, and I felt that they ripped me off.

The location was excellent and very convenient to restaurants and malls.

The rooms were very small and suffocating, not worth the money. Even they don't have a cupboard to place your things, just a small table. The amount I paid was very high compared to the other hotels nearby.

Superb

The hotel is really in a great location and the price is also very reasonable for being so central. I loved the little touches that made it clear that the owners cared about our earth and are trying their best to make our stay much more eco friendly. The beautiful artwork also serves to remind us of both the beauty of our earth and the danger of it disappearing if we stay on our business as usual path.

It would have been great if the receptionist would be allowed to stay in the hotel so that we do not have to wait for checkin. May I also suggest that one could make sure that the room service sets the air conditioning units at a sensible temperature (say 24°C instead of 16°C) which may help guests to realise they do not need to set such low temperatures to have a comfortable stay.

Everything. Room is clean. Bed and pillow is comfortable. Spacious washroom. Good shower pressure. Very well functioning air conditioner. Equipped with water dispenser machine at the entrance. Close proximity to restaurants, malls and etc.
