Superb Location, So So Service.

The location is splendid. Escalator to Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach Entrance is like 3 mins walk, property is linked to Sunway Pyramid so no worries of bad weather. Food, shopping and play... all convenient.

Paid Rm 50/night for an extra bed, but only got a mattress on the floor. The free wifi is super slow, had to use data throughout stay. There's a safe in room, but staff confirmed it's defective so can't use to safekeep passports when going Sunway Lagoon. Was told housekeeping will change towels every day, did not... had to personally ask a few times before getting new towels.

Pleasant and happy with stay

Pleasant and easy accessible to mall and Sunway Lagoon . Location really strategic and convenient. Worth the price! Key collection was smooth and fast process, the staffs is super friendly too. The unit does not comes with own parking lot, instead one can park their car at Sunway Pyramid park lot. No hassle at all. overall good experience and recommended!

Poor customer service, poor support given, poor hygiene

Only good thing was the room view as it was on the 21st floor

There was no wifi connection, given wrong password There was no water heater provided for a whole night Worse thing was, there was no staff at the reception most of the time. It was a hotel suite, but we were only given one room card. Contact number was not provided, in very small font and when we called the number, no one picked up the call at all for the whole night and there was no one at the reception that we could ask for help at all. We had to shower in cold water and no wifi for the whole night, very poor customer service. Had to go down to the reception in the morning to ask for help, looks like only 1 man manning the reception. End up it was a power trip and the man just flipped the main switch and just quickly left the room, zero service recovery or apology given. Will never book this hotel suite ever again.

Reasonably priced room in the heart of the city and walking distance to mall and lagoon

very strategic location. can just walk to Sunway lagoon. Right beside the Sunway pyramid hotels and resort.

it’s not a new building so don’t expect highly

Room facilities are outdated, limited and journey to the room very difficult from hotel lift and car parking area.
