This villa was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. It was very spacious. Beautiful decorated, nicely appointed with everything you need. Nice quiet complex with plenty of parking. The pool was close by and always clean. Beautiful shady walk to the beach. Not far at all, just over one street but with crosswalk. The area of the beach was not too close to big condos so even visiting during spring break it was not too busy.

The overall experience was excellent. The condo and surrounding facilities were great (very social neighbors, lots of pickleball courts, three pools and nice gym). The kitchen was really well stocked in all areas and there was plenty of workspace (one suggestion: some inexpensive wine glasses would be nice--they had tons of other glasses but no stemware). Bathrooms were both very nice and beds comfortable. There was an issue with the dishwasher but the management company came the next day to address it. It needed a new circuit board but they weren't able to get one during our stay. They did give us a nice credit for the inconvenience. We would love to stay there again.

I have everything positive and nothing negative to say about this property! The home itself was so cute and comfy! A great place to enjoy morning coffee and a post-beach nap. Both beds were very comfortable, which is so rare. The toiletries were well stocked and there were tons of towels. There was a lot of kitchenware and even coolers available to use. The location was also excellent: close to Canaveral National Seashore, where we saw dolphins, manatees, gopher tortoises and tons of pelicans. Also very close to the very best seafood restaurant: JB’s Fish Camp. Walkable to the beachfront and only steps from the pool (about a minute and a half away walking at a leisurely pace, not ten minutes as stated by another reviewer). It felt like a very safe, secure and quiet neighborhood and the trees and landscaping were absolutely lovely.

What I like: The home had most everything we needed for a nice stay. The area feels safe and most of the residents in the area seem to take good care of their homes. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. What we did not like: The neighbor's whose home adjoins this rental seemed to have a penchant for loud, violent sounding movies that they played after 8pm (and their TV seems like it mounted on the same wall to which the master bed's headboard is located. They also have a loud little barky dog that you can hear in the morning and at night. Also, even though it is not the home owner's fault that there was hurricane damage in the area, it would have still been good to disclose that there is actually no beach any longer unless you walk at least .7 miles south, and even then you can only walk on the beach at low tide. This property is managed by a company (Vacasa) and not the actual home owner, so another little snag is that they don't really know anything about the area, including where guests could park. I asked this question via their app messaging and was told there is a place 2.9 miles away when in actuality there was visitor parking across the street. There is also an ant problem in the kitchen, but hopefully the bait/traps we left will help with that.

The only problem was Vacasa's "24x7 Support Line". had an error on our booking confirmation. Called the "support" line for hours over 2 days, including the "safety issue" option, never got an answer. Tried all options, all numbers on website, no answer. Had to re-schedule our travel to use the incorrect dates as the 1st day we wanted passed without ever getting to talk to a Vacasa rep. Then the lockbox code that was e-mailed to us was incorrect, had to call for help (thankfully someone was finally answering the phones) to get the correct code.

Rented this due to the proximity to another family member’s Sea Woods property. It worked out well for ours needs. The space and decor is cute and beachy. It’s updated enough. The beds were nice and comfy. We were happy there was a pack n play available. Kitchen had everything we needed. In one of the photos, it shows a futon in the little side room, but that is not there anymore and you can walk through the sliding door there to the master bedroom. Our only issues were that the kitchen floor had something sticky spilled all over it that hadn’t been properly cleaned before we got there, and the floors, in general, have probably been Swiffered but not really mopped in a bit. The other is that the vent in the master bedroom either doesn’t work or had a weak flow, and so it was always hotter in that room overnight.
