Not worth the stay! Moldy rooms, roaches and lizards.

The pool area looked beautiful.

My experience at this hotel was profoundly disappointing from the very start. As I approached the entrance of my room, I was greeted by a lizard, which set an unsettling tone for my stay. Upon opening the door to my room, I was immediately hit by a musty odor that clearly indicated neglect, oh and a roach!! The room smelled moldy and was very dusty, and I soon found myself sneezing and dealing with a runny nose throughout my stay. It was evident that the air quality was poor; as soon as I left the room, my symptoms improved significantly. To make matters worse, my room was situated at the far end of a dingy annex. The dim lighting and overall disrepair made me feel quite unsafe, especially as a solo female traveler. I was uncomfortable navigating the dark hallways, which felt unwelcoming and added to my anxiety during my stay. Even after raising my concerns with the staff, I felt little reassurance about my comfort. Although I complained about the room, the cleaning staff only attended to my issues near the end of the day. Mold is not something that can be adequately addressed with me present, and I ultimately decided against having them clean it while I was there, especially since I was checking out the next day. It’s disheartening that a hotel would allow such conditions to persist, especially given the price I paid, as it not only impacts the guests’ health but also their peace of mind. While I must commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and willingness to assist, their efforts were simply not enough to salvage my experience. The warmth of the staff can only go so far when the basic standards of cleanliness and safety are not met. I was truly looking forward to a pleasant stay, but instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Given the condition of the accommodations, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

it definitely needs an upgrade if they are going to charge so much for one night stay

the water park

the fact that I had to pay extra to move 2 floors up to a room that was exactly the same and I had to pay $200 extra and when I booked it said there was a shower and a tub there was only a tub . And my family and I had breakfast at skylight and as I was getting some eggs there was a small cockroach crawling around the counter

highly recommend if you plan to do night walks with family. close by restaurants etc…

so much things to do at the park , store, restaurants & atm was convenient .

Comfy but not clean

Room not clean, hair in bathtub, and in towels. CONJOINED ROOM DOOR NOT UNLOCKED COULDNT CALL DOWNSTAIRS WITH THE PHONE BECAUSE THE LINE IS DOWN.

Beds are so uncomfortable feels like they are as old as the hotel.

My kids only enjoyed the pool

Didn't like being place 2 Niles away from lobby, and when we went to our rooms, we did NOT receive room keys. We had to walk 2 miles back to lobb, then another 2 miles back to our room. I never want to stay at PIC again.

The rooms needs to be updated. The beds are so uncomfortable.

My granddaughters enjoyed the pool.

The sofa bed was disgusting. Had alot of stains and by the look it was never opened to be inspected or cleaned.

My stay was right after the hurricane, and even taking that into account it was disappointing. Not because of the work being done to the hotel to get it back up and running, I understand that, but because of the response of the management to my complaint about being asked to pay FULL rate (over $500 for two nights) for a hotel that was basically shuttered. I asked to speak to a manager the morning of my departure and "None were available". I wrote and did get a response eventually. It basically said... "We told you so." That response was about the following... I received an email about the condition of the hotel, I asked before my arrival about cancelling and they told me I could cancel with no charge, if I had proof my flight was cancelled. My flight was NOT cancelled, so I had no choice but to stay here. The hotel looked ok.... a bit old... But with everything closed I was unable to use any facilities. I hope it will be back up and running soon. And I hope management will be changed.

Breakfast was not that good and for 26 dollars! (thank god booking.com got me a free breakfast!) But you would think it would have been better, even after a hurricane. Don't have all the services? Drop the price a bit! I feel bad for the people that had to pay for it.

The pool area was great and has a lot of things to do.

The front desk staff name Char, she was the worst front desk person I've ever encountered. She was rude, grumpy and with attitude. Our stay would probably been a lot better if I didn't had to deal with her on two separate occasions. She ruined our vacation vides during our stay at PIC. We will never go back there again and I'll tell everyone I know not to go there either because of her (Char).

Our family stay was good, will definitely be booking next year for another celebration.

Waterpark was great and the standard room was reasonable for the price.

The room was just too far from everything. For future stays, will definitely stay in the newer tower instead of Oceania B. Too much back and forth.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the Covid testing results was toward the water park. Everyone goes to the water park. They have a long line for people who is retrieving their results and some were coughing and sneezing. What if they are positive for Covid and they are out there in the public sneezing and coughing.

I booked a room to celebrate my birthday and noticed it had mold on the floor and in the aircon vent. I had called the front desk to inform them and haven't heard back 30 minutes after said call. Went down to the front desk and was told that housekeeping would come in to inspect and clean. Housekeeping had came up an hour after and only cleaned the one on the floor. I asked about getting moved to a different room but was told that since housekeeping came already, I wouldn't be able to. I, along with my other half are now sick due to mold exposure.

Amazing Staycation for the last few weeks of summer before school starts again.

Great staycation for the family. Staff was amazing. The kids enjoyed themselves at the water park and the Super American Circus.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Staff members were nice and they were willing to provide any help to us. Breakfast was not bad. The Water park was excellent for our kids. I myself enjoyed a peaceful time at the beach. You should check out the beach to enjoy kayaking as well. If you have kids in particular, you should consider staying at PIC. I'd like to express special thanks to a manager, Ms. Long for her thoughtfulness. Thank you PIC for everything. My first trip to Guam was even better thanks to this place.

PIC offered a fun and comfortable stay.

I really liked how friendly and attentive the staff was. Shout out to them! I upgraded my room to the main tower. It was more comfortable and newer. The view was gorgeous. The pool area was great!

I wished there were power sockets next to the bed. The water pressure was too strong and I ended up wetting the bathroom more than I liked.
