"SweetWater" (1302 Queens Court) is a completely renovated oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bath, top floor Queens Court condo that boasts some of the best views in the complex and is located on the sunrise/beach access side of the oceanfront building. This unit is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed and has many custom upgrades. "SweetWater" features gorgeous custom cabinetry and granite counter tops, a tiled glass and stone mosaic wall in the kitchen, mirrored walls that reflect the beautiful ocean view, a dining area for 2, bar seating for 3, porcelain tile floors throughout, a comfortable living room with a 50" Smart Roku TV and a BluRay DVD Player with Streaming capabilities. A Queen size 6" memory foam floor palette is available for additional sleeping. The bedroom has a firm King size pillow top mattress, a 40" Smart TV. The bathroom has a step over tub/shower combo. Start your day by enjoying the beautiful Emerald Isle sunrise from the deck off of the living room, then go down to the beach and relax. The elevator and easy walkway with ramps to the beach are just steps away! No stairs at all to navigate! Come and enjoy all of the comforts of home at "SweetWater"!

Our first family vacation with our 12 & 1 year old boys and it was perfect. Not only is Emerald Isle an amazing, friendly and beautiful area but this condo was in the perfect place for us to enjoy the beach and be close enough if my 1 year old needed to go back inside. The view, the cleanliness, the location was all just what we were looking for and we couldn’t have been happier. The owner was also so caring and friendly. We cannot recommend her enough! I’m hoping my family is up for the 9 hour drive next year so we can stay in this exact place again! Thank you, jean!

Very clean condo with a water view. A couple days before check-in we were instructed to drive 3 miles to the hosts house to pick up and return keys, bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, napkins, trash bags, coffee filters, and other items that the host normally provides.

Only suggestion would be to have a listing of eateries. We didnt use kitchen and had hard time breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and now regret that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was perfect for my wife and me. It was immaculately clean and the decor was very cheerful and welcoming. The view from the balcony was sublime. Our host provided very clear instructions so we had no questions whatsoever. The entire complex was so quiet and peaceful. It’s difficult to find a beachfront property for only two people. Many restaurants and shops nearby for those who want to wander. We’re looking forward to returning!

This listing was very well organized. The view was wonderful and had easy beach access. The unit was very clean and comfortable.
The check in process was very organized, but if you stay here please read theough the entire set of directions. We did not do this because we were in a rush to get to a wedding. A couple of pages down it mentions 2 very important pieces of information. 1 was that you actually pick up your key and parking passes at the owner's house, not on the property. 2 you need to bring toilet paper. I must reiterate that the stay was very good, the unit and property are great, but fir the welcome check in email it would be easier to start with "be sure to read the whole packet", followed by the owner's address and explanation about picking up the pouch with your check in material, then the address of the property for those who use gps. That is a tiny detail, the stay was very good.

Jean's place is immaculate! It has clearly very recently been renovated, and everything inside it beautiful. (The deck is also newly replaced.) Picking up the keys/access cards, etc. from Jean's house is easy, and she is very responsive to communications. Her instructions could not be more detailed and clear. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The bed sheets were among the softest we have used, and the bed was comfortable. More than once, I said I want to come back again soon!

Was supposed to stay in a 1 bedroom but it had maintenance issues and Jean put us in her 2 bedroom, Jackpot luckily. It was the cleanest, nicest condo we have stayed in. The view was the best. Right on the beach on the 3rd floor. Watching and hearing the waves, watched the birds, saw dolphins. In this area you cannot get any closer to the beach. Has beach access and easily walk to shopping. Emerald Isle is small so stores and shopping a little spread out but can still walk. People drive golf carts around. The town is very laid back and super clean. Never felt uncomfortable. Took a side trip to New Bern which we highly recommend. Take the trolley tour. So much history in that town. Stay here you will not regret it. Best VRBO we have stayed in.

What an awesome find! I visited with my son over Easter weekend and we both complimented what a nice rental we had. Super close to the beach, clean and spacious. The check in/out went seamlessly and most impressive was the hostess. Jean was so kind and hospitable. I could not have asked for a better trip.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean! Nice view of ocean, great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Well equipped kitchen. We were there during the week in March and it was very quiet. We did notice more activity on Thursday night and Friday( louder neighbors)
We did have to pick up keys and drop them off at owners, this was not too far out ofthe way.
Just an extra step in the check in / out process! It is a walk to take garbage and recycling out. Elevator in working condition, just a little slow made me slightly nervous.
Beach was easily accessible and very clean, great shell collecting.

This condo was everything it said, spotless, beautiful, close to all the places we like to eat. Beach was closer than the pictures make it look, easy to get there. Kitchen was lovely, and balcony was great. Bed was very comfy. We'll definitely be back!

From the minute I hit “submit” to book this beautiful place, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The host is the best there is. She was lightening fast responsive, organized, crazy informative (the check in/out process was stellar) and a wonderful, kind, sweet person.
The condo was immaculate, fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable bed, and the view off this top floor condo is spectacular! I knew this was the 4th condo back so I wasn’t sure how the view was going to be, but it was off the chain! I spent a ton of time out there. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back soon. This was our first time staying in a condo at Emerald Isle. We loved the condo! It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view from the deck. The beach is much closer than it appears in the on line pictures. Jean made sure that we knew we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. We would very highly recommend the condo!!

The condo was in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed. We wish we had brought a hand truck or wagon to make bringing our belongings up in the elevator to the until since it was on the 3rd floor. We would definitely stay here again.

I will start with the view from our balcony. We could watch the sand volleyball courts, 3-4 bunnies in the grassy area every day, an occasional dolphin, and especially the beautiful beach and ocean waves! We spent time on the beach every day right in front of the condo. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable, which is important for a week's stay. It was located near many shops and restaurants, and we explored the island from there also. Perfect for my husband and me! We had a blast here. Fireworks could be seen from the balcony. The sanddollar island cruise was fun fyi dig 3 inches down to find any . The gokart near there and mini golf was a family favorite. The aquarium and visit to fort macin was a cool attraction. Place was clean washer dryer a plus. Sunset/sunrises from the balcony and ocean was breathtaking . Short walk to ocean. Beds were good for our family of 4. Jean was so fantastic for helping us with ideas. Great resturants. Sweet spot ice cream was great . Wpuld book here again in a heart beat So many core memories made.

This was our second time staying at this condo, and we found it comfortable and clean—and we were happy to have an ocean view! The owner is super nice and helpful, and the check-in process is easy. The only downsides were the balcony door, which is very difficult to open and close, and the number of people in this area. The complex is next to the Islander hotel, another large multi-building complex, and a public access, so some days we were fighting for space on the beach.

This was my second visit to Emerald Isle. Last we fell in love with the town and Jean’s condo is perfect for couples. It’s beachfront, has everything you need in the condo, and is very quiet. It’s on the top 4th floor and there’s a elevator. The king size bed is very comfortable. The beach isn’t overly crowded and takes only seconds to access. Also, the condo is in a prime location for walking to most of Emerald Isle’s restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, the pier, a walking trail, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. We only drove our car twice during our five day visit there and instead, walked everywhere else. We definitely plan on returning to Jean’s condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! The ocean front view is amazing and it has convenient, great access to the beach. The property manager was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely book again in the near future (we are a family of 3… my husband, myself, and our 2 year old).

The view is absolutely breath taking. I found this condo to be completely charming and very clean. Due to an entrance gate that needed a gate pass, I felt very secure as a woman traveling alone. Everything I needed and things I didn't know I needed were available. The owner gave very good directions and information on everything. It was so very charming and a very restful vacation for me. I plan to be a return visitor.
