The space:
This unit is located on the 1st floor. The bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, blackout curtains, closet, and dresser. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with an island. The family room includes a queen pullout sofa, 2 swivel chairs, blackout curtains and a 55 inch smart TV. There is a large screened in patio, with direct walk way to pool / indoor pool / gym.

INDOOR LIVING: TVs (Internet), dining table, queen pullout sofa, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, washer & dryer

GENERAL: gated complex, 1st floor, linens & towels provided, keyless entry, free WiFi, large screened in patio, beach chairs and umbrella, 2 onsite parking spaces

Peak season (June - August) weekly rentals only
Non-peak (September - May) minimum 3 night stay.

This condo is very nice, kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Communication with the host was awesome. Contacted them about no iron and a brand new one of was delivered in less than 1/2 hour. We plan on returning as the resort is very nice.

We love this property. We are in our 60’s and we love the fact we don’t have to climb stairs. It’s close to the outdoor/indoor pool. Michelle, the owner is awesome to work with. Highly recommend

The location, appointments, cleanliness and amenities were nice, but imagine the disappointment when -- based off the general description and main photo -- I learned this sweet little condo was not oceanfront. Okay, so it says "oceanfront complex," and I shouldn't have been naive. Nevertheless, my visit ended abruptly the second day due to an illness that required several hours in the Morehead City emergency room. A quick nap, and I was ready to head home before noon Wednesday. None of it was the fault of the condo or its location, nor the meal from Kathryn's I was unable to eat nor the bottle of wine I'd bought for the evening. If we return to the area, I'd look for a place in the complex -- beachfront because during this trip I never touched the sand.

Very nice condo centrally located and close to many activities, shopping and restaurants. Especially nice was the very close access and location to the beach (within the Pebble Beach complex), bike path and Emerald Isle Woods Park which was an unexpected gem. The condo was well-appointed and clean with everything we needed for a nice stay, especially enjoyable was the screened in porch. I would definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful living arrangement with a bonus screen porch, for added space. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, pots, pans, etc. There was even a nice selection of coffee by the Keurig. We were able to walk on the beach for 3 of the 4 days. It rained the last day. We enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool on 3 occasions. It was very clean and quiet. There were lots of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions all within a reasonable distance. We would definitely return. (one little thing - bring a deck of cards)

Had a wonderful time! This condo was very clean, beautiful, bright and cozy! Short walk to the beach and close to the indoor/heated pool. (Which was so nice at this time of year) Great communication too! I can only say great things about this property. Highly recommend!! We will be back next year!

This is a bright, clean condo with a comfortable, understated beach vibe. It's a very short walk to the ocean. Everything was as promised. Michelle communicated well and anticipated what we'd need, especially in the kitchen. The screened-in porch is nice, and the indoor pool is great in the chillier off-season. An easy recommendation.

Our son lives in this area and we were trying to find a condo close by. We are so happy to have found this one! The condo had everything we needed and just a short walk to the ocean. It was also close to many restaurants and sites to explore. If our son stays in this area we will definitely stay at this condo again!

This was a great little condo, it worked out perfectly for our family of four with two small children. Easy to find and it sits right amongst all the Emerald Isle attractions. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach towels and chairs, pretty much anything I could think of. The neighbor was also super friendly. Would definitely rent from here again.

This is a fantastic property that is Street level, which is so worth it let alone the location. If you are coming to Emerald Island, I highly recommend this unit. Is it right on the beach? No, however it is very close. We have family that has a unit here, and it was perfect to have our own place. Michelle has made several upgrades to the unit, I just can’t say enough. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Michelle.❤️❤️❤️

This condo is super nice! The kitchen set up is perfect. The mattress was nice. Being able to wash clothes was a bonus as was the screened in porch. Except for not having a dedicated space to hang a few clothes we could not have asked for more. The screened in porch is only 50 ft away from the small pool/indoor pool combo. A quick dip in the pool … about as easy as it gets! Note: we don't have kids so the pool was a bit noisy for our tastes but it was July. Highly recommend this place if you do have kids. They will have lots of fun and make friends for sure. It is very easy to get to where you want to go. The beach is a 5 minute walk and you can easily walk to some restaurants and bars as well. Very convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay. Emerald Isle is beautiful area and there are plenty of things to do besides soaking up the rays and swimming in the ocean. We appreciated that Michelle helped us out when we needed. A great place to stay for sure.

This property is so cute! Love that is on the ground floor and you can walk right out of the screened porch to the pool! Short walk to beach. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. So convenient to have chairs and umbrella provided. Kitchen had everything you needed. And ALL of the linens were fresh and clean! I say this because so often I find the pillow shams and quilts/comforters are not washed. We will definitely come back. The property owner was super responsive and so pleasant!

Very nice and relaxing. Close to pool and beach. Very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Food, shopping, mini golf close by. Our unit was in a gated place everyone around was nice and not noisy at all. Would most definitely stay there again

The condo was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want or need. The pool right outside the door was great on hot days and we loved the short walk to the beach. The host was absolutely amazing and went well above and beyond to accommodate us. Can’t wait to return
