Best stay ever.

Loved the house, home away from home for sure, loved it. Will definitely be back. Heaps of extras like kids toys boggie boards scooter skateboard. Everything we needed and more😍🥰. House is absolutely beautiful. Nice and close walk to the beach and townsite. 10/10

Comfy, rustic home near the beach for a relaxed stay

Charming little rustic retirement property complete with old board games and books on fishing. Its well named; though not super fancy it has everything you need for a lovely break without worries. Close to beach, town and amenities. Lovely little backyard with strips of fake lawn for the kids to play on!

Some of the features like the strange TV and airconditioning are pretty tired and could do with a refresh; while they work we thought the filters on the bedroom airconditioner definitely need cleaning!

Great place under short notice, to get out of bad weather.

Location was fine

Due to the high wind outside there was a banging noise in the roof, something may need to be secured. Taps need some new washers to stop them dripping. Clothes airers 1 broken and the other quite flimsy.

it was very comfortable, inviting, spacious, close enough to park, beach and even walking distance to the main shops and skate park etc. the owner was very clear with communication. There were extra items in the house such as games, scooters, boogie boards and more that we didn’t expect and was a pleasant surprise.

it would be lovely to see a bit more area out the back with grass/fake grass opposite the bbq area. But the description was pretty clear and we didn’t go with the impression that it would be there.

Relaxed, happy and perfect!

Perfect, quiet location away from the hectic holiday makers but still walking distance to everything. The pictures of this property don't do it justice. It's HUGE and has everything you could possibly want to enjoy a trip to Jurien. We even found a fishing rod and nets in the garage. I grew up on the abroholis islands so this place bought back so many happy memories that I got to pass on to my little boy. He absolutely loved the place and the massive back yard!

Quirky Beach house

Quirky decor even comes with a singing fish plaque, it has just about every conceivable appliance if you don't want to eat out, we absolutely loved our stay here. It is close to everything, only a short stumble from the pub🤣🤣. Plenty of communication with the owner. Would love to see it with the upstairs open.

Needs a larger hot water tank, but can work around it.

Great location, very dated property.

Location is perfect, very close to town and the beach/park.

Host said there would be a baby cot, there was only a bassinet that wasn’t at all suitable. Cooking was tricky without a working stove and the facilities are very dated.

Comfortable, family-friendly accommodation in central location - excellent communication from host.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. She messaged on afternoon of arrival to check all was well; and again on the morning of departure to let us know that the cleaner wasn't coming until later so we could check out later if we wanted to. There was plenty of room on the property for parking, including our boat. Walking distance to the centre of town, shops, cafes, skate park, playgrounds, beach etc. Very family friendly experience - boards games etc included. Beds were very comfy!

No stove cook top, but every conceivable electrical appliance was available for a self-contained kitchen experience.

A pleasant surprise . The last place we stayed at in Jurien was substandard ,This was not .

We liked everything about the property other than that which I have written about in the dislikes section .For what we paid we more than satisfied .

The beds were uncomfortable for me and my wife .They were too soft . This is obviously a personal preference which doesn’t mean that for people who like very soft beds that there is a problem .

A comfortable space close to the beach and town

The property was in a great location - an easy 10 minute walk to the main street (Sandpiper Tavern, bakery etc) and to the dog beach. There was plenty of space in the house and having two bathrooms (one en suite) was great. Linen, towels and blankets were provided to make the stay really comfortable.

I was a little worried about the slightly overgrown garden and prickly weeds with my dog. I think the backyard could use some TLC. The backyard is huge however which is great.

Getting watched threw out your stay

Close to beach

The neighbours are the eyes and ears for the owner of property They ring owners and gossip on everything you do at the property I was accused of having to many people stay there because my family who was staying at several other accommodation places came over for drinks in the evening. Cant relax enough knowing you are being watched.
