About this house rental

Spacious and clean 4 bedroom family home in Beachridge Estate..... Perfect escape for your next holiday.

Balkana is a new home with plenty of space for all family members, including your dog (OUTSIDE only.) The kitchen/ lounge/ dining is open plan so everyone including the cook, is always part of the conversation. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and stove top cooking and the cupboards are well stocked with all appliances, cutlery and crockery. There is a dishwasher for your convenience and few tabs are provided for your first day.
Open the large sliding doors to the backyard and your entertaining space is even larger. Enjoy a BBQ and a game of pool/snooker while you watch the sun go down.

There is a second lounge room with TV, bean bags and an PlayStation One. There are only a few games so feel free to bring your own.

The main bedroom is huge with a queen size bed, en suite, air con and walk in robe.
The other 3 bedrooms all have built in robes and have a number of single beds and another queen.

Second toilet is separate from the main bathroom where there is a shower, or Indulge with some bubbles in the deep tub.

If you need to do laundry there is a washing machine and a dryer or make the most of the southerly with the small outside line.

There are open parking spaces for 2 cars or with security in the remote garage. There is even room to park your boat on the driveway.

Sleeps up to 10 Guests only on top bunks.

Bed linen and towels are provided for a mandatory fee included in your booking total.

Please remember your pets must stay outside.

** The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or older. NO SCHOOL LEAVERS/GROUPS under any circumstances**

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a four day weekend in Jurien and the house was perfect, spacious, well appointed, clean and just what we were after. The check in and out process was easy and again suited waht we wanted.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nor cleaned when we look it.The floors were stained and TV was covered with fine dust.Mist of all the double bed was broken as one leg had come ff and the screw kept on the bedside table.2 Fans not working as well.

Overall was a good place for weekend. Negative: -windows can’t be opened/ no fresh air. -unfixed broken things eg: table pool sticks -garage door can’t be closed, probably was hit prior to our arrival -dust on furniture and under beds(pretty poor cleaning)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights, the houses was a great size, we were able to fit our large family with space for the Grandparents too. A short drive to the jetty and a 10–15-minute walk to the beach. Having kids next time, we would probably find a house a bit closer the beach, but in all was a lovely trip.

Only problem we had,was couldn't use the outside area,as it was too hot,no shade,and the gas ran out while showering and cooking,luckily,we knew what to do,as we had a country property,that had gas bottles.overall I would recommend stayz housing,this is the second time we have rented a house,staff have been excellent,houses have been fabulous
