Good size and affordable accommodation that can accommodate larger groups/families. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean. The shower and bath was amazing!

入住的時候是3月底剛好遇上門口櫻花盛開很幸運

在日本第一次住那麼大的房間，整體很舒適，有冰箱微波爐和簡易的料理設備，可以洗衣服，有免費的沐浴備品可以無限領取

地點離市區稍遠，不好叫車需走到大馬路，交通部分比較需要考慮

客房空間大，客廳大，乾淨舒適，CP值超高。住宿位置其實很方便，距離酒店步行450公尺就有24小時的LAWSON便利商店，步行900公尺就有JR東福寺車站，從酒店搭乘計程車到京都車站大約3分鐘左右。

住宿地點位於住宅區內，安靜且方便（附近就有LAWSON便利超商跟JR東福寺車站）。

唯一只有一件事，遇到酒店大門有時故障，輸入密碼後，還是無法進入。但不影響住宿的品質。

部屋が綺麗風呂が綺麗ベッドが気持ちよかった

ロケーションが少し悪い駐車場を探すにも、少し離れた場所まで行かないといけないので、雨の日にはちょっと難有り。直近の駐車場は大抵満車になっている。

今後への期待をこめて率直に色々書きましたが、お得に宿泊できて満足しています。

大変お得に宿泊できました。お部屋の広さやベッドも快適でした。

・受付の若い女性３人は、笑顔もなく座ったままこちらを見て、睨むように「いらっしゃいませ」と言われました。まるで間違えて入ってしまったよそ者をみるかのようで、とても不快に感じました。いわゆる「接客」は身に付いていない方々でした。・シャワーやバスタブが詰まっていて流れが悪く、池のようになり、衛生面が気になりました。・使用した食器を洗った後、拭くものや水切りカゴはなかったので、キッチンペーパーなどが欲しかったです。・連泊したのでタオルをもらいに受付に行ったのですが、荷物を持ったまま、非常に長く待たされました。もう少しスムーズな受け渡しを願います。出来れば、使用したタオルを受付に持参するのではなく、回収BOX等を設置して欲しいです。

Ruhige Lage dennoch einfache Anbindung mit dem Bus oder Bahn 5 - 10 min Entfernung Sehr zu empfehlen waren 5 Tage dort immer wieder gerne!

Eher zweitrangig da Japan Englisch Kenntnisse 3/10 Schränke keine vorhanden aber eher nicht relevant für mich. Wände wie immer dünn aber hat mich selbst nicht gestört.

部屋が広くてお風呂にジャグジー？がついてて良かったです！テレビとスマホも繋げられたので動画のサプライズ出来ました！

住宅街の中にポツンと立ってます。最寄り駅の近くのコンビニくらいしかないので夜ご飯は電車で繁華街まで行きました。

Pleasant stay. Location removed from main areas however there are restaurants a short walk away.

Mix of Japanese and Western style accomodation. Great shower.

A gem in the middle of town

The staff! One person, Shohei, was my saving grace. He helped situate my luggage issues and I could not be more grateful. The staff was always present, most of them spoke English or we made our way through using translations. I love the hotel being in the middle of a residential area. Walking to & from the hotel was a pleasure seeing homes and stores. The facility is well kept, clean, well lit, offers yukatas, laundry for free, and is very spacious. The shower is amazing. Family loved relaxing in it after a long hot day out. This is the best hotel of our entire Japan vacation. This is a must stay place.

The only downside I have is it is not very close to any train stations. It's at least a 10 minute walk

Great place to stay with your family, as long as you are ok with a 15-20 min walk to Kyoto station.

It was great to get a family room where all 4 of us could fit comfortably and where there were two separate sleeping areas. The bathroom was very nice, with a high-end shower and with air jets in the bathtub. It was convenient to have a small kitchen to cook in too.

There were only 4 washing machines for the whole building to share, which combined with long wash/ dry times made the laundry process tough to plan. But it was still great to have free laundry in the building. And the laundry soap was free too.

Very nice and helpful staff. So friendly. Mr Shohei was so helpful to explain all the ways to Kyoto important places and restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Excellent service. Thank you so much for all.

Great, clean hotel worth to stay in.

Spacious, excellent shower, very quiet, clean & neat. Everything seems new. Helpful staff. Facilities is great.

There is no convenient store nearby, buy all you need at railway and there are some local restaurants. Found a few nails on the floor, and glass near the sink in the dressing room was not clean. Toothpaste stains at the bottom of glass and dusty ventilation. A good housekeeping will go a long way. Faulty washing/dryer machines need to be fixed.

You won’t regret it!

The room was the biggest we have had in Japan! There were 2 bedrooms, as a couple we just used one to put our suitcases. It’s only a 20 minute walk to the city centre, really easy just following the river. There was the most gorgeous bath and shower with various water pressures and facilities, flat screen tv and free laundry! The staff were really friendly and pleasant. There is also a terrace that is lovely to sit out of an evening with a look over Kyoto.

Exceptional

This is the second Randor I've stayed at, the first being in Sapporo, and they've both been amazing. Fully featured, large rooms at a great price. After the first one we've only since stayed at apartment hotels as they offer large, excellent rooms at excellent prices. Once the option was available (due to the kitchenette) we often found ourselves just shooting off to a supermarket, picking up A5 wagyu and yakisoba kits and eating meals that would have otherwise been 10000 yen per person for about 2500 yen each.

In exchange for a huge room at a low price you lose 24/7 staff, daily cleaning, swimming pools, built-in restaurants etc, but for us it was well worth it. We'd make that trade in a heartbeat.
