Newly remodeled efficiency apartment. Across from the beautiful rio grande river and 4 miles from elephant Butte lake state park. Lots of outdoor cooking equipment for you use. Close to Down town and hot mineral baths. Secure boat parking. Private building and entrance. River rafting and fishing are excellent this year. Close to the healing waters therapy center. Come enjoy... House broke pets and 420 ok.

A nice quiet spot to relax and be away from the crowds. Good for one or two people. Cool and comfortable. And yet close to T or C and Elephant Butte.

Our stay at Carmen’s Casita was a pleasant one. Our host was very responsive and the house was very clean. The house was about a 5 minute drive to the hot springs district. I will be back to stay again. I would like to thank our host!

Great find! Quiet neighborhood, full kitchen and a small fenced area for the pup to stretch her legs was a great bonus! Host was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

This is a nice unit to stay the night. It was very quiet very clean. Dog friendly without a fee. I would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived, the a/c was on, ready for me to get out of the 100 degree weather outside. I traveled alone, so safety, comfort and wifi were important for me. Carmen's Casita had all 3, had everything I needed, and was very clean! Quiet location too! I even got to experience what it was like to have a mini split A/C unit - It was great!

Nothing fancy but fit for us. Nice little outdoor sitting area, very private, good location for exploring elephant Butte lake & Caballo lake. Air worked great!

I wanted a pet friendly place to stay and this was the perfect place. It's a cute, homey studio with a full-size bed, kitchen and bath. There is a comfy couch and a little dinette table. There's a little patio right outside the door. It's off the beaten path, but still close enough to downtown. It's very quiet. The host is very nice. A great little place to stay.

Nice studio. Enough room for me, my mom, and our dogs. Warmly greeted by the host and Skipper. Would like to stay during warmer weather when we could use the pizza oven.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carmen’s Casita. Randy, Carmen and Skipper are very gracious and generous hosts. We received excellent tips on everything from activities, places to shop and mostly on how best to enjoy the area. It was a wonderful time and excellent stay. Thank you, guys!!

The place was wonderful and hosts were were very easy going. Clean and cozy. Loved having full kitchen. Very private sitting area. We have a dog that was very welcomed but we like to walk and not really walk friendly but that was minor detail, nothing to do with the accommodations.

Hosts were gracious and kind, if I were to need anything, all I had to do was ask. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and a beautiful area to walk my dog. Close to town. As a solo female traveler with a pet, we felt welcomed, safe, and secure. I would stay here again.

It was quiet, cozy and clean. We loved the art work and bright colors. Only problem is the tube was very slick. I was afraid I was going to fall.
