Great for the amount of time spent there. Great B-Fast selection.

Friedly staff during the morning B-Fast.

Pool needed to be a little clearer, looked like it needed filtering.

Clean hotel and room and everything was nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed! Pool and hot tub were excellent. Staff were very nice.

The room never cooled down as much as I wanted, no matter what we set the temperature at. The hallways and shared areas were too warm (our room was cooler than the hallways and general areas, but still didn't really feel air-conditioned). The front desk was not constantly staffed.

Everything was great as usual from IHG hotels, just the boat parking was disappointing considering it’s a lake town.

Pool was nice, a little cloudy though. Great that it was indoors, so not dependent on seasonal use as is the case with so many others.

Tried to call to specify a ground floor reservation. On hold for 15 min, finally gave up. Kept trying later, but could not get through to staff. Left a message, though they never called back.

Surprised and delighted how impeccably clean the room was and loved the hospitality at breakfast.

This hotel was fresh and clean with great amenities. We will definitely stay here again when on our way to or from Colorado to Arizona. Also, we loved being able to charge our EV.

I didn’t like that when we went to check-in, that our reservation wasn’t there. Very disappointed as I had booked ahead of time and had a reservation confirmation through booking.com. Fortunately, they had a room for us.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast was also very delicious and great coffee.

Fix the elevators and you’ll be fine.

The staff was courteous and pleasant. The room was quite, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The elevators were out of order and there was no availability on the first floor. Booking.com did not inform me of this during the booking process. My past experiences with booking.com influenced me not to try for a refund, nor did I want to move to another hotel. The parking was hard to maneuver.

Elevator out of service. Dog in Room 214 was barking at night and got out of the room one morning after breakfast and was growling at me as I went into my room.

Good standard IHG hot breakfast with decent options, kept clean and stocked with fresh trays of hot food. Good coffee!

Clean, comfortable and busy.

Room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to fix a problem with the television. The location was adjacent to a Tesla Supercharger.

The breakfast was minimal with no hot food which was not what I expected for a Holiday Inn. The outer doors facing the Supercharger were broken so I had to walk around the building to check in. The price was more than the room was worth. I think they raised the prices for the Memorial Day Weekend.

Advertise breakfast on website but their was only cereal and yogurt.No coffee until one of the guest went to the back and brought out a pot of coffee.Bathtub drained very slow and my husband almost slipped because of the soap scum in the tub. When I first went into the hotel the desk clerk seemed to be sleeping and stated he had been up two nights gaming. I was never sure of the price because on the website it was one price the desk clerk quoted us 149 when we got the bill it was182.

Price was to high for the accommodations..No breakfast was never any staff around.

Disappointed

Clean rooms and great location

I was very disappointed. Pool was closed. From what we were told is that the person that make breakfast didn't show up and no one else wouldnt step up and help so there was no breakfast either.
