Welcome to Willow Point Haven! Located on over an acre of land, this beautiful home rests on the pristine Lake Norman with more than 400ft. of shoreline.
This charming home is a special family retreat used for having fun, ensuring rest, and making memories to last a lifetime. It is truly a place of refuge!
In the shade or in the sun, you will find hammocks, benches, and comfortable seating to enjoy the beautiful nature that abounds across the property. Take a stroll through the grape vineyard, where you will also enjoy seeing--or tasting from--blueberry bushes, as well as an apple tree. The yard is a mixture of woodsy parts, and landscaped parts, each offering areas to sit and take in the gorgeous lake.
On the dock or in the water are a multitude of toys to use. We have provided for you a canoe, 2 kayaks and all kinds of floating fun including a few pretty amazing towables that are there to enjoy! Badmitten, volleyball, ride on toys for the little ones and much more awaits you on land.
The design of this home was done in a way that it takes advantage of the property. A lake view can be enjoyed from all 4 bedrooms as well as all the living areas. A very delightful and well designed 2 story screened in patio anchors one side of the house. It gives an extremely relaxing area to enjoy the scenery where you can take your choice on rocking chairs, a swinging bench, or a few comfy chairs that fill this charming space.
The 4 bedrooms in the home offer a few options in bedding. The upstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a door leading out to an open 2nd floor deck. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The 1st, contains a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a door leading to the 1st floor screened in patio. The 2nd, is very child friendly offering a triple bunkbed and a queen bed, Along with the multitude of beds, this room has an eclectic grouping of toys that will please any younger children. The 3rd has a queen bed. The room has a wonderful abundance of natural light with a beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows. There is also a door that leads to the downstairs patio with a swinging bench and rocking chair.
The game-room allows you to have a wonderful lakeside view while playing on the pool table, game table, or enjoying the arcade game console which features favorites such as Frogger, Galaga, Pacman, and many more.
For your wireless needs, high speed wi-fi is available.
The bright and beautiful living area has the homes only TV where you can enjoy movies while still having spectacular views through the many windows and doors that fill this space. The TV has basic cable. A DVD player is available for you to utilize. In addition, movies and shows can be streamed via ChromeCast or Apple TV. The living area contains many board games, card games, and interesting books to fill in those relaxing nights after days of lake fun. Outside the living area, kitchen area, and dining area is a roomy deck where meals can be eaten or just relax in the many chairs available. In the morning take in a beautiful sunrise, or spend your evening relaxing, enjoying, and fellowshipping while surrounded with beauty without a bright sunlight blinding you as it sets.
The kitchen --fully equipped for your ease of mind-- contains a coffee maker, waffle maker, rice maker, crock pot, blender, gas grill, or just about anything you would need and more. The home also comes stocked with dining ware, as well as a starter set of paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic utensils.
Walk out to the lake and relax on the dock where there is seating for a relaxing view along with a covered area for boats. Bring your own boat or if renting a boat is desired, Morning Star Marina is only a 15 minute drive away. We have many life vests ranging from infant to adult. If floating, swimming, or relaxing near the shore is your desire, you will be able to find a lot to pick from. Along with all the toys, try jumping on to or just lounging upon our large inflatable floating dock.
From inside to outside, this home was made for lakeside enjoyment and great family fun!

We had the best time in this lake house. We loved that the house was right on the main lake, jump in ready! The house was very clean, the owner made sure everything was perfect, even had fresh flowers in certain rooms. The house had a fun game room that we used every night and tons of water toys that we also used every day. There were enough beds for 2 families, 9 total adults and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a blast playing badminton, ping pong, and throwing the football around in the spacious yard. In the evenings, the game room became our favorite spot for playing pool, cards, and enjoying the arcade. With a similar arcade setup at home, the kids loved breaking all the high scores.
One minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which was spotty depending on the location in the house; at times even surprised to see we somehow became disconnected; Again, minor.
The main living area featured the home's only TV with basic cable, provided the perfect setting for movie nights after dark. Our 92-year-old mother enjoyed watching her shows during the day, avoiding the scorching heat.
The master suite with a walk-in shower was perfect for her needs. She uses a walker, and having everything on one level made it convenient for her. The other rooms were Percy as well with plenty of linens, bath and beach towels for all.
Renting a pontoon for a couple days from Buckeye Rental was seamless. We spent our days floating, swimming, and relaxing near the shore. We also purchased a four-person floating tube for the adults, which we left behind for the next renters to enjoy. I do recommend water shoes as the lake bottom at the shores edge was pretty rocky in spots.
Check-in and check-out were flawless, making our stay hassle-free. We love Lake Norman, and this home was perfect for our family to spend a comfortable six nights. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for spacious fun!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean and the home offered something for everyone. The children as well as the adults enjoyed fun in the lake as well as in the home. We will be back for sure!

This house is everything it’s advertised to be. Check in was easy. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The lake was amazing and the house was stocked with plenty of rafts to float on, paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. We will definitely stay here again. If your looking to have a true family vacation this is the place to do it.

We love staying here. This home has everything you would ever need to have a relaxing and enjoyable time on the lake. If there was ever a problem, property manager replied to questions or concerns within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous house to any family.

Wow! The view is spectacular! The amenities are outstanding! Our four grandchildren, ages 5-11, had a blast at the dock playing with all the water toys! Then in the evening, they played lots of ping pong and arcade games while the adults played pool. The fire pit was an added bonus! We all fished off the dock and from our rented pontoon.
All of the beds were very comfortable ! The bunk room was a hit with the grands! We arrived with fresh flowers on the table! So special! Thank you for the privilege of renting your wonderful home. We hope to rent again next summer!!!!

This house was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the house is amazing. Has everything you need. We didnt need to leave the house once besides to get ice. Very spacious and definitely family oriented. I love that there was only one tv where the family could gather and a bunch of seating for the family to hang out. The ONLY thing i would recommend is having a broom. We would vacuum up crumbs and the vacuum didnt suck everything up. Other than that, we have zero complaints.
The owners were very responsive and super sweet. They answered all of our questions and were very welcoming.
We will be coming back for sure.

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was everything we needed and MORE! The host were GREAT! We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on Lake Norman. We will definitely be staying here again if the timing works out for our visit to Lake Norman

Enjoyed this property. Lots of amenities inside and out. Unfortunately the weather turned cooler so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoors as much as we would have liked but house was big enough that we never felt cramped. Views are amazing from every room. Nice to have some toys for the kiddos too. Responsive owner. Would love to stay again!

The Willow Point home exceeded our expectations in so many ways! There was plenty of room for our group of 8. We loved the huge dining/kitchen table where we ate all meals together, the kitchen was large, well stocked and the walk-in pantry was a bonus. Our daylight hours were spent on the dock and in the water. Having the use of the floats and rafts was great! Each evening, we played games, watched TV and enjoyed many rounds of pool in the Game Room.
We hope to return next year!

This property had all the items needed to make a great family vacation. Space, activities and equipment (multiple paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, etc.) to play on the water. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The home was so comfortable and thoughtfully set up for large family gatherings. Plenty of great spots to gather and sit. The property is also well equipped with everything you could need at the lake - hammocks, kayaks, paddle boards, floating docks, floats, badminton, etc. All of the beds were also really comfortable mattresses- rare for a rental, but so appreciated for a week long stay!

We were a group of 3 families. The house is located on the lake, quiet, you can fish and just enjoy your vacation. The house is large, cozy, clean, has everything for a comfortable stay. I will recommend to friends and maybe we will return there again

We held my mother’s year anniversary memorial service at the lake. The house was perfect, several family members stayed at the house and other family members live in the area. We set up a memorial table in the house and released balloon by the lake at sunset, it was breathtaking. My mother loved it when family got together, so we did enjoy the rest of the time. Plenty of activities, pool table, ping-pong, video game, board games, cards, and water toys galore, they all got used. We will be booking again in the future. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is lovely.

We enjoyed our family & friends annual reunion @ this beautiful home & everyone commented on how this was there favorite VRBO rental. Considering we have stayed in many homes across multiple states I would consider this a very high compliment! The owners were great to work with & the property was absolutely amazing. Beautiful views from every area of the house. I highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very comfortable beds and tons of space indoors and out. We were splitting our time between the VRBO house and our niece's house (due to a few dogs), so didn't get to spend lot's of time here, but would definitely recommend for families with young children. The owners were great!

The owners were very gracious to us. A couple small things came up and they addressed the manner quickly and were more than accommodating. Spent a lot of time outdoors on the lake and nice back porch and fire pit to enjoy. The view is so relaxing and overall very spacious place. There were 7 of us (old high school buddies) now all around 50 year old. We all said we could see bringing our own families back here to stay!
