Bad. No disclaimer before buying

Do not know, did not get to go in

The security deposit isnt mentioned until you purchase the room. It needs to say in the description and be the first line that there is a 100$ “security deposit” in other words a scam. And theyll try and find something so small to make sure they keep that money. Take photos of the area before you leave

Decent motel on Hwy 99

Location and bed was comfortable. Staff was prompt and courteous. Room was decent and clean.

Walls and ceilings were thin and heard neighbors. Needed more outlets to plug in phone and cpap.

The worst Motel in Lynnwood,WA!!!

I liked the location. Its nearby to alot of convenient stores.

I didn't like the fact that when I received the key, I entered the room and it smelled like cigarettes. When I went to the bathroom the horrible design made it impossible for me to sit comfortably on the toilet, the bathroom window was broken so at any time someone could easily lift it open and enter freely. (Good news for squatters!!) Lastly, when I left the room & went to lock the door, I find out that the key that I have only locks the bottom lock, not the top lock that is a "bolt". So when I checked it to see if the door was locked the knob was locked, but the door slightly opened. Yes, I was able to push the door open, a toddler could push the door open!!! I'm surprised room 27 didn't have squatters in it when I entered!! That means whoever installed the door did a shotty half job or the motel is simply too broke to properly fix things & keep their guests safe!! I do bet that the motels owner is living large and everything is probably renovated in their home all at the cost of the newly named... "Emerald WORST Motel"

Emerald WORST Motel!!!

Other than the location, and simple parking. I did not like anything!!!

I didn't like the fact that he had the machine equipped with NFC to tap the physical card as well virtual. Which he refused to do, this was so I can pay the deposit. I showed this "donkey" my virtual card & proof of purchase via my account, along with my identification, not to mention I showed him the the other card that I used from last booking when I stayed in that unsafe room and told him I had to cancel that card I was showing him because I lost it, then later on found it. Concluding that I couldn't use that card I was showing him due to it being shut off after the scare of losing it. Yet the JACKASS still refused without compromise or understanding. Emerald Motel should not be advertised on Booking.com. Don't waste your time, money, & MOST DEFINITELY, DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY 🙏🏾 There are plenty of motels in the same city with the same if not better deals.

My needs were met through out my stay. I was very satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming at check in. I was very satisfied with room and impressed with how clean it was. I really like the location as well. Felt safe when I was reassured of property's security.

spacious room with one bed I asked for a cote as my friend slept on the bed and there was plenty of room to accommodate

great rose bushes , great outdoor area very helpful and accommodating

I wish the staff well because they were very nice and helpful.

The staff were willing to give us what we needed. The basics were tidy.

The coffee was not very good and the noise from upstairs was very disturbing at night. The floors were very dirty.

Good affordable rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with a good layout. It looked like upgrade work on the parking lot had been done recently. The outside atmosphere was very good. It was obvious the owners were spending time and money to make the grounds pleasant.

The location was easy to access, but perhaps not such a great neighborhood. There were a fair number of sirens at night, and even police loudspeaker commands to someone in a white Hyundai to exit the vehicle with empty hands.

Unless you are desperate for a cheap place, don't think about staying here. And it wasn't THAT cheap

I thought it would be a cheaper alternative for my brief wedding weekend. It was cheaper, but still not worth it. The young men at the front desk were nice and well-spoken and helpful as they could be.

It's located on a very busy street. The walls are so thin walls that you will hear every word spoken on your neighbor's TV at 11:30pm. The maids used a TON of room deodorizer so the room air was hard to breathe. The AC was LOUD and pointed straight at the bed, so no use trying to cool off on a warm night. Nothing was done to make the room pleasant or attractive--nothing was replaced when broken, just patched or left "as is". My room had no place at all to hang clothes. The door had been smashed open in the past, so they patched the damage minimally rather than replace the door. No floor rug or floor towel for bathroom. Sink didn't have room for a toothbrush and toothpaste together, and no shelf nearby. The phone didn't work. The people who rate this place highly are not to be trusted, sorry, but that's the truth. I wouldn't stay there again for $50 a night. Other than those things, the place was great LOL.

Superb

Great location to use for a ferry trip towards the Olympic National Park. Felt comfortable and secure at hotel, and the close by neighboring business amenities. Hotel appeared to be well maintained and clean.

No frills but won't break the bank

Good location and reasonably priced. Comfortable mattress and decent shower. Better than I expected from a hotel/motel.

Sheets were worn with some holes. Entry door was in need of some adjustments.

Other than hot water issue all good manager's good

I booked a room without breakfast, so I have no comment on that. But nearby have a supermarket, Chinese food restaurant is very convenient. Very good for a Business trip or conference.

You have to wait five minutes to have hot water to come when you take a shower, That's too long make you think there is no hot water supply.

Just fyi. There is a $100 refundable deposit. so have extra money. Stayed here 14 days.

the wall sockets near the bed were so old and worn my plug (for phone charger) would not stay on. it’s a simple and low-cost fix but they choose not to fix it.

overall great stay! I would recommend it.

the rooms are always clean and smell good. there is plenty of parking and it’s quiet and safe. The staff are friendly and attentive.

It is located conveniently right on Hwy 99 but it’s a busy street and I usually need to go south.
