We had a terrible night sleeping with mice. Dirty shower and washroom. Will never go again, I would rather sleep in my car than this hotel

The hotel was old, big gaps in the door, bathroom counter was all chipped. The toilet wouldn’t flush so I had to fix it myself. The picture are very deceptive. The staff were nice and friendly. I would not stay here again.

Stayed in Lynnwood while visiting Seattle to see Metallica play at Lumen Field. The property is clean and a pretty standard motel. Beds are comfortable. Our room’s bathroom needs a little update but honestly; for the price - you can’t beat it. Staff was friendly. Lots of great spots to eat near-by. Would highly recommend Dick’s Drive-in for a late night diner treat and the donut factory next door is incredible.

I'm a contractor, and this has become my go to spot when I'm working in the area for a few days. It's a cut above other spots I've checked out nearby. Always clean. The beds are comfortable, and it's quiet. Good spot to eat right next door, and lots of stores and restaurants in every direction.

The owner has beautiful plants that are all over. Hope you don’t have allergies. The man that checked me in was dismissive and disappointing. I’ve stayed in my fair share of cheaper hotels, but this was the second to the worst. The bathroom room was disgusting. The floor was so dirty. I was trying to save $90. NOT WORTH IT

This was a perfectly nice stay in an average commercial area. Some reviews said area was sketchy but we felt perfectly safe. I would like to mention Matthew at the front desk was awesome, and even showed us the room before we checked in to make sure it was to our standards. Great value for the price would definitely be okay with staying here again.

I read reviews but apparently not enough of them. The hallways and elevator were filthy and smelly. The room was clean but the bathroom is so aged. Considered going elsewhere but stayed.

Limited parking. Poor cleaning. Expedia says "Hotel in Lynnwood with free breakfast", but there is no actual breakfast: just coffee and some yogurts in the lobby.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were fine. Bathroom looked dirty. Kind of a weird smell when you first enter the room but after you turn the air on it goes away. When you first pull up it looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues with safety. Good Mexican food right next door!

The rooms were very comfortable. It was clean, except for some hairs that were missed in the bathroom. The staff was very kind. The included breakfast left something to be desired. I wish there had been a coffee pot in my room.

My stay was okay. A little noisy in the parking lot with people talking loudly. The bath tub is very outdated with stains & old mold in the caulking. A very overwhelming smell of either Pinesol or bleach when I first arrived.

Room was dirty, long black hairs stuck in the bedding and in the bathroom..Woke up to bugs crawling on us and immediately packed our stuff and left!! Told them at the front desk as we rushed out of there...told her we were not happy and had pictures of the bugs that were in our bed.And she said oh well, if there's no blood around it, it's not bedbugs then!!...I'll let the manager know and have not heard anything back from anybody! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This was the fourth hotel of 6 we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. The check in was complicated. I had to deal with a virtual screen guy named Carl, I think. I had to listen to his instructions, figure out how to scan my own credit card- once for the bogus $3.99 "amenity fee", and then a second time for the $100 dollar deposit. After driving for 12 hours it was a pain in the but. The human behind the desk, who was helping some other people. looked annoyed that I was having issues with "Carl". When we drove up, there were several transients around. The area is probably safe, but my wife was a little worried. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean with average towels and amenities. The water pressure was good. The TV selection was the worst of the all the hotels we stayed at. It is the most basic package with very limited programming and no movies. The parking situation is a claustrophobic nightmare! The cars are parked in a tiny courtyard with every nook and cranny filled. We were told to park going out the back gate, around the corner, through another gate to a separate parking area by the garbage. I had to get out of my car to punch the gate code twice. If you have a large vehicle, avoid this place. The staff was indifferent. We didn't stay for breakfast because it looked minimal. Overall, this was an ok hotel and I would recommend it if you don't mind the check in hassles and parking fiasco.

A cut above other motels I've checked out on the 99/Aurora strip. Clean, quiet, helpful staff, lots of places to eat and stores to buy supplies. It's far enough from the street where traffic sounds don't intrude. We're getting some house work done, and I've stayed here several times when I needed a quiet place to work.

Most important person, the front desk person who checks you in. She made everything better by her service and friendliness. She even came to my room to fix the tv. Almost made the place live up to previous reviews, Place is clean but needs an upgrade. Second floor guests noisy after midnight. Cigarette butts abound but when I asked some smokers not to smoke near my room, they cheerfully complied. The man in the next room didn’t - obvious I could not ask him to move 25 feet from doors and windows that is state law. Signs would help, dedicated smoking area would help.

Very rude staff when we were checking in. You can also hear a very loud noise coming from the adjacent room when they flush the toilet. Not recommended for light sleepers. Large stain on the bedsheet and the staff was not too happy to give us a replacement.

Front desk people were terrific. No frills place was what we wanted. No swimming pool or fitness center. Had free simple adequate breakfast. Third floor was very quiet with room opposite side of parking lot and street. Parking was convenient but available spaces can be hard to find if come back extremely late. Lots of eating places not too far drive. Same for shopping mall and Costco. One morning had a really obnoxious Asian woman making a big scene at the breakfast/ front desk area directed at me and my brother without any provocation. We just ignored her but she just kept ranting as we left the area and she directed her screaming at the front desk people. By the way, I am Asian too so I am not being bias.
