Didn’t work for us, we moved out rather than ruin our holiday

Unfortunately we had to move out. The apartment we quite small in comparison to the photos. No aircon, only offered 1 fan considering current heat wave. Pool is located up lots of steps - not suitable if you have any mobility challenges. Bathroom small for a 6 berth apartment.

Fabulous location and accommodation. The hosts couldn’t have been any more accommodating to us.

The hosts couldn’t have been any more accommodating to us. We were travelling with a small baby and therefore we had a lot of bags and baby equipment. Check out was at 11am however, our flight wasn’t until 10pm. Juliana provided us with a space to put our bags and baby equipment until we were leaving for the airport. The apartment was fabulous. Very clean and spacious. The swimming pool was great for the children. It was clean each day that we visited. There was a nice small baby friendly pool a big pool for our older child. The location was great. A lovely big shopping centre filled with great shops and a huge supermarket was less than a 5 minute drive away and nice restaurants in the town were only 5 minute drive the other way. I couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Guia.

Good for a short stay but not the best option

The facilities of the complex were nice and the space was large enough to comfortably contain several people (albeit with a single shared bathroom)

Condo was not well cleaned. It felt dirty and had a strong smell from the washing machine (which was in the kitchen). Dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes upon arrival. Host was also not available on the provided number when we checked in - we only got into the property because another resident opened the gate and we could get the key which was accessible from outside.

Exceptional

Excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant & 10 minute walk to the village. Quiet & relaxing lovely weather. Really loved it & look forward to returning.

The only negative was there was no safe.

Worst experience with an owner in my life.

The terrace was very nice and cozy, also the swimming pool area.

The sheets were dirty, and on the furnitire it was dust , they left us no soap and only 1 toilet paper for 6 persons. The owner tries to squeeze money from you in every way and he is not flexible, i felt i was treathed like it should have been an honor for me to stay at his accomodation not the other way. By far the worst experience with and accomodation owner i had in my life.

Full week stay!

Great location, very friendly host and the facilites were great. The apartment itself is very spacious. Everything was spot on clean. I would clearly return for a future stay and recommend it 100%.

The hosts were very helpful & made us feel very comfortable. The apartment was lovely, very clean & homely. The area was just what we needed, relaxing & quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we return.. amazing place 😊
