About this house rental
First floor living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and laundry. Second floor master bedroom with queen bed, full bath and deck with ocean views, second floor mini master bedroom with queen bed and half bath, additional bedroom with queen bed, one bunk room with 1 single, 1 full, and 1 queen bed, full bath in hall. Third floor sun room opens to large deck with awesome ocean views. Third floor also contains a large family room with home theater, wet bar, table perfect for game nights, 1/2 bath and 5th bedroom with queen bed. The house is fabulous for a large group of friends or family. It is a short walk to a beautiful guarded beach.

Great place to share with family and friends! The 3rd floor views are even better than the pictures. We had plenty of space to spread out, and ample bathrooms and showers. The outdoor shower was especially novel and fun for the kids. Quick and easy walk up to the beach and easy go into town to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. Owners were easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Only cons were no hot tub, no grill, no outside gathering place and steepish stairs (might be an issue for some people). The location was great(one block to beach) sleeping arrangement was perfect for our family

We had an incredible beach week at Linda’s house with three families (5 adults and 2 kids). The house is very spacious and the additional third floor bonus room was the best spot for morning and evening hang outs. Can’t beat the location (1 block from the beach) and the neighborhood is quiet and serene.

Great house and great location! 1 block from the beach, under 5 minute walk with a beach cart and little ones. House is very spacious rooms are on larger side especially for beach house. We spent most of our time on the 3rd floor that held our entire family comfortably with a great deck and views.

This house was the PERFECT house for our family to spend a week together. Our group consisted of 12 people aging from 2 years old to 62 years old yet we never felt crowded or on top of each other: the layout of the house is ideal for large groups.
The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need: Two coffee makers, dishes, pots and pans, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, coloring books, crayons, board games, high chairs. We wanted for nothing. The extra full size fridgerator came in clutch as we made lots of salads/meals ahead when we came. We did not struggle for space in the fridge - even with two men who love to have their cold sodas on the beach. The third story was such a fun place to hang out in the evenings playing games, enjoying the deck, and watching tv. It gave us space to still have family time even after the kids were asleep on the floor below. My favorite features of the house were the long table where we all fit for meals, and the outdoor shower, which made it easy to keep the sand out of the already immaculate house.
The location of the house could not have been better. It is a straight shot to the beach entrance - about a 150 meter walk. It was easy to take the kids back when they needed to use the restroom or if one of them needed a break from the sun.
As we drove away, my husband was already trying to figure out when we could rebook the house and spend another week. The perfect house for a large group.

This place had everything! Short walk to a nice beach with views of the ocean from decks and 3rd floor. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a large group. Bathrooms up to date and convenient. Loved having two refrigerators and mini fridge. Only needed to bring sheets and towels. Great layout provided space to be together and to have time apart for 3 couples with 4 kids (toddlers, infant, and teen). Games and 2 TVs. Very clean home in a quiet community close to AC.

The house is perfect for a larger family or multi-family vacation. The house was well kept and spacious. Just a short walk to a very nice beach that wasn't too crowded. The owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and Linda was excellent to work with. We had 14 adults and fit comfortably. 100% would stay here again if given the opportunity. Fantastic neighborhood.

This house was great! The layout was perfect for our large extended family spending a long weekend together in Brigantine. We had plenty of room to be together and also apart. The large family room on the third floor was our favorite place to be! We will be coming back!

VRBO had "Outages in services" and pretty much washed their hands of the transaction. Advised me to simply complete transaction without theor assistance (Of course, his was after they received their fees).

The layout of house worked well for us with family of differing ages able to find separate spaces when needed, or able to gather in great too floor area for games, puzzles,, and reading. Close to beach, and everything we needed for beach and for dining was available. Linda was easy to work with and quick to respond. Week just went too quickly!!

Owners were great to deal with. The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. Proximity to the beach was a big factor with 3 young kids and this house delivered. The house was clean and spacious and the 3rd floor deck was used every single day.

This is our second time staying in this house and we will definitely be back. It’s a short walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the third floor deck. It is in a very quiet and family oriented area. There were 7 adults and six children in our party and there was plenty of room. The owner is very nice and accommodating. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach supplies which makes packing easier! The kitchen table is huge which is great so we could eat as a family.

Excellent house for a family looking for a getaway. Comfortably accommodated nine adults and two kids, and in walking distance to an amazing beach that is not overpacked. I would recommend this house to anyone looking a beach vacation without the hustle and bustle of other Jersey-shore options.

It is very hard to find a vacation home to accommodate our large family (12 people) where everyone truly gets a bed and bedroom (not a couch or cot)! We were very impressed with the property, much nicer that the pictures led us to expect. The upstairs room was perfect for everyone to gather and still have their own space, and we loved watching the sunsets from there. Bedrooms are spacious and everything was immaculate. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and having a second full sized refrigerator when you have a large group is awesome! Linda the owner was wonderful to deal with, and very quick to respond to communications. We hope to come back next year!

We’ve been going to Brigantine for a few years now and this year we decided to get a house with lots of room and we are so Bally we found this spot!! We spent a week with 6 adults and 3 kids under 4. One of the best parts about this house is that all of the bedrooms are separate, no walls touch…and we all know how important that is when one baby cries in the middle of the night! We never had to worry about waking anyone up. The beach head for us to use was super helpful since our cars were all packed! The double fridge was extremely helpful as well! The third floor deck with views of the water was perfect for evening hangs. We hope to come back next year!!

Property was perfect for multiple families to gather. Only 1 block to the beach is so helpful with grandkids. My husband’s criteria is a rooftop deck; check. Outside shower; check. Large enough D.R. That we can all done together. Two refrigerators is a necessity with multiple families; check. Only 2 features were missed in my opinion- a clothesline and larger grill . Definitely a great house for multiple family in

This property was perfect for our family reunion. The house slept 18 comfortably. House was large enough that people weren't bumping in to each other. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Family room was bright and sunny and out door deck was perfect. Owner was great to work with.

This house was everything my friends and I needed for a rainy Memorial Day weekend. Linda was an amazing host. The house blew us away when we first arrived. We had a group of ten and we had plenty of space and privacy so no one felt too cramped. Just a wonderful experience all around.
