Once we're done exploring this spacious place (which has plush furnishings), come back here for some quality time with family. Parking is located right in front of our home (2 cars)

Come to this coastal Townhome for a relaxing getaway! You'll be surrounded by lush views and plenty of space on the balcony. spend your days lounging in comfort, or cook up some dinner outside with friends at our picnic table before swinging back into bed inside after dark—it's all possible here.
The views are spectacular; there’s no better way than spending time away from work when you can enjoy them most-- indoors instead.

Entering the home, you are greeted with a spacious den that seamlessly connects to our first-floor deck with water views. The 3rd floor (top-level) gives you a well-equipped kitchen. The sleek stainless steel appliances and bar counter allow for cooking up all your favorite gourmet meals; while plenty of pots & pans awaits in this bustling workspace!

You and your family can enjoy a cozy night after sharing some great food at the dining table. The living room is where you'll want to be while catching up on your favorite Netflix tv show, or reading by the fireplace before bedtime. You will also love the 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, gives everyone enough space!

It's a great day on the beach! You can find everything you need for your trip to Brigantine Beach: ice cream, bakery goods, and seafood. Plus there are some amazing bars or restaurants within walking distance that will satisfy any appetite without having to drive yourself somewhere else first - like say...the casino that is within minutes from our home.

Our dock is no operational at this moment! We do not have the proper documentation/approvals from the city on the use of our dock. We are working to get this done asap!

Kayak & Other items on the 1st floor deck:
You are free to use them however you would like but you can't launch it off our deck sorry!

All booking individuals must be 21 and older before they enter into any agreement with us for the duration of their stay! You're in charge so please treat this home like your own--we want everyone here feeling welcome just as much as you do

This is not a place for parties. If you're looking to get crazy and have an awesome time, we are NOT your spot!

We want you to enjoy your stay at our home, so please keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10 PM-7 AM. Atlantic City has an ordinance against loud music after nightfall! By agreeing with these rules while inside/outside of property boundaries, guests are acknowledging their responsibility in following local laws--especially when it comes to affecting other people's peace.

We want you and your guests to have a good time. So, no more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on-site at any given time unless approved by the host or hosts (an additional unreported guest fee is $200/person).

We have to inform you that smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed in our home. If it becomes evident, $250 will be charged for every violation thereof and the smoker/using illegal substances may face further legal action as well! We want you to have fun, so please follow our rules! :)

We hope you have a wonderful time at our home! When it is time for you to clean up, so please take all of the trash to the trash cans: BTW: no glitter or confetti allowed. Also make sure the doors are locked before leaving. Don't flush anything other than toilet paper down this once- this must be respected!

We're sorry if you find any damages when visiting our property. Please report this immediately so we can ensure the right person is responsible for them!

We ask that you please be considerate of the check-out time, as we must have enough leeway to get everything done before our next guest visit. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees!

Cleaning:
Please be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, or stained items that need extra attention to make sure they're suitable when you check-out of our home.

We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable for you. That's why we provide basic amenities on the property like 1 bath towel per guest.

Your stay at this property will be exciting and memorable. You'll get the best sleep of your life. Make sure not to damage or stain any of our linens by using makeup/foundation; medications/face cream AND/OR tanning products (which can bleach some towels). Pretty please!

We know that sometimes things happen, we provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if they are missing or damaged after cleanup please note you will be charged the following rates:

Bath Towel- $10.00 each
Sheets- $20.00 each
Comforter- $40.00 each
Pillow- $10.00 each
Pillow Cover- $5.00 each
Throw Blanket- $25.00 each

We want you to have a great stay at our property. However, if anything happens and something valuable is lost or left behind during your visit - don't worry! We will work with all possible efforts in order to return what was taken by mistake within 2 days of contacting us following departure from said item(s). We know you'll want to get your items as soon as possible, so we'll handle the coordination of shipping the found items. There will be a $25.00 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. If any item(s) is not claimed within 7 days it will be donated at the owner/manager's discretion.

Please note that any violation of our House Rules will result in removal from the property. Acknowledgment and agreement with respect to these rules must be made by you upon booking. All guests agree to the House Rules at the time of booking.
