Sjajan odmor

Ljubazno osoblje, komforan apartman sa terasom, kompletno opremljena kuhinja (mašina za sudove, toster, aparat za espreso, ketler, posudje). Relativno je čisto, hotel obezbeđuje peškire i bade mantile. Vruća voda tokom celog dana. Grejanje je u januaru bilo odlično. Bazen čist, voda u njemu prijatne temperature. Hotel cine dve zgrade koje su povezane toplim hodnikom.

Imali smo mali problem sa mravima, medjutim, osoblje hotela je učinilo sve sto je u njihovoj moći da se to resi. Zvučna izolacija bi mogla biti bolja.

Great location, comfortable beds, uncomfortable sofa bed though.

Location is perfect. Sofa bed not very comfortable for my son however the two bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, traveling with two teenage children, one male and one female, my poor son got the sofa bed. Kitchen perfect, bathrooms perfect, great having an ensuite.

Ski hire shop didn't appear open when we arrived despite numerous emails making inquiries prior to our arrival.

Φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα δεν υπήρχε κανένας να μας εξυπηρετήσει παίρναμε τηλέφωνο και δεν το σήκωναν στείλαμε μήνυμα μέσω booking σ αυτούς και δεν το άνοιξαν ποτε και αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε ενώ το είχαμε πληρώσει !!!!

Стаята беше чиста и уютна. Имаше всичко необходимо. Беше помислено за всеки детайл. Успяхме да използваме всичко от СПА зоната. Наличието на паркинг беше голям плюс за нас. Бихме посетили отново.

Сауната е по-малка и когато има повече хора се налага да изчакаш, за да я ползваш. Ресторантът към хотела затваря рано вечерта (21:00ч).

Апартамента беше чист, топъл, уютен, удобен, голям.

Обслужването в ресторанта-много бавно, ястията се сервират студени, чакахме 1 час десерта. Казаха, че децата плащат половин цена, но платихме цяла и за тях- по 28 лева. СПА зоната е малка за капацитета на хотела. Не работеше парната баня.

We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back.

Our stay was during the peak summer month of August. Initially, we had concerns about the absence of air conditioners, given the heat. However, to our pleasant surprise, the mountainous evenings were refreshingly cool, and we even found ourselves reaching for blankets at night. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, we opted for the two-bedroom layout. For families with children planning a visit to Bansko in the summer, especially with hiking in the mountains, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Stylish two bedroom apartment. Kitchenware is present. Clean bathrooms, close to the lift station.There are plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans, kettle, oven, cooker, washing machine and a fridge in the kitchen. Clean pool.

You just need to bring forks, spoons, knives.

Good value for money

The flat we had was very spacious and comfortable. There was a nice balcony and the location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was enough parking place. Very good value for money.

It wasn't very clean. There were spots on the beds. The sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived. There were not enough amenities in the kitchen, we had to ask the reception for a wine opener.

Pleasant hotel with nice staff

The apartment was quite pleasant and rather clean, although not without any remarks. The sofa and the beds were quite comfortable. Wi-fi was free and of good quality. Staff was nice.

Our apartment did not have air conditioning, just heating for the cold seasons. The offering doesn’t say it has air conditioning, so there’s nothing misleading (!). I must say though that I’m honestly not used to searching for the air-conditioning option in Bulgaria as here practically every decent place to stay does have air conditioning. It’s my mistake I hadn’t checked it but it felt like an unpleasant surprise. So, if air conditioning is important for your trip, this may not be the right place for you. Pillows had an unpleasant smell from previous guests and there was dust on the night lamp. Breakfast was good enough for us but I found it overpriced.

Apartment was comfortable enough and clean. Staff was polite and friendly, ready to explain and assist. I liked to see several people working on the cleaning and arranging, inside and outside facilities. Seems that is well managed, without problem with the staff, which sometimes occurs.

Superb

Apartment size and style exceeded our expectations. Even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well equipped. We had a wonderful time, the personnel were very helpful, and kids enjoyed the trampoline in the jard. Very good value for money.

The location of this apart hotel is somewhat isolated, and you'll need to use a taxi or a car to get to the downtown. The pool should be renowned, some of the small tiles are missing, and there is a mold in the walls close to the ceiling.

stylish and comfortable room

swimming pool was not clean enough. It is named LUX and despite this - there is no fine street outside and the big trash bins are just across the main entrance.
