Whether you venture out to the beach and boardwalk or decide to stay at the house to sunbathe, swim, fish or kayak off the back deck, we think you will find everything you need at the house to relax and enjoy your vacation.
This Fenwick Island bayfront beach house is only a 5 minute drive/bike to both the Maryland AND Delaware beaches. Two beautiful waterfront backyard decks including a full entertaining area with outdoor lighting for relaxing at night and a 50 foot by 20 foot bayside dock with outdoor spot lights for grilling, fishing and crabbing will make your vacation a splash! The canals in the community are the widest in Fenwick. So feel free to bring your boat, launch from the community ramp and tie it up to the backyard deck. The community has a pool and you will have access to six pool passes. In June, the pool is open on weekends only.
Much care and attention has been taken to offer you the most modern and thoughtful accommodations including fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, high quality beds and mattresses, flatscreens, an X-box gaming system, and stylish coastal inspired decorations.

The house is a true 5 bedroom home which allows families plenty of room to spread out without compromising privacy. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, a full sleeper sofa and 2 cots provide comfortable accommodations in the living room for any additional guests. The house has 3 large full bathrooms.
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 13. Bring the parents, grandparents, kids and your dog family members too! The home has a fenced in yard so your furry pals can enjoy their vacation as well.
Upstairs features four bedrooms: 2 large master queen suites, one of which has sliding glass doors leading to the 2nd story sundeck with deck chairs and table, a very spacious bathroom with 2 person vanity sinks, ceramic tiled shower, and a 2 person soaker tub. The second master suite connects to an adjacent bathroom, across the hall is a sunny full bedroom, and for the kids or (kids at heart) the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed.
The first floor features a very spacious 5th bedroom with a queen bed for the parents or in-laws with a connecting full bathroom including walk-in, stand-up shower.
The kitchen is fully-stocked and features granite countertops, a garbage disposal, large breakfast bar, a pantry, microwave, dishwasher, both keurig and regular coffee makers, a blender, waffle maker, and all plates, glasses, and utensils.
There is an eat-in dining room table overlooking your beautiful waterview and outdoor deck. The living room features has a wood fireplace, flatscreen television, Xbox gaming system, and dvd player. Sliding glass doors lead you to a beautiful 30 foot long first floor deck with outdoor seating and rocking chairs. Enjoy the sun and breeze from the rockers!
Walk down the steps to our lower level dock. It's huge, 50 x 20 feet! There is plenty of room for cooking the fresh fish you've caught on our gas grill or dropping the CRAB pots available for fresh CRABS right off the dock! Sit and enjoy them right on our 2 picnic tables just feet from the water.
An outdoor hot/cold shower is a great place to clean off after your trip in the bay or ocean.
For your convenience, the house features dual zoned central air, ceiling fans, digital cable tv, dvd, Xbox gaming system, a collection of books and videos, stereo, and full laundry room with washer and dryer. For those of you with allergies, the house has only hardwood floor or tile (no wall to wall carpeting).
The house sleeps 10-13 people comfortably. Bring the kids, parents, and grandparents, there's plenty of room! Great for multi-families or multi-generational visits!
Three single kayaks and a double kayak with paddles are available for your use.
The house also contains adult and child life jackets of various sizes, board games, puzzles, books, dvds, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, some beach chairs, sand toys and some kids toys for your use.

My family has stayed at this house a couple for our summer vacation. It’s hard to find better views than what the Cape Windsor community has to offer. The house is very clean and is stocked with all the essentials. We really enjoyed our trip!

The house was great with awesome amenities. We kayaked, paddle boarded and had fun catching and releasing crabs. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing. The neighborhood is in a great location.

We had 13 family members and one pup for the week. The porch on the canal was our hang out spot! It was so nice to have enough seating for all of us. We ate outside on the picnic tables because they seated us all. Crabbing, jet ski, kayaking, pool, paddle boarding, beach, games, and eating took up our week. We lacked for nothing. The host was so responsive to any questions. We had family pictures taken at sunset out past the pool. Memories to last a lifetime. This house is stocked with everything! The neighborhood is nice and quiet too!

We were a group range of 5 kids between 12-8 years old and 3 adults over 65. This property was great for what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and other household items. We enjoyed the back porch and "baytime" to just relax and visit. The kids enjoyed geese that visited. Would rent again :)

We were a group of 8 with 4 teenagers and one dog. The house was spacious for all of us and the kids had a blast. So many different things for them to do rather stare at their phones. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed to cook. Anytime I had a question, the responses were super fast and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet for a tourist town. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family group of 10, ranging in age from 8 to 77 years old. (And we loved that we could bring our beloved dogs.) It is a very, very nice home in a great location, and we could quickly travel either north or south to many beaches and many activities. The kitchen had everything needed and the 5 bedrooms were great for all of us. We enjoyed gathering in the living/dining/kitchen area, to talk, play games, color pictures, do puzzles, watch tv, and spend time with one another. We loved being on the water, and walking in the neighborhood, with sightings of blue herons, egrets, ducks, geese, and bald eagles. The grandkids enjoyed trying to catch fish and going magnet fishing. We’d love to return and try kayaking and other water sports! (Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy during our stay in late March - we had a great time in spite of this.) And Cindy, the owner and host, is wonderful!

Very spacious and accommodating house a 5-10 minute drive from the Fenwick Island beach. Perfectly set up for kids, and the two decks made it feel even larger than it was.

Beautiful well kept home. Came with our four adult kids and aunt for Thanksgiving. Loved the backyard and being able to jump in the kayaks and paddle boards. Great location near plenty of restaurants and kitchen well stocked for us to cook. First floor bedroom and access to everything was wonderful for our 93 year old aunt. Being near Bethany for fun on the boardwalk and a turkey trot was great and the outlets offered plenty of shopping. Thank you to our host; we had a wonderful time!

Only downfall was the weather, however, we still had a great time with the family. I thought the lighting was very dim in the bedrooms and living room. Difficult to read. Other than that the place did not disappoint. We hope to see you same time next year!

I love this property. So convenient to so many things. But just far enough off the beaten path to give you some privacy. The house is great. The views are great. We will definitely come back.

House was just as pictured- very clean and loved the location on the water. Nice quiet neighborhood on the bay side! Loved the deck out back and the grills so we could cook out. Our dogs loved the back yard. House was very clean and loved the kitchen! Check in process needs to be updated- the instructions stated to look for the lock box behind a red chair on the front deck. We found the lock box on the front door, but the detailed instructions should be updated. The couches in the living room were somewhat uncomfortable- would have given 5 stars if they were more comfortable.
There was one hiccup with the a/c- but the owner was very responsive and apologetic. This was fixed in less than 8 hours- thank you for the prompt response, I would stay here again and would recommend this property to others!

Great vacation house on a canal, convenient location to both OCMD and Delaware beaches. Lots of seating areas on back deck with views of the canal and access to 2 gas grills and outdoor shower. Kids really enjoyed using the included kayaks and paddle boards in the bay. We also used the included beach chairs, life jackets, and boogie boards. Fenced-in back yard was perfect for our dogs. Had minor issue with toilet during our stay that was immediately addressed by the owner. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This house was awesome. It was as advertised. This house has everything that you could need plus some. The owner is great to work with. This was the cleanest house I have ever rented. We totally enjoyed our stay and rebook in the future.

This house was great - really good set up room and bath layout. My 2 son’s family’s each had a Master bed with attached bath. The one master was large enough for the one families 11 month old and 2 year old to sleep in that room with them. The bunk room was shared by other grand kids. The other Queen bedroom is attached to a bath, it also has a door to the hall that was used by Great Grandma who had the double bed bedroom.
The house is stocked better dish and cook ware than my own home! Do not bring anything. It has plastic plates and sippy cups for kids.
It has baby stuff galore! It has a pack and play, 2 bouncer chairs / high chair. A bed rail. Extra cot the closets are Packed with stuff. Lots of extra pillows. Cleaning supplies. There is a washer and dryer in the house.
The kayaks with paddles, 2 boards and a huge variety of sizes of life jackets - probably not for XL size. There are crabbing traps the kids loved using.
The back porch was the best and the wood dock - kids spent hours fishing and crabbing
The house location is the best - it is really quite - just a 5 minute drive to the busy restaurant/ put putt golf / ice cream.
We liked Fenwick Beach the best - maybe 5-10 minute drive. Go early like before 10am to not worry about parking
It was a 20 minute drive to Ocean City boardwalk.
The pool was really nice in the Community.
Lots of toddler toys and board games for all ages.
Seriously we brought way more than we needed!!

We had a great time! House was in perfect location from Delaware Beaches and Ocean City Beaches. The kids enjoyed Paddle Boarding and Kayaking. The house is well equipped enough room for family!

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious and everything you need. It is great when you feel the owner is sharing their home with you by giving you access to their beach items, games, books and everything you would need in the kitchen. There was nothing missing! They even supplied containers and baggies, etc. I like to keep things clean while I am there and there were cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms. The decks are beautiful and well furnished. Brand new dock and two round picnic tables and 2 grills. I agree with the other posts regarding the online pictures. It is much brighter and beautiful in person. Just a note for dog owners and small children. The yard is fenced in from the street and neighbors, but the water is still accessible, so be sure to bring life jackets for dogs. They have a closet full of life jackets for kids and adults! My pug snuck through the slats in the fence, but there were so many beach chairs, we were able to block it. The dogs had a blast seeing the geese every morning passing the house in the water! My daughter has terrible allergies and had no issues the entire week, since there are hardwood floors throughout and it was so clean. We did not realize, but the pool was not open during the week, so she was bummed, but so many other things to do. It is still early in the season. All of the neighbors were very friendly and it was so quiet at night! A perfect, relaxing vacation!

We stayed to celebrate my sons graduation from college. Perfect size for a large family. The outdoor space was wonderful and the use of the kayaks was a huge plus.
No paper towels, no toilet paper, no linens, no towels so remember to bring all those items.

For the past 32 years the same group of girls have stayed at various areas of the Eastern Shore. This was our first stay at this great location. House was everything we expected. Very clean, quiet area and great outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend stay on Fenwick Island. The house was great; warm and cozy, lots of seating and all the rooms were a nice size. The kitchen was well-equipped, 3 full baths which was was really nice and the neighborhood was very nice for dog walks. The house narrative indicated a fenced-in yard, however it is only fenced in on three sides so dogs could run the risk of falling in or deliberately jumping in the canal. Our weekend was very chilly and windy so we could not take advantage of the super nice back porch, new wooden deck by the canal or all the water toys. Good reason to return which I am sure we will. 40 minute drive to Salisbury Univ. if you want to visit a family member there and still be on the water. Restaurants in the area are terrific. Over all, a nice house and location with lots of conveniences nearby.

We stayed at this property last year and then again this weekend. The house was lovely as before and now there are additional touches that really make the stay more comfortable. We had everything we needed (except linens which we brought). We are planning another stay already, and definitely recommend this property!

This house was perfect for my family, 7 adults, 1 baby, 2 children and 3 dogs. The house had many extras that were unexpected- toys for the kids, lots of movies and an x-box 360 which we played Family Feud. The outside was a very nice location on a waterway, which allowed us to play with our remote-control boats, it had a fenced in yard for the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a very peaceful location inside and out. When we reached out to the owner she was very prompt with her response. I would highly recommend this home.

Tina is a wonderful host, easy to work with and communication before, during and after the trip was great. My family has rented many homes and we love this house. There are plenty of rooms for my parents, my brothers family and my husband and I. Each family get there own bathroom and there are plenty of sleeping options. Just a short drive to the beach, bike trails and great restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice area just to take an evening stroll to see Fenwick’s Painted Ladies. The owner was very responsive and timely with questions that we asked. The house was extremely well equipped with indoor and outdoor activities, spices, many kitchen supplies that you may have neglected to bring and great furniture.
