This local expert will connect with you after your booking is confirmed and help arrange everything: transportation, chefs, butlers, grocery delivery, activities, restaurants, yachts and more. This luxury vacation rental is located just outside downtown Cabo in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal. With tennis courts, and beach access and only minutes away from restaurants, bars, and shopping, Pedregal is the spot to be in Los Cabos. This sensational 4-bedroom villa features open-concept living allowing its guests to move between the indoor and outdoor living areas with ease. Featuring modern touches that are both elegant and warm, this home is a perfect place to spend your Cabo vacation. It features two beautiful pools (one heated and one unheated) and hot tub to relax in while being within walking distance to the exclusive Pedregal Beach. You will also benefit from a large rooftop fire pit, separate rooftop lounge patio and various seating areas, each with their own views of the Pacific Ocean.

Your trip is complete with daily housekeeping (except Mexican Holidays), daily butler service, and a Cabo Platinum Personal Concierge.

This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel.

* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.

HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement)
- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.
- Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival.
- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.
- No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests' safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.
- Your Cabo Platinum villa rental includes a personal concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please call us so we can discuss the best option for your vacation.

Words cannot begin to explain the amazing experience the Cabo Platinum helped provide for me and my friends during our stay at Villa Paradiso. The house was stunning top to bottom - beautiful design, beautiful views, and great location! But it gets better - the top tier service provided by the amazing team is what truly made the trip. If I could give our concierge Fabiola a 12/10 I would. She helped coordinate all of our transportation, activities, and even set up last minute IVs for after enjoying cabo a little too much the night before. Javier provided top notch services, was friendly, personable, and anticipated all of our needs (and some) every day and really added the special touch that made the trip so special. And Lastly Jose (chef) who prepared some of the most amazing food we had during our time in Cabo (including a delicious surf and turf dinner on our last night)! This was my second time staying with Cabo Platinum and I cannot to be back for my third!

Believe it or not, the house us even nicer in-person than the pictures. The concierge, house-keeper, chef, and butler were amazing!! They really accommodated all of our plans e.g., fishing, boating, bars and more. We had a blast and love to work wirh Cabo Platinum again!

From start to finish, this trip was perfection! The views, the house, the chef, our butler David and concierge, Gustavo were soooo sweet and accommodating. We were so spoiled and I can’t Imagine taking another trip without them and the amenities😂! Note: Bring cash!!! ATM’s charge between $7-40 for transactions.

Can’t say enough good things about the property and staff. The house was amazing, with plenty of space to be together or easy enough to find a quiet space to relax. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff especially JC made our trip amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind, he was always making sure we were taken care of with drinks and food. It felt like leaving family when we had to say goodbye to him. The house was the perfect layout and had everything we needed during our stay. You can’t go wrong with the location and this property. We will be back for sure.

My 5 friends and I recently stayed at Paraiso Del Mar in Pedregal for four days and it was easily the best rental experience of my life. Our stay was originally planned for April 2020 but was delayed due to COVID. Cabo platinum was very accommodating and made rebooking very easy. The house is absolutely incredible and the pictures on the website barely do it justice. It is immaculately kept, the property is gorgeous, the views are breathtaking and the service from our butler JC and maid Valery were beyond anything I could have imagined. JC is such a personable guy, he always went out of his way to make us comfortable and make sure all our needs were met. He is definitely passionate about taking good care of his guests. He is an excellent bartender and whipped up some of the best margaritas we've ever had and also made sure our drinks and food never ran out. Our concierge Ricardo was so responsive and attentive to our needs he really made our trip seamless. All our transportation and reservations were arranged ahead of time and everything went so smoothly we never had to worry about our plans. We arranged for Chef Liz to come prepare dinner and breakfast for our group and she did an incredible job. She prepared a 5-course dinner that was straight out of a Michelin quality restaurant and her chilaquiles for breakfast were insane. I thought I had good chilaquiles before but hers were just incredible. Overall the experience was top notch and I will 100% recommend any friends or family traveling to Cabo to book through Cabo platinum with Ricardo. JC, Valery, and Liz. Thank you all for an amazing vacation!
