Great location and very nice house. I think the listers live there and there was an ammonia odor coming from the basement that smelled like cat urine. If the listing was a home that didn’t have their valuables there (clothing, food, etc) I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It had everything that we could have needed and a completely stocked kitchen for every cooking and baking need. The location was perfect for everything we needed and wanted while we were in town. Easy access to everything.

This is a great property with a variety of bedroom/beds which was perfect for our fluid group. The washer and dryer really came in handy on several occasions, too. 10/10 would stay here again. The only thing that was a little off putting was that there was so much personal stuff everywhere that I didn’t feel comfortable unpacking or even hanging my stuff in the closet, which is what I like to do on a vacation of any length. I got the impression that Lew had just packed an overnight bag and gone to atay with family nearby. Which is great for him but not what I have experienced with other rentals.

Stayed there for nephew's wedding. Pretty much as advertised, very clean, lots of books, nice back porch and yard, tv a little hard to figure out but we got there. Host very kind and easy to work with. Would be even better if/when they fix the hot tub!

Many positives - The house is set on a quiet street in an area close to much shopping and many restaurants. It had lots of room and a nice fenced-in backyard with plenty of seating. A few negatives - If you have allergies to pets, check with the owner. The description said no pets so we assumed the home was pet-free, however, we noticed signs of cats specifically. Since some of us have allergies, some of us had breathing difficulties.

Lew's place was just as described. The location worked out great for us as most of the guests for the wedding stayed in Tech Center which was less than 10 min away. Everything we needed for the wedding was close- grocery stores, restaurants, big box stores and services. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath was perfect for our family of 5. Nice neighborhood and convenient walking trails. As in previous comments, it would have been nice to have more closet room for our hanging garments, but we made it work.

Our family of six recently stayed at this property and appreciated the size of the home and the ability to spread out. It was so nice that each of the kids were able to have their own beds. The kitchen was fully stocked, maybe a little over stocked, but we were able to find everything we needed. The house was clean and served as a great jumping off point for our exploration of Denver. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Renting property was easy. Owner was easy to contact. Home was near park with walk ways behind housing in area. There are many restaurants and stores near. But home had lot's of personal items.

This was a lovely, comfortable home with a dream kitchen and all the amenities you could need. The hosts are very generous and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time there!

The home was very lovely, and centrally located for our trip. Lots of room, and plenty of accomodations to suit different needs. My only complaint is that there was a lot of personal effects. I went to hang my dresses in the closet, to find them filled with clothes, same with the dressers. It was slightly off putting and made me feel as if I was intruding a little bit. I did love that the rooms had darkening shades, which was great for nap time for my kiddos, and the rooms all had night lights, which was handy since I forgot ours.I will also say that the upstairs (bedroom level) does not cool nearly as well as the downstairs, even when you use the attic fan in the evening.Overall it was a good experience.

Perfect little house for all who came. Everyone had their own room. Everything needed was available or easily accessible.

Communication with the owner was excellent . Owners responses were timely and through. Property location was excellent. It is located in a quite and friendly neighborhood. The property is adjacent to a very nice park.

The home was cozy and inviting and super clean. The owner's have everything possible you might need to make this truly feel like being at home. Also, the location was great, easy access to highways and plenty of restaurants nearby.

I rented this space for my family who came into town for my wedding. The house was clean and just as pictured and the owners were very helpful. My mom left several belongings at the house and they reached out and mailed them to her within days. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Very cozy and inviting Very clean Came out to Colorado to visit our new granddaughter so spent most of our time with her but had a nice place to spend the night and eat breakfast.

The Acres Green house was a perfect location with easy access to everything we needed while we were in town for our son's wedding. House is spacious and Lew was easy to deal with.

We had a great location right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and close to Denver for shopping and Dinning. The owners were easy to work with and always easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. We loved having a clean homey place to return to at the end of the day where we could do laundry and make dinner and relax.

The house is just as advertised. It's very close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and there is a park with miles of running/walking trails right across the street. The owner was incredibly quick to respond and super nice. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, etc. There's a great backyard and covered porch area that was wonderful for eating dinner outside during the summer. The only thing that wasn't absolutely perfect was that the WiFi isn't very strong and is on an unsecured network, but that really wouldn't bother anyone unless they are trying to work remotely. We used our phones as hotspots and it was just fine. We would definitely stay here again!

We were lucky to find this nice home in a quiet neighborhood, across from a nice park at that. Lew was a great host to work with, and communications, reservations and check-in were seamless. The home was an unusual but lovely tri-level type with a nice backyard. It was convenient to visit our boys who live north of Lone Tree, and also great for exploring to the west (Roxborough Park & hiking) and south (Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs). Just like we like it, the home was enjoyable and comfortable to come home to each day for sure! I do tend to agree with another review that there's no room in the Master closets to hang clothes; the closets and dressers were full of the residents items, which I don't usually experience. The kitchen was also overstocked, if that's word. Luckily we were able to program or re-sync the Direct TV remotes when we arrived as we couldn't control the volume in the family room (and it was at 51, super loud), or channels on the Master TV. I have to say I have a pet peeve that ALL TV controls should be ready and operational when arriving at a rental, with minimal trouble for your guests since you don't necessarily know your rental homes' systems. The only other thing I'd mention is the hot water was too hot, close to dangerous; I would definitely check that water heater and lower the heat. All and all, we really liked this home, and would rent it again in a heartbeat. We liked the finishes and furniture, the location and sitting out back watching Denver's legendary sunsets! Very nice. Definitely stay again

From the moment we checked in, this house felt like home. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bedrooms were clean, organized and comfortable. I was able to do a load of laundry, relax on the quite patio, enjoy the sunset over the mountains and get a good nights sleep. The neighborhood was peaceful and inviting. Thanks for your hospitality.

We stayed six nights over thanksgiving - week when 12" of snow fell on Denver! Property is cozy and comfortable. We had 5 people, all accommodated. As for cleanliness, there were clean linens, plenty of clean towels. House is generally clean and well equipped, but is clearly lived-in. We were also surprised to find all closets and dressers filled with stuff - we had to put our suitcases on chairs or on the floor - not great for a 6 night stay. Someplace for hanging clothes would have been nice. Communications with Lew were quick and efficient.
