Nothing and not worth it at all so disappointed .

The square footage of the room was very nice and we enjoyed that as well as the location. The staff were very nice. That's about it.
So disappointed in the breakfast. The first two mornings were frozen jimmy dean burritos and biscuits and some muffins. The third day bagels were added and instant oatmeal. Nothing like the description. Breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Even though the rooms were non-smoking, most everyday was extremely strong smell of pot being smoked in the rooms. Two nights we had to park on other property. A big UHaul and small UHaul were taking seven parking spaces. The last night of our stay, those vehicles were gone, but we still had to park on another property. The drainage in the tub was poor and the commode flushed very sluggish.

The property is currently finishing up, getting a total remodel on the inside. Very well organized and never heard any of the workers working at any time very friendly staff always acknowledged us as we walked by.

Breakfast was fair considering the remodeling of the breakfast area. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The staff friendly and helpful, especially Michael.
When we wanted to move to another room the manager made it happen and gave us a credit for the first night we weren't able to sleep because of the outside light shining into our room.
The first room we stayed in on the second floor had a light that shined into the room all night. There were no curtains so we couldn't block out the light. The light made it difficult to sleep. When we reported it to the front desk we were told there were no more rooms available.

Nice area
Room we booked wasn't available. Had to get two separate rooms, was not warned about this ahead of time. My card I held the room with was charged before we arrived. Wrong price for rooms, overcharged. Had to go back to front desk 3 times and did not resolve this in person. Did it over the phone while I was not available to talk. Terrible experience with Booking

The rooms we're getting redone which are amazing. And the staff was excellent. Fred, a Frank I believe is his name was so awesome and he was so.
Accommodating to my needs. And the front descaladi the manager, she was just beautifully. Provided great customer service. I love this hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. But it was better than nothing.

The $250 incidentals fee. There is nowhere when booking this hotel that there would be that fee plus it being that high. More the the price of the room for one night! When booking, I did see that there was remodeling going on, so that wasn't a shock. I'm just disappointed about the extreme cost of the incidentals.

I chose this property because we stayed here before and was able to stay in a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The whole facility is under w. Our room was overbooked so we were moved to two rooms. One room had part of the room with no electricity, and very grungy areas.

Breakfast was good... Juice Drinks were a bit watery. Location was very good for me. Building layout was a little complicated....but I eventually figured out the shortest way to my room
Cleanliness can always be better. Carpets and condition of the furniture. A better stocked kitchenette in the suite would have been nicer.

I had many problems during our short lived stay and the staff that helped me through these issues went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted and didn't feel guilty for making the decision to leave. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, pleasant and helpful.
We ordered the largest king suite the hotel has to offer. Upon arrival the room was dirty - the kitchenette was unswept and food stains/milk painted the broken cabinets and drawers, the sink had hair in it. It seemed like underneath the bathroom sink hasn't been looked at by maintenence in months and the mattress was stiff and hard with little to no cushion to sit or lay on comfortably.. We explained and were immediately given a key to the same size suite on another floor - same issues. There was a questionable stain on one of the pillows, crumbs littered the inside of the pullout couch, bed was again extremely hard. We tried for a third and final room and immediately decided to leave as the floor was AGAIN riddled with crumbs when we walked in.
We came here specifically because we stayed in the same size suite back in October 2021 and it was amazing! This location (had) a really nice back patio area with lit fire pits and the room was amazing. I think there is currently an issue hiring maintenance because the difference between then and now is drastic - as soon as you enter the building from any angle the walls are scuffed up and each floor smells like chicken soup, and not in a good way... but with a little love, new mattress toppers and better trained/more cleaning staff this place would be as good as it was back then.
All this being said, the staff that helped us to get a full refund and assisted us and swapping to 3 different rooms was incredibly kind and accommodating, apologizing for errors that weren't his own. He contacted his manager to verify that we were good to go and gave us a business card should anything go wrong with the refund, but we recieved the money back a little less than a week later.

My first day checking in all my food went bad in the refrigerator bc it wasn't working. Also none of the silverware was in the room so I had to go down and grab silverware.
During my stay someone ended up hitting my car in the parking lot and it turns out there were no camera in the area I parked to show what happened.

I did like that the room was big with a kitchen and a sofa and was clean.
I did not like it that there was no comforter on the bed,only a sheet and a slightly thicker sheet like cover.I didn’t sleep well the first night.In the morning I went to the desk and asked for a blanket because I wanted to take a nap before a wedding that day.The woman who seemed to be in charge that day seemed bothered that I would ask for such a thing!She said it would be about an hour and someone would bring it in an hour and a half I went to ask again and she seemed impatient with me saying in another 1 1/2 hour I could have one because the laundry had to be done????!!!!
Already the check in the day before was not great.The young guy at the desk saw me come in right after 2 men who had just got out of a truck and then I counted,16 other men got out of work trucks,each holding their identication to check in.I thought me being a woman the person at the desk would let me check in quickly before them?but no,he said this is going to be a LONG wait and I should go get some coffee in the lobby and wait????!!!!I ended up being late for a dinner before a wedding that evening.

Sonesta ES hotel is such a terrible place, if you don’t want to be evicted from this hotel at 2am, leave this hotel!!! Their room size for Studio Queen Suite is just around 270ft² but they mislead people in booking/Priceline with 420 ft² !!! Also the picture they showed is different from the real room!!!
My husband and I arrived at this hotel at midnight on Oct 1st. I am an IVF patient and plan to do egg retrieval in a near famous fertility clinic in Lone Tree. That day is day2 for medication stimulation. We saw in booking/Priceline they have a Studio Queen Suite with room size 420 ft² and a big kitchen table in the picture, so we chose this hotel and booked the room because both my husband and I need to work remotely. However, when we went into the room, it was just a very normal size room (around 270 ft²) with a very small kitchen table and just one chair. So we went back to the night audit to ask for solving the issue. The night audit didn’t admit that the size is just around 270 ft², he said you could go to measure. Then I said yes of course if you have a tool let’s go to measure. Then after measure, the room is just 17 by 17. However, the night audit said oh that’s the unified room size we have. Then I replied if you didn’t have Studio Queen Suite with room size 420 ft², why did you write that size to mislead everyone? Then the night audit said you can change to another hotel. Then my husband asked can we have one more chair in the kitchen? The night audit said no, then I had to remove from the other room. Then my husband asked can we change to a bigger room? The night audit said no, we don’t have. Then we asked whether we could speak with your manager, he said no now it is too late. However later he immediately called his manager and asked us to go away!!!!!! Then we started to quarrel......

We love the location. We usually stay here when we come to Denver to visit family and we love the outdoor pool.
It needs to be updated. It is starting to show west and tear. Also the price to stay has increased about 15-20% higher than last year when we stayed there.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. We were surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. Great restaurants nearby! Cooled off in the pool on hot days. The free breakfast wasn't much but held us until lunch time.
The building itself was a little run down. The hallways could use some paint and new carpeting.
