After staying in Destin last year we chose to give PCB a shot. After reading the reviews and seeing the beautiful pictures for this condo I booked a 4 night stay for my son, his friend and I. The communication prior to arrival was just right- Steve was not only proactive but also informative. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless. The beds were SO comfortable (unlike any other condo I have stayed in). The kitchen was well stocked as well. The views were breathtaking. The area is safe yet within walking distance to many restaurants and less than .5 miles away from a Walmart. The beach was beautiful and wasn't over crowded like the other resorts/hotels that I could see. I hope to come back to PCB again and if I do I will definitely book this condo. It exceeded my expectations and that never happens anymore! I was actually sad to leave. Thank you for the amazing stay, easy check in and check out. There is also plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love this place!

Property was as advertised with beautiful oceanfront View. Very Clean. Convenient to grocery stores, Entertainment, and other shopping plazas.
Only recommendation I would have is that the mattresses in the guest room (Double beds) need to be replaced.

Pros: This condo is beautifully redone and was exceptionally clean. We loved the view from the balcony. Pictures are very accurate . Beach area is lovely, but both developments to each side were very crowded
Cons: This is in a much busier area of PCB than we have stayed before, would be good if you were looking to just walk.
My biggest complaint was that the kitchen seemed to be lacking adequate cooking utensils for food prep for such a well appointed condo. The teflon was peeling from all of the skillets, no cereal bowls, or pitcher to make lemonade. We wanted to bake brownies but no pan or cookie sheet. It made it a bit frustrating every time we went to prepare food.
Overall I would rate this condo 4/5 due to the kitchen situation. We really did love the condo itself.

The condo was very nice. It was everything I hoped it to be. It was our first time staying on the gulf side. The beach was so clean and the color of the water was just so beautiful. The condo was very clean and it is centrally located. We are definitely going back next year.

Upon arrival there were a few minor issues but Steve and his wife came in person to remedy those. They were super kind people even recommending restaurants and chatting with us about the area.

The condo was filthy.Floors, appliances, pillows on bed,bed skirt on beds.I called Steve twice one on cleaning condo the same day we arrived. And next morning on shower not working and plug not working. He blew up and told us to leave. All because I complained. Condo is not as nice as photos. It's beat up.Nice view, beach and pools.Hot tub jets not all working at the lagune pool. Military jets fly over beach are very loud.

We love Long Beach resort and have stayed at least 5 times in different condos there over the past 7 years but this one tower 2-204 is by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in. It’s super clean, well furnished, comfortable & close to the lagoon pool

The condo was recently renovated and looked great. Pineapple Realty was great to work with and super responsive with questions and concerns. The elevator wait time was next to nothing which was a nice change for us compared to Tidewater which is where we usually stay. The beach was amazing with no near-by outfall runoff into the water. This was a major detractor with Tidewater and Calypso resorts. The close proximity to Pineapple Willy's was really nice and the location seemed more central to the attractions and good restaurants. I highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful Condo / Great Location
Steve Warren has been the best person to work with in the 30+ years going to Panama City Beach on vacation. Communication and information were excellent! Reported a couple of things from previous renters that Steve and team jumped on immediately. Couldn't have asked for better responsiveness.
Condo is beautifully appointed and in a great location for restaurants and activities.
I highly recommend Steve for your vacation rentals. He is very easy to work with, yet professional in every way!
One last thing, you'll love the level of automation they use in the reservation process. Makes things very simple and easy to follow.

Beautiful Place!
This was our second time at Long Beach Resort. I love this resort. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows of the beach. I like the pools, the views and the security.
Our unit was clean, beautifully decorated and the balcony furniture was great.

Steve’s place is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I can’t wait to come back to PCB and to Long Beach Resort. Hope we can book this same condo for spring break 2024!

Just perfect
I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this condo. Everything about it was perfect. Everything you could need to make your stay awesome is included. It's decorated so well too! You can tell that the owener takes pride in the property. We always use VRBO for vacations and this has been the best one we've stayed at. It looks exactly like the pictures, the living room funiture is super comfortable, the beds are amazing, and so are the pillows! We always bring our own pillows, but they weren't need here! The views are amazing from the balcony. The resort is gorgeous and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They keep the resort super clean as well. We wanted to just move it! It's perfect. Contact with the renter was also wonderful. Every time I had a question, it was answered pretty much immediately. He even contacted us on Labor Day to make sure we'd gotten settled in and to see if we needed anything. We will definitly be back. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Outstanding Residence!!! Very nice and updated and in a GREAT location
The property was very nice!! The condo itself was very updated and clean with an OUTSTANDING view!!! It was located in a very busy part of town but still had a seclusionary feel to it. Restaurants and other venues were just a quick walk (this includes the Waffle House!!!!). Overall, we had a great experience at this residence!

Perfect location, perfect parking, beautiful views.
We recently stayed at this condo for a week as a mini joint honeymoon with our best friends. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Pineapple Willys and Coyote Ugly was across the road if you’re into those places. Parking was plentiful. The pool bar even had amazing food!! We loved the patio with the numerous seating options and the floor to ceiling windows were great to wake up to. We loved that the beach access out front was private so it was never crowded out front on the beach! Our only cons were that our friends had sand in their sheets before even getting in the bed and each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper which was not enough for 4 people on 2 rolls for a whole week. All in all it perfect for us!

Beyond My Expectations
You guys! If you are reading this, it must mean you are considering staying at Unit 204 in Long Beach Resort. I'm here to tell you that you should DO IT! I have a history of setting really high expectations for vacations, and usually reality doesn't come near them. Not this time! From the moment we arrived, the security staff at the gate was so welcoming and friendly. When we got to the unit and opened the door, it was as of the clouds had parted and I was walking into heaven. The amazing oceanfront view took my breath away, and my kids squealed with excitement and disbelief. They couldn't wait to run to their room, and claim their beds. After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I proceeded to check out the rest of the condo. The kitchen is amazing! White counters, a large island with a big farmhouse sink facing the view made doing the dishes enjoyable. The couches in the living room are huge, and most importantly, very comfortable! After being at the beach all day, it was so nice to be able to plop down on them, and watch some Netflix on the smart TV. Next, I walked into the master bedroom. WOW! Floor to ceiling windows the entire width of the room in there, too. I almost wanted to wake up early just to look out the windows and watch the waves crash into the sand. The master bathroom had double sinks, and an enormous shower with a rainfall showerhead. It was very relaxing! Since the unit is so close to the beach (literally about 2 minutes from the door to the beach) we didn't pack lunches for our beach trips. When we got hungry, we would run up, make lunch, eat, and run back down. Another nice option was the snack shack at the pool. They had cheeseburgers, grilled cheese, wings, grouper, nachos, fries, etc. Since we were still pretty Covid careful while we were there, we did DoorDash several times for dinner. There were plenty of options. Also, there is a Walmart practically across the street if you need groceries. We had such an amazing vacation, I was already looking at available times to revisit while we were still there. :)

Gorgeous views
The views were immaculate! I loved the property just could've been a little more cleaner. Upon arrival the front door looked as if someone had threw a bucket of mud on it. I cleaned it myself. The bathrooms need a DEEP CLEAN. On the last day the TV in the living room stopped working. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the property. I would definitely book it again.

Perfect little getaway.
The property and location of this condo were exactly as stated and pictured on the website.. The condo was clean and all furnishings were in excellent (updated) condition. Our balcony view of the ocean was perfect. Everything about our stay was quick and easy, from booking to check out. No doubt we will return here for a stay in the future.

Great location. Awesome Beaches. Perfect Condo. We really enjoyed our stay! The updated condo was great! Loved the views from every room. Great location to beach access and pools. Planning to make this a yearly vacation spot. We had friends staying at Long Beach Resort in tower 4 and they thought our condo was "way nicer" than theirs!!!

Good experience
Property was nice overall. Beautiful views of the beach. We really liked being on a lower level of the condo. This is on the third floor and not the second seeing how the lowest level is the lobby/beach access. The parking was ample and short elevator times. Overall experience was good
