If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Beach music had plenty of space for family meals and relaxing when not at the beach or pool. The large out door deck had beautiful views of the lake and an unobstructed view of the sunsets over the bay. All area of the house were extremely clean. The location was great. The city center is steps away, still water pool is basically in the front yard, and it’s a straight walk to the beach.

We were there for Tropical Storm Alberto, so we only had 4 beach days. Cinnamon Shore is a bit greedy - there really should be some type of concession for only being able to sleep in their properties during a storm. Also, CS washes their hands of guests being ALL OVER THE DUNES. This is what happened with the high waters, and they said it wasn’t their problem. If you are going to develop and make a ton of money on our Texas beaches, please take care of them. The house itself was our favorite, and we have been staying at CS for 15 years.

This was the perfect spot for our combined family vacation. Everything we needed was there and easy to access. The kids had a blast playing on the swing and various playgrounds and pools. The house is perfect - beds are all super comfortable - including the bunk rooms! The kids loved being able to have a sleepover every night. Would definitely return!!

This was our first time to Cinnamon Shore and we will definitely return. AWESOME weekend celebrating my husbands 70th birthday. Overall the house was perfect. Great location, great floor plan and the decor made the house very homey. Loved the distressed furniture! We did have some items not working or in need of repair and reported it to the staff when we left. As for cleanliness, the house could use a refreshing (paint inside, replace kitchen knobs which were loose or fell off when pulled, porch furniture needs attention). But, overall a great home. Lastly, you should post on your info sheet or website that the Cafe is closed during the month of January. No a problem at all as we enjoyed Lisabellas and the pizza place!

Absolutely perfect place for a family getaway. The house is very well thought out and very practical. We have two young toddlers and this house had all the things that you don't think that you need for young ones (e.g. step stool for sink, cups, etc). Beachy vibes, comfortable, plenty of seating. The location was great, right next to the Stillwater pool. Well insulated from outdoor noises- there was a concert nearby and we couldn’t hear it. The only downside was the interior walls are a little thin so the 4 bedrooms can easily hear each other. We rectified this by turning on white noise machines to help the kids sleep better

Amazing home! We loved everything about it! Location right next to the small pool was great and just a block off the circle so we could walk to restaurants and activities. We could even watch the live music from our balcony. The house was super kid friendly but you do need to bring baby gates if you have very little ones. I will also say you need to bring earplugs and/or a noise machine as people drive around in golf carts late at night blasting music. Overall I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!!

My family, 5 adults and 3 young children loved Aqua Bella. The home had everything we needed for our week Stay at Cinnamon Shore. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for cooking meals. This house is a great place to stay in Cinnamon Shores especially if you have kids and plan to stay in and cook. The kitchen is fully stocked (minus food and spices) for cooking and the house has toys, toddler chairs, cups, plates, etc. for young children. The fact that 3 bedrooms have king beds is so awesome! Who wants to sleep with two adults in a queen - spoiled but I appreciate that adults had king beds and the bunk room set up was perfect for the kids. I liked the locations away from the busy pool areas but walkable to the yard for music and Lisabella's. We also used golf carts to go to/from the beach as most people do at Cinnamon Shores. The house was very clean and well decorated. I would stay here over and over again. Thanks for sharing you home.

Beautiful home. Just a few minor issues.
Our check-in time was 4pm, but we were not allowed to access the keys until 4:30pm. When we inquired about a late check-out, (11am vs. 10am), we were denied due to the fact that the house was booked for that day. The upstairs AC went out, but they sent out a technician and they did the best they could to make us comfortable. Overall, this was a beautiful home and the amenities and community are stellar. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look to book a home in this community in the future.

This home was amazing for our family. We have two little ones (3 years and 1 year) and this home was a perfect fit. We felt like we were staying at a friends home as it was very comfortable and we loved how it was decorated. All of the special touches for kids were perfect (toys, books, chairs, tables, highchair, chalk & chalk table, kids room). Also, the linens were nice and there were bath mats in each bath. The location was great as one of the pools was steps from our front porch. The front porch swing and baby swing was perfect too. The only items we noticed that could use improvement were the bath tub in the master did not work and the floors could have been cleaned better as we had black on our feet shortly after we had arrived. Also, we had issues with having our beach chairs and umbrella setup each day as it was not timely and was a waste of money. My husband and I also had food poisoning from the pool cafe. However, the home itself was great and we would stay here again.

What can I say. This is where we are staying in Port A from now on. The house was perfect for two families. We rented a golf cart to get around which is a must. The property is well kept and well run. Tons of stuff to do with the kids. We are going to come back this summer.
