Bad and very noticeable water damage to entire apartment, shower would not drain and flood bathroom, apartment was damp? Bedding always a bit damp for this reason, our toilet stopped flushing properly and then all together. We we told to stay in our rooms and not leave between 5pm-9pm one night due to pest control with no compensation. And no communication when this appeared to not go ahead. Door to balcony broken and won’t lock. Cleaner would use kitchen Sink as bucket to rinse their mop head in each day and not sanitise it out afterward. Breakfast area not air conditioned and air conditioning in our apartment was causing my hubbys asthma to play up very badly.

Self-contained condos - with kitchen refrigerator fridge cooking facilities.
The staff in the cafe worked very hard and were very busy but always accommodating,the food was very good and the service was excellent. I like the swimming pool and I use the gym twice a day. I felt the gym and the pool were good for my needs of physiotherapy / recovery.
The couch or settee, could’ve been a little bit more comfortable.
It’s a bit far away from the beach.

Ремонт и стиль очень современный и свежий. Обустройство номера довольно креативное. Очень сытные завтраки
Поверхностная уборка. Просто меняли полотенца. Даже кажется не сильно мыли полы. На кухне есть маленькие муравьи. И на нашем балконе было их логово. Лучше не оставлять еду открытой и сразу выбрасывать. Хоть и была обработка территории от насекомых, почти всегда был один комар в номере. Интернет очень слабый. Иногда его вообще не было. Персонал довел до номера, но не помог в багажом. Я спрашиваю, где багаж остался, только развели руками и пришлось возвращаться на ресепшен самой за багажом.

Отдыхали ровно неделю.
Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь, если поймет, что именно вы от него хотите (об этом позже). Расположение вполне удобное, самое необходимое- в пределах 10 минут ходьбы.
Пляж чистый, красивый, закат есть где понаблюдать - шатл возит без перебоев.
С уборкой проблем не возникало, по запросу либо по табличке убирались всегда.
В номере имелись следующие недочеты:
-в ванной мало крючков/вешалок куда можно было бы повесить полотенца и мокрые вещи (если вы отдыхаете один - то нормально)
-мусорное ведро слишком крохотное для семьи, готовьтесь запасаться пакетами для мусора
-если не следить постоянно за чистотой на столе (крошки, остатки еды и прочее) начинают заводиться мелкие муравьи, которые с радостью будут доедать за вами. ( тут я бы посоветовал вообще не оставлять еду на столе).
-в нашем номере отсутствовала сушилка для белья, добивался ее два дня. Когда пришел сотрудник с дрелью, сушилкой, шурупами и начал сверлить на балконе стену - я понял, почему так долго они не могли/не хотели ее устанавливать.
-вай фай в номере категорически не для постоянных просмотров видео/фильмов. Временами интернета просто нет (с 11:00 до 12:00 в основном), временами сигнал слабый, а временами можно и в Ultra Full Had 8k смотреть. Не стабилен, одним словом.

Breakfast was okay but nothing special
Someone tried to enter my room at 3 am on the first night. When I brought this up with management they didn’t care at all they just looked at me blankly and said they couldn’t do anything
There’s a mosque close by so they’ll wake you up around 5am every day chanting
The pools weren’t cleaned regularly, all of the sides are crusty with calcium build up.
There’s also a gross amount of bugs constantly in the water as well as bird poo
The shower doesn’t drain well and floods the bathroom every time you use it
There’s no chain lock on the doors
We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen but they provided nothing for the kitchen, no cutlery, no pans, no plates or bowls.. nothing
Made the kitchen completely useless
Anyone can access the building from the street as the elevators don’t require a card pass to use
The pool water turned my white swimmers green
The attitude of the staff was not reflective of a 5 star hotel and I generally found this place a bit of a joke to be honest

Staff were friendly, place was clean enough and location was great. Rooftop pool with bar was lovely too.
Kind of a weird set-up and construction overall. Some things in the rooms were a little impractical (nowhere to hang towels) and finishings on the building seemed a bit rushed (carpets no quite synching with walls, small things) and rooms a bit small for price. These elements took the polish off overall and didn't really feel like value for the price point.

Из посуды есть- все по 2 : тарелка большая , чуть глубже и суповая

Кондо реально грязный , как писали в отзывах там скол тут скол , кухня раковина вся грязная и не убрана была после других жителей

Бассейн вначале был достаточно чистым - через неделю он стал грязный с мутной водой .
Было страшно в него заходить
К уезду вроде есть почистили

В этом здании на 7 этаже с 14:00 бар и бассейн (мелкий для детей)

The hotel was average in terms of facilities and service, may be 3 star residence hotel. Breakfast and service was bad. The only positive thing was location as it was a bit near to the beach. Other things were disappointing and no good value. Staffs were not sincerely nice, actually seem that they do not enjoy their work or to serve the guests. I would never recommend the hotel.
Breakfast, service and facilities /our shower and hand washing basin were stuck every time and the water were not going down/ were bad during my stay. Staffs seemed not sincere and do not like to serve actually. They just provided rooms at 1st floor without asking or letting us know prior to arrival in our rooms. Most frustrating thing was that the safe box in our room was continuously beeping all night long during the last night and my baby hardly slept. Hotel staff came to check it then just went away saying to come back with the rigth key and i asked again going to the reception area /there is no guidance in the room how to contact with reception, but i guessed to call 0 then it worked/ but eventually admitted that they do not know how to handle it and suggested to change the room but i did not accept it as my family members were sleeping. The internet did not work for half day for the whole hotel during my stay. When i checked out, the reception was not apologizing for the beeping, and were just being cold saying that i did not accept the suggestion, and she said that is all. I hated the service and attitude and disappointed on everything almost and would never recommend.

Die beiden Juniorsuiten Bangkok waren gut. Das Bett perfekt. Klimaanlagen in beiden Räumen funktionierte einwandfrei. WLAN leider eine Vollkatastrophe. Täglich mehrmals und oft auch lange kein Internet. Gereinigt wurde täglich und immer super sauber. Nach Schimmel hat es nicht gerochen wie in der vorherigen Bewertung zu lesen. In der Küche war leider nichts ausgestattet. Weder Pfannen, Töpfe etc. oder Küchenutensilien vorhanden.Nur zwei tiefe Teller, zwei flache Teller, zwei Wasser und Weingläser, Messer, Gabel und Löffel sowie Microwelle und ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Muss man wissen wenn man kochen will. Die Rooftopbar war super, leider nur bis 21 Uhr auf. Frühstück war OK mehr aber auch nicht.
Anlage könnte inges. sauberer sein. Viele Glasflächen schmierig.Poolbereiche oben könnten auch mal neu gestrichen werden. Keine Sonnenschirme. WLAN Katastrophe. Kein Gehweg an der Hauptstraße.

Die grosse Hotelanlage hat alles was das Herz und die Entspannung braucht. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal und einen sehr sehr empfehlenswerten und entspannenden Spa Bereich. Den ich jeden Tag nutzte und mich bei einer Thai Massage (max 2 x Wöchentlich, die hat es insich) und Relaxmassage entspannen konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es wird jeden Tag gründlich geputzt. Die Aussenpools laden zum sonnen ein. Ob auf dem Dach von zwei Gebäuden oder mitten in der Anlage. Wir waren anfangs Dezember 23 und obwohl es Anfang Hauptsaison war konnten sich die Gäste gut verteilen. Es gibt noch viele Positive Punkte. Dieses Hotel besuche ich bestimmt wieder. Deshalb auch die sehr gute Sternebwertung. Freu mich schon.
Der einzige Negative ist die zu überquerende Hauptstrasse, die, auf dem Wege zum Meer überquert werden muss. Aber es ist machbar und wurde nie knapp. NACHTRAG Hatten wir erst am letzten Tag zu Kenntniss genommen. Es hat einen Shuttelbus vom Hotel aus zum Strand. Glaube zu wissen, dass er alle 20 min fährt.

Great amenities, coffee shop on site, pool bar and rooftop pools that were relatively quiet, as well as one with a bar. Staff were all very courteous and nice. A great little gem.

Stylische Unterkunft mit mehreren schönen Pools und verhältnismäßig sehr gut ausgestattetem Fittnesstudio und einer Bar auf dem Dach. Der Hauptpool hat mehrere Abstufungen und ist dadurch auch für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10min zu Fuss und führt über die Hauptstraße. Es gibt auch einen Shuttle, der einen fährt. Es gab ein grosses Frühstucksbuffet. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit.
Es gibt einige Restaurants / Supermärkte in wenigen 100 Metern Entfernung.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Es lag z. B. noch eine leere Tube Zahnpasta am Waschbecken und auch die Ablage wurde offensichtlich nicht gewischt. Teilweise blättert die Farbe von der Wand /von den Türen.
Zum Aufzug ins Gebäude 'New York' führt eine kleine Treppe - nicht unerheblich für Leute mit Bewegungseinschränkungen.
