Beautiful and stylish large open-concept home in a secure gated community!

Welcome to our special retreat away from the busy-go-go stressful lifestyle you are leaving back home.
Located inside a secure gated complex Sueno Caribeno (Autovía del Este, Boca Chica) is only minutes away from the beautiful Boca Chica beach. Large open concept design decorated with modern furniture and decorations with 3 large bedrooms each with its own separate balcony queen and king/queen size beds with Air conditioning. There is wifi throughout the house along with a flat-screen TV in the living .
The house is furnished with modern-style custom furniture. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one on the main level for 4 total bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full en-suite with two sinks. Your stay at our property comes with a cleaning service once a week.
There is a large back patio leading to a lush tropical yard setting around the house, with a private pool in your own backyard.
This beautiful house is centrally located with easy access to any place you want to visit in the Dominican Republic. Located in a private gated community just minutes from everything you need in Boca Chica, grocery store, restaurants, nightlife, beach, etc. The City of Santo Domingo is just 15-20 minutes away, and Juan Dolio is about 10 minutes away, fly into Punta Cana airport only 1.5 -2hr away, or the closest airport Las Americas only 10 mins away. The private gated community has 24hr security very safe also has a large community swimming pool with a bar and restaurant.

We want you to relax and enjoy your stay at our getaway in the sun as much as we do but also, our property offers you everything you need during your vacation; if you have any questions or need anything else please just ask as we want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The property appears to look nice. But the electricity went out multiple times, there was no running water consistently and they had all kinds of construction materials left along the pool side (ex: rusty nails and broken tiles) and they left a huge uncovered hole in the pool tile. As you’d expect I was NOT happy with this property and the neighborhood was literally right next to an area that they dump trash.

Everything went well for our family vacation at this house. The pool, kitchen, living area and bedrooms, all were more than effective for our stay. I look forward to my next vacation at this home.

Home is very nice and comes as pictured in a calm area and close to the beach, just some minor things that need improvement. I’ve vacationed/rented and stayed at many homes before and they always come with at-least toilet paper and water (what’s the point of this water filter in the house for?) Also note for the owner, the housekeeper can do a better job at keeping up with this home while guests are here, garbage should be taken out, pool should be cleaned, guest should have as many sheets and pillows as needed etc.

The house is bigger than the pictures show in my opinion. It's a short ride away from all the major attractions in Boca Chica. There is armed security so I always felt very safe. The pool and bar area is perfect for relaxing and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and plan to when I return.
