Enjoy a slice of heaven in Martha's Vineyard on your very own mini family compound located in Katama. This relaxing vacation home was renovated in 2020 and has a MAIN house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bed loft area and a GUEST house with 2 additional bedrooms to provide plenty of room for company. The property is conveniently located in Katama off the Right Fork inside of the popular neighborhood of Edgartown Estates. THE MAIN HOUSE...Has an open floor plan with a huge family room located next to an inviting sun room. The kitchen has beautiful upgrades with new cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter top and eat in sitting area. The large dining room seats 10. The bedrooms on the second floor are quiet, bright and comfortable. The third floor bunk-room has great built-in platform beds for 4 and a ships ladder to the roof-top observation deck with incredible distant views over the tree tops and unbelievable star gazing once the sun sets. THE GUEST HOUSE...Has a full kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms with full bath on the second floor. Both homes are equipped with pullout sofa beds as well. This relaxing retreat is surrounded by porches, sun decks and located in a quaint private neighborhood convenient to the island bike paths providing a 1.5 mile walk into Edgartown or a 2 mile bike to South beach. Bring a book and get ready to escape to relaxing beaches, shopping & dining by the sea!

Such a nice space to live for a week! We loved the fire pit, outdoor ping pong, basketball hoop and close proximity to Katama General Store, South Beach and Edgartown. The neighborhood allows for daily bike riding and the front porch perfect for morning coffee. The guest house in the backyard was a great addition for us to spread out and eat dinners outside.

The house/guest house was perfect for our group of three families including middle school, high school and college students. Walkable area, all the amenities you want. Plenty of space to spread out. Great yard. Owner was easy to work with.

We’ve stayed at a lot of rental homes and this just wasn’t my fav. It was much further from town than expected (not bikeable) had to rent bikes - had to rent linens for bed and bath towels - had never ever heard of that and wasn’t aware when booked. Beach is about 15 min bike ride but no way to bring stuff with you. The guest house is more out dated then the main house but the main house is rather outdated too. The kitchen is updated but otherwise the rest is outdated. Stains on sofa, etc… wood paneled 70’s sun room. Separate acs in each room - so very warm in summer. Just not what I had hoped for or expected for the price. Debated on hotel and would’ve rather gone with that as in town, bikes and pool. Traffic on the island is a pain - if you’re looking fur relaxation - this might not be it…

Beautiful Katama gem. Plenty of room for 14 - for a couple of days we had 14 people and everyone had a bed and was comfortable. The space inside and out is wonderful - can hang in the kitchen, family room, Sun room, either deck, the front porch or the fire pit - we used em all. Location is great for going to South Beach or Norton - 15 min. Bike ride or 5 min car ride to beach. Same for downtown. House was super clean, ready on time and we had zero issues - and the house has just about everything you would need. Highly recommend this house.

This place fit our needs to a tee. There were 12 of us including my adorable 2 year granddaughter:) We loved the front porch and its rocking chairs and hydrangea, the wraparound deck which is big enough to seat us all for outdoor eating plus has a ping pong table. On the lawn between the two houses are lots of Adirondack chairs for another outdoor gathering place. The furniture inside was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a big meal. The short 2 mile drive to South Beach was awesome. It was a great and memorable week for us. We totally enjoyed the property.

We had an amazing time at this home, which was equidistant from the beach and town (6-7 mins to each max.) We loved driving our car onto Norton Point. Home is beautifully decorated and is a true beach vibe. Felt even more spacious than the pictures (particularly the living room and kitchen area.) We had a great time here and spent a good amount of it in the yard.

We were so happy with this property. 8 of us stayed here. 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). The property was easily large enough to accomodate all of us and more. Having 4 kids under 4, we were so happy to see how kid friendly the house and neighborhood was. There was easy bike access to Edgartown and South Beach. Perfect location. We really couldnt have been happier with this home!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of a rental property on the Vineyard. We had a group of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids) and this property fit us perfectly. The grandparents stayed in the guest house and loved having their own space. The yard is amazing- the kids loved playing on the swing set and the tree swings. And the rooftop sunset views are to die for!! This house has everything you’d need (and more) and the location was great- close to town and to the beaches & bike paths. The owner and property manager were very responsive. We only had one question about trash while we were there and the response was very quick. Martha’s Vineyard has so much to offer and we loved exploring the island, but our best memories were definitely being all together in this home. We can’t wait to go back!!

The inattention and lack of follow up from the property manager was very frustrating and discouraging. The fridge did not have filtered water and for the price that we paid, we expected a bit more from the amenities. The property manager came with two small bags of ice on the first day. A fire pit was promised (the parts all came while we were there and we prepared to have s'mores, but no one came to install this. Ideally, this property was advertised for 16 people but having three full baths in the main house and one in the guest house was not adequate for the number of people.This property, albeit, newly renovated, was overpriced.

What a great home for our entire family of eleven to all be able to stay with each other for our son's wedding weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. The only drawback was that the cable had been turned off days before our arrival and the men were not able to watch the MLB playoff games. It made for some grumbling at first, but they eventually got over it. We heard via the taxi driver that there were 32 weddings on the Island this past weekend. I'm just glad we were able to have a place to call home for 4+ days. It was a beautiful day to celebrate our son's wedding. Not a cloud in the sky.

Had an amazing stay at this home with my family. Tons of space, light, games, a couple of hammocks, a play structure in the yard and great location for walking to town all made it amazing. Hope to stay there again someday.
