We had a great time at the lake-side home in Georgia. The accommodations were excellent and the house was clean and comfortable. We have no complaints. The dishwasher was full of dishes and glassware but this was not a problem. We plan a trip to the same location next year and will contact Evolve to set it up.

Spacious accommodations with everything we needed. There was a problem with the grill but we spoke to the guest services person and she corrected the problem immediately! Will definitely book this place again!

Really nice property and home. The sun porch was perfect on a rainy afternoon. Needed a few days of quiet and rest, and this really fit the bill. Easy drive to stores and downtown Milledgeville for a little shopping too.

Our family, three adults and three kids ranged 8-14 years old had an amazing time! Property is super clean, cozy, and perfect for a smaller family gathering. Kids had a great time swimming and hanging out in the sunroom when they needed a sun break. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend! Thank you!

We went down for the weekend to visit our college student. Nice location, easy to get to downtown Milledgeville. Very clean and well maintained property. Well stocked. We hope to come back for another visit.

A home that welcomes you with cleanliness and comfy spaces. One can see this house is set up for families to enjoy. We enjoyed watching sunrise from the comfy sunroom and listening to the birds! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We hope to return soon !

This was a great rental. The home was cozy and had a wonderful view of the lake. I spent most of my time in the sunroom enjoying the view of a beautiful sunset on the lake and watching the ducks swim. My family already has plans to rebook this location!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! The house if comfortable and spacious. Outside areas are great for relaxing and enjoying the lake. We had slight issue upon arrival but had immediate response from the host! She was absolutely wonderful rectifying the situation and was thoughtful to check on us afterrward.....we will definitely book again!

The house is spacious and updated decor. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are updated. The lake views and outdoor seating are very nice. It’s close to the main road, with restaurants, shopping and groceries close by.

We enjoyed our time immensely at this wonderful property. We had preteens who swam from sun up to sun down. The location was perfect, close to town and the marina for boat access. It has everything you would need. Would love to visit again but stay longer next time.

We had a great weekend at this lake house! It was super clean, kitchen was fully stocked, and location was perfect. Super peaceful! We rented jet skis. I would definitely rent here again! My husband, 2 kids (20 & 19) and I all loved it!

The house was very nice. Very comfortable & spacious. Although there was a bad problem with those big cockroaches & ants in the kitchen. And we never received a key so we felt like we needed to leave someone there at all times. The dock really needed some work. We tripped a few times on a board that was loose & raised. It would have been nice to have use of the boat house. But there was a boat there. My favorite by far was the sunroom.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home- such a convenient location on Lake Sinclair to marinas, groceries, and dining options. We put our boat in nearby and easily tied to the dock for weekend use. The house has comfortable and clean, trendy styling with excellent touches to make it kid friendly - including high chair and lots of toys and books. I really appreciated the variety and quality of kitchen appliances; we loved making cappuccinos daily! Our only snafu was the A/C broke before we arrived, so we spent time coordinating repair with the rental agency and owners; however, they handled it as smoothly and quickly as they could to make it right for our family. We would absolutely choose this property again!

We loved this property! The description and pictures were accurate, living up to our expectations. The home was recently renovated, in great condition and adorably decorated. The location offers easy access to the lake and things you need. We had a wonderful weekend and can’t wait to return!

Home was beautiful, received door code for key thirty minutes after arrival, and we were also late for arrival, had to send a text to receive it. Had issue with insects which was not taken care of while there. Overall, home very nice, comfortable, great location on the lake. If you have a boat, suggest you bring some bumpers when you tie your boat to boat house. Wonderful views. Communications with the property management company, in my opinion are awful. called 800 number and wait forever and no results,
