About this house rental

The views from this property are second to none. Unbelievable sunrises, and beautiful moon views at night. Located within 5 minutes of downtown, and 2 minutes from The Club at Lake Sinclair & Dollar General. This is the perfect spot for a getaway or staying in town for an event. The house can sleep up to 6 adults (2 queens and 1 king size bed). Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining on the deck or dock. Nice fire pit for with seating all around. Excellent views of the water and nearby sandbar for hanging out on the water, across from an island with beachfront space- perfect to boat or kayak over to for afternoon fun. There are lots of amenities you'll find you may need for a short-term stay, including a pack-n-play to lighten your packing load. Additionally, for the hot-natured, or white noise lovers we have large floor fans in each room! It’s a quiet area with big water views. Enjoy the space with kayaks and paddle boards on site. Plus a Rubber Dockie that will entertain the kids for hours.

This property was clean had a great view of the lake and very comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen were well furnished. We fished off the dock which had chairs and was very well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Clean and perfect for a quick get away weekend. The yard was well kept Absolutely loved my morning view with a cup of coffee. Kitchen is well equipped. Pet friendly ❤️

Great setup for small family. We enjoyed the cabin, especially the views and large yard. There was ample parking close to the house. We brought our crew cab truck and 20 ft bass boat, and had no problem turning around and parking. It was close enough to the cabin to charge boat batteries with an extension cord. It was easy to park the boat at the dock when on the water, and an accessible boat ramp was only 3 minutes away at Anchors Marina. The lake was very clean and had minimal boat traffic.

We arrived Monday and departed Friday. What a great place to unwind, rest and recharge your mind and body. Watching the colorful sunrises over the lake, listening to the geese flying over the lake and hearing the turkeys gobble in the early morning hours was wonderful! We would definitely go back again to this cabin with the best "DAM" view of Lake Sinclair.

Our family has stayed here several times before and it’s just as amazing as I remember. We loved the Decour change, as well as the floats and pull behinds. The Rubber Dockie was a hit with the whole family! Our trip was too DAM short. We can’t wait until next time. Thx again for a great weekend!!! The Berntsen Family

Loved this cozy home that is directly on the lake. The owner was very responsive. We loved that we could bring our doggy. The view is the best part. You can sit inside on the couch or the deck for the beautiful sunrise. The king size bed is very comfy!! Would stay there again. Loved it.

We love this place. It is in a very good location to Town. Most of all the view of the lake is awesome. Great dock to have some nice quite relaxing time and do some fishing. Stayed twice now and hope to visit again. Thanks to the owners.

The Best Dam View was just as advertised, a quaint cottage with beautiful views right from the living room! Love the windows and comfy porch! Just enough space in the kitchen and living room for a couple of Empty Nesters and our two senior labradors (who were as shocked as we were to see the deer and rabbits in our yard daily!). Spacious bedrooms. Neat magazines about the area with the history of the lake. Loved watching the air traffic. Very private location. Owner was responsive and accommodating. The only thing that’s missing here is an outdoor shower!

We love staying at the Best Dam View. This is my third stay and we have recommended to friends and plan to book again. The set up is perfect for our family. Room with two full size beds for the kids and another room with king bed for us. The kitchen meets all expectations and we cooked here several times. The view is incredible and the access to the lake and town is the best on the lake. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great time at lake Sinclair. The location of the property was excellent! The sun rises & sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the wildlife around the home. We saw deer everywhere. The fishing from the dock kept us busy. We rented a boat from Sinclair Marina which was a great way to explore the lake. The kids had fun swimming from the dock every day.

Sweet and petite lake house - great spot on the lake with a great deck, fire pit and dock. Sunrise was beautiful from the deck! We had a fantastic stay while we were in town for GCSU graduation and this property was perfect for us to get together as a family.

If you want to just relax while enjoying the weather and fishing from the dock this is a great location. Getting up early or staying out late you can catch some good sizes fish on this point and the slabs come in late so make sure you keep fresh bait on your line.

Enjoyed our stay enabling us to check out the surrounding area. Property was clean and comfortable. Great spot to enjoy the lake as well, however the weather wasn't cooperative during our stay. Owner communicates promptly as needed.
