Nestled in Santa Fe, this charming condo for $143 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Loft at 453 Cerrillos, City of Santa Fe Short Term Rental Permit 157846,, is a recently renovated, 450 square foot loft space on the second floor of a quiet, downtown compound. Sitting above an adobe home that was on the tax role when New Mexico became a state in 1912, the loft was originally a family's sleeping porch. The Loft is in close walking distance to many of the sights, the Plaza, Railyard district, Canyon Rd and more! The compound at 453 Cerrillos includes The Cottage at 453, VRBO #1341068 (1 br/1 bath), Mae's Casita at 453, VRBO #1562504 (2 br/2 bath), Casa Dominguez 233 W Manhattan VRBO 1708667( 1br/1bath,) and Circa 1885, VRBO 1744138 (1 br/1bath) . The home below was long ago converted to office/commercial space with the loft space above now accessed from an exterior stair. The Loft is divided into an open living-dining-kitchen space with privacy for the bedroom area created by a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a full refrigerator/freezer and large microwave. Five large windows face east and look beyond downtown Santa Fe and the State's Capital Building to the 12,000 foot peaks of the southern Sangre de Christo mountains. Santa Fe's best coffee shop, Ohori's, is across Manhattan Street, steps away, and Santa Fe's best bakery, Sage Bakery, is conveniently around the corner. The Loft above 453 Cerrillos provides a quiet sanctuary with immediate, easy access to all that is Santa Fe. Our commercial laundry service – the same laundry service used by most high-end hotels in Northern New Mexico - uses unscented, hypoallergenic detergent and extremely hot water. Loved this place! Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Easy for Uber pick up and drop offs. Plenty of space for a couple. Very clean and great host. They were helpful with working with us and our travel plans. Will stay again.

This quaint place was perfectly located for our Santa Fe trip. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go including coffee, groceries, restaurants and the farmers market. The owners are so generous to leave cheese, crackers, beer and a bottle of wine for our arrival! The unit had plenty of everything we needed. We have rented many places and the Loft was definitely better stocked than most. Lots of little touches really add to the ambiance. We will definitely book again when we come back to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Linda's and Lance's loft. It was cozy and well located for exploring Santa Fe. You can walk to the Plaza and Railyard areas easily, and there are two great coffee/bakeries nearby as well as several restaurants. The hosts were welcoming and everything was as advertised. Thanks.

The property had everything we needed and more (the hosts left us a bottle of wine and cheese and crackers!). The host’s husband greeted us upon our arrival and even carried one of our bags up the stairs to the loft. Coming to Santa Fe for my art exhibition, I found this Vrbo perfect since it's close to galleries and the Railyard Art District venues and fun restaurants. The area is totally walkable, with incredible breakfast places just down the street. The accommodations are comfortable and scrupulously clean, with air conditioning for hot weather as well as windows for fresh air. Has a sweet kitchenette & fridge - - everything you need, including ample parking. We met the host and much enjoyed our conversation. We highly recommend!

I stayed at The Loft August 2023 while in town for a wedding. As a 60-something woman traveling alone, was looking for an apartment on the second floor with kitchenette and walking distance to Plaza. The off-street parking was a bonus! Overall very satisfied, kitchenette well stocked, layout spacious for one person, enough room for 2. Necessities provided (thick towels, soaps/shampoo/hairdryer, Vornado fan, "welcome wine/cheese/beer/crackers"). I felt safe at the location, well lit, and their 3 other VRBO properties share a parking area, so people are around, but not conspicuous. Very satisfied!

Third stay here and I couldn't feel more happy...from the welcome letter on the table to the cheese and wine surprises. The Loft is impeccably clean and well organized. Perfect for one or two. Lance and Linda very attentive and personable. And if you need something, assistance is immediate! Walking distance to many of Santa Fe must sees, and fine or simple dining. I would stay here sgain, definitely.

We can’t say enough about this cute loft in the heart of Santa Fe. It was well appointed in a great location. We so appreciated the special touch of wine & cheese upon arrival. We loved being able to walk to all of the galleries, restaurants & historical sights. We had a fantastic stay & would highly recommend this Loft. We look forward to a return visit! Although this property is small, it’s layout and proximity are incredible! You couldn’t find a better place to stay. The little touches like, cold beer in the refrigerator, plenty of coffee, crackers & cheese, and more or such thoughtful touches. The Loft was clean, cozy and within walking distance to great restaurants and a wonderful Bakery. The owner left us a snack and a few items in the refridge to welcome us after our long journey, which were much appreciated. We would love to rent from them again.

We had some much fun in Santa Fe and so much comfort in The Loft. Linda could not have been more accommodating and we appreciated that greatly. The Loft was located in the best part of Santa Fe near great restaurants, popular sites and terrific galleries. And within easy walking distance to The Plaza. We can't wait to come back.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Loft in Santa Fe. It is ideally located to the historic district but also the newer Railroad Arts District. We walked to everything over the three days we were in town. The unit is very nicely furnished and has everything we needed to be comfortable, cook light meals, etc. It is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Lovely little casita with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A welcoming bottle of wine with cheese and crackers was left for us. Excellent location for access to Old Town and numerous restaurants within walking distance.
