Exceptional

Location of this house is perfect. You will be literally Stalin's neighbor:D The host is nice family, the room is clean and has everything for your stay. Kitchen is spacious. Only downside is that the walls between rooms are thin and when somebody phones you can hear every word. So not good for KGB or Georgia mafia:D Just a bad joke. For the price is this guest house the best choice. Thank you my friends.

Would Recommend

Great location (2 minutes walk from the Stalin museum) in a new and spacious 2nd floor area with modern fittings and kitchen utilities, as-well-as a sizable garden/balcony. All was well, though my room was not heated at night and I had to use both blankets and both sheets, yet I was still freezing cold The room was actually colder than the garage :( Not sure if this was a mistake, however, if this is fixed then I would rate 10/10 for sure. The hosts were helpful in organising transport (shared taxi) from the guesthouse for 7 Lari. The WiFi was also excellent. Would recommend, though breakfast was bare.

Exceptionally clean, private bathroom, good breakfast , location near Stalin Museum, and price. Also quiet at night for sleeping.

Could use some hooks in bathroom for towels and hangers for clothes.

A very comfortable stay - Very nice hosts and good breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay in Bagration. The staff were very friendly and they made sure my stay in Gori was comfortable and special. They served breakfast every day which was basic but very nice - breads, cheese and marmalade jam. They were very kind and I would recommend this guest house to anyone. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

i just stayed for one night. but I liked the room and also the bed.

breakfast was a little sad. just cheese, bread and jam. no vegetables or fruit. but for the price it was ok

clean, newly renovated, nice breakfast, use of laundry. good location in local neighborhood.

very close to Stalin Boulevard and the Stalin museum. there are lots of nearby restaurants and stores, mostly along Stalin. quiet AC, very clean, very new furniture/renovations, easy to find, sign outdoors, strong wifi. free use of laundry machine, strong shower water pressure. a simple breakfast of cheese, bread, jam and tomatoes/cucumbers, tea/coffee. in summer evenings, there's lots of activity in the boulevard near stalin museum. great for catching a drink/people watching

two main locations you could stay in Gori, closer to the castle or here. Either would work well. This was a much less touristy area, lots of locals at night etc. depends what you're looking for.

The only place we had in Georgia with a well english-speaking host :) Exceptionally clean room (could say the same regarding neighborhood) with an air conditioner. Also very quiet. We liked it a lot - slept very well!

The place to be in Gori

I don't give 10 because perfection doesn't exist :), but it's an easy 9,5. Location is excellent, the place is very clean and there's everything a traveller needs : confortable bed, warm shower, strong wifi, fully equipped kitchen, nice balcony, aircon in the room, breakfast. Last but not least, the host is a very welcoming guy.

Complaining would be stupid.

Bagration guest house is clean, comfortable, and centrally-located. I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my time at Bagration and highly recommend it! I found my room comfortable and clean. My hosts were also extremely gracious, providing me breakfast and showing me hospitality every chance they could, in spite of the language barrier. The guest house is centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the Stalin museum so it is the perfect place to stay in Gori.

The first night it seemed like there was a gathering going on outside my room, but besides some temporary noise this really wasn't an issue and I would never use it to discount my stay in any way. Bagration is a great property!

Thank you, I enjoyed my stay

Very very friendly owners, I felt welcome in the very first moment :) Good equipped kitchen, solid breakfast, coffee and tea and a washing machine for free. I enjoyed my stay there, even if it was very short. If I will go to Gori again, I would definitely stay at Bagration again!

Excellent stay

Excellent guesthouse about a block away from the Stalin Museum. Recently refurbished, air conditioned rooms, shared kitchen only for guests, washing machine and nice balcony to the patio. Very nice host make you feel at home. Highly recommended.

More tables for breakfast would be great.

Nice guesthouse with friendly hosts

The guesthouse is probably less than 5 minutes from Stalin museum (door to door) and also not much far from the old town and the fortress, so it's pretty central. The family running it is welcoming and kind. A breakfast with jam, butter, bread, local cheese, coffe/tea was also included. A good and safe night sleep in Gori
