Overall it was great and the location is nice.

Location was great. Staff was generally friendly.

The room water heater wasn't that good. Sometimes I waited for quite a while and the water was still cold. I bought breakfast package additional during check-in, however every day I head down for breakfast I still get question that it isn't recorded (likely due to the setup), would have expected it to be settled by the 2nd breakfast, but I still get question and needing to verify daily. The staff at the front desk was nice to help me settle the issue though it props up daily.

Прям для полного отдыха не выбрала бы, хотя все есть, а вот на 1-2 ночи отлично, все что нужно есть, но вау эффекта нет

В целом 8+ и рекомендую. Были в конце июня 24, летели на Мальдивы и остановились поспать. От аэропорта добрались на такси за 110 дирхам (обмен в аэропорту самый не выгодный, на без карты или дирхам никак), но рядом с отелем есть метро, можно добраться на метро от аэропорта. Приехали в отель в 7 утра нас сразу заселили без доплат, за что отдельное спасибо, на входе приветственные напитки, помогают с вещами. Принимают карты Union pay. Брали завтрак и ужин, платила на месте (через букинг было бы дешевле) народа много, в основном европейцы, есть бассейн, хороший вход в море, но лучше брать коралки, много мелких ракушек, вид красивый, но очень далеко все, фото красивых с Парусом не получится, хотя пытались на 14 этаже сделать. От Хаята нашли только халат;) в номере нет зубного набора, но попросили и нам принесли. Вечером сходили в ТЦ рядом, 3 этажа, один полностью для малышей всякие развлекаловки, для русского человека нашли только интересным H&M и Мак (существенно дороже нашего), на самом нижнем этаже обменник с хорошим курсом и супермаркет. В целом скромное соответствие ожиданиям, все было, но прям не Хаят) уезжали в 12 ночи, городское такси стояло рядом с входом, доехали по счетчику но минут на 10 дольше чем туда.

Очень вкусные, свежие и разнообразные завтраки, много экзотических фруктов Персонал старается и максимально лоялен Свежий отель с хорошей сантехникой в номерах Напротив большой Молл с выходом в парк

Вид на море нормальный только выше 10 этажа, ниже вид на парковку по сути Тесные номера, двум взрослым людям очень тесно в номере 38 квм, просто не разойтись. Холодильник не охлаждает Не комфортная зона завтраков, проходная зона на улицу Периодически очередь на завтрак Пляж не понравился, заход в воду галечный, сервис слабый. Когда жители апартов жарят свой гриль на пляже, запах ужасный.

Savršen boravak u svakom pogledu, ostali smo kod vas 10 dana.

Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj poziciji, jer ima i divnu i dugačku plažu sa ležaljkama i suncobranima. U tom dijelu se nalazi i lijep bazen za djecu i odrasle, kao i ugodan restorančić. Uzeli smo suite s pogledom na more i zaista je bila ugodna, velika i čista soba. Osoblje hotela je izuzetno ljubazno. Doručak je obiman i lijep. Hvala vam, Danijela&obitelji

Отличный отель! Самый лучший ресепшен, приветливые, во всем готовы помочь, говорят на русском языке. Отель с собственным чистым пляжем. Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины. Рядом есть торговый центр. Отличное месторасположение, в округе и на пляже не многолюдно.

За столом не хватает салфеток бумажных.

Das Andaz bietet eine gute Ausgangsbasis um Dubai zu erkunden oder die Ruhe am Strand zu genießen.

Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit absolut Serviceorientiert. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen am Strand und die Strandtücher werden bereit gestellt. Das Restaurant Asia Asia im 15. Stock ist ein muss, die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und das Essen, sterneverdächtig. Taxen stehen immer abfahrbereit vor dem Hotel, diese sind zu empfehlen das sehr günstige Tarife.

Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend und gut, wir hätten uns gerne eine größere Auswahl an Käse- und Brotsorten gewünscht. Es hat einfach die Abwechslung gefehlt. Die Last Order um 11:00 Uhr für einen Kaffee oder Tee wurde strickt eingehalten, nix für Urlaub- Spätaufsteher.

die Abwechslung und Auswahl bei den Mahlzeiten der Strand das Design des Hotels die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Zwecke genau richtig, allerdings könnte es für andere wiederrum zu weit sein (ca. 30 min bis Dubai Mall mit dem Taxi)

Super Urlaub

Optimale Lage zwischen der Palme und der Marine. Der Adult pool war top und der Strand sehr gut. Man kann wunderbar zwischen Pool und Strand variieren. Frühstück war gut und variabel. An der Rezeption lief alles problemlos mit Ahmed. Insgesamt haben wir uns extrem wohl gefühlt!

Underwhelmed and disappointed

Room was fine, with nice view. Well located for Jumeirah.

Towels were poor quality (worse than a 2 stars) and buffet breakfast is average quality food at best. It looks ok but tastes of nothing, overpriced at AED 140 per person. On the Second evening there was a fire alarm, my family and many families went downstairs to the lobby (including mother’s with babies in their arms) on arrival to the lobby they were met with a laughing employee informing it was a kitchen fire and was under control (basically ridiculing the guests for taking the fire alarm seriously). My wife was shocked and asked to speak to the manager, the employees were uncooperative, not something you would expect from the Hyatt. If the customer requests the e-mail contact of the manager you would expect not to have to insist. Add to this the reception charged my card for one night in advance despite this proceeded to charge the full payment on arrival and then during the stay another unauthorized payment of AED 2000. They couldn’t explain why they had charged extra and I was told to wait up to three weeks for return of funds. Both I and my family felt disrespected in the way we were treated for questioning a simple thing like the charges on the bill. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world for both business and pleasure, I have never had such an unpleasant experience as this. Not what I expected at all to be honest.

le personnel à la réception très professionnel, aimable et en particulier Seif je ne me rappelle plus de son prénom mais il me semble ça se termine par Seif il porte des lunettes il a fait mon Check in et Check out de la chambre 1311 samedi 24 février 2024 matin à 2h il a appelé un taxi pour nous emmener à l aéroport c est vraiment quelqu’un qui apporte une grosse valeur ajoutée pour la qualité de cet établissement qui vaut vraiment les 5 étoiles déjà j en parle autour de moi en Suisse de votre hôtel et les amis et collègues de travail sont intéressés pour vous visiter encore félicitations à tous les employés du porter au réceptionniste et aussi à la restauration, le ménage quotidien dans les chambres exceptionnel! et merci pour l équipe de massage c était relaxant ! svp féliciter ce réceptionniste exceptionnel et prenez soin de lui car il est très professionnel et au soin avec ses clients

le seul truc c est l horaire de fermeture du restaurant principal un peu tôt 22h ca serait parfait
