A bit disappointed

I was celebrating my birthday, and there’s a non stop maintenance happening inside my room,. The first time it’s acceptable but second time without actions from management is unacceptable,. Atleast the managers could have offer to change the room so we can relax and not be bothered with maintenance during our stay.

Potentially nice stay marred by poor guest relations

The property has a tropical feeling and the water lagoon feature is great.

The check-in was a nightmare as was the checkout. Lengthy delays and confusion with guests. They are slow and disorganised. Ordering a buggy to go somewhere in the vast property takes up to half an hour. It seems they are not geared up for full occupancy at all

Like the atmosphere of the small buil and the lagoon setting , that is the biggest plus of the hotel

Rooms design is outdated, 'old" feeling and also the resort as a whole feels somewhat older style

Location was good. Little Pockets of excellence when it comes to staff with the vast majority and especially at management were apathetic Good for families

Breakfast for vegetarians is very limited, and you get charged AED 140 regardless of whether you had a coffee and a croissant. Chef and managers made no attempt to assist regardless how many times i complained Ordered a vegetarian lunch in the bar and it was cold and lacked taste. I sent it back and it was still unpalatable. The staff member took the meal away, and I was charged in full for the meal despite only tasting it The manager or director of F&B contacted me , and had an ethnocentric and condescending attitude throughout his conversation with me. He did not even offer an apology. Upon check out I noted numerous charges on my bill that should not be there

Perfect getaway in Dubai.

very good breakfast and the swim in the lagoon is always very relaxing. The personal at check-in desk is very helpfull and professional.

Last day of our stay was the main pool dirty. The prices are high, but no one seems to care, as the hotel was booked out.

Very good

Alvin was a great guide and wished us on our anniversary. The lagoon was cool temperature which was perfect along with the room which was phenomenal. The fragrances were beautiful throughout the whole hotel, facilities and room.

Food quality was not the best Service was a little slow at the pool bar Also the phone service was a little slow sometimes held for 2 to 3mins

We love staying at this property in Dubai and think it is one of the best places to stay.

All staff were friendly, however the hotel was at capacity and during busy periods it seemed they were sometimes understaffed

inspite of informing hotel in advance to provide cake as we were celebrating our 10th anniversary and also informing twice at hotel as well - we were not provided any cake. unfortunately it was bad experience.

The whole hotel was an experience on its own. The traditional Thai spa we had was out of this world. All the staff was super freindly and polite. The hotel won my heart when they gave us 3 additional pillows when we asked for two. I just loved the view from room and whole ambiance altogether. 😍 Eagerly waiting to return again.

The room service food was not the expectation. I found the green curry tasteless and bland. 🥺
