This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the desirable community of Virginia Trace. You can walk to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you will find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment every night of the year. Arnold Palmer Country Club is about a half mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Virginia Trace Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance if you are looking to spend an afternoon pool side. If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is a quick walk down the street. Here you will find a billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis and pickle ball courts and so much more. Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away and has many of the same activities as Canal Street.
You’ll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. The home is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and relaxing feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The dining room has comfortable seating for 6. The living room offers plenty of seating and a flat screen TV for you to enjoy.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed and furniture. It has a large walk-in closet and a private master bath with walk-in shower. All bedrooms come with linens and bathrooms with towels. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is set up with a queen bed and matching furniture. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed/single bed bunk. Of course, there is the charming screened in lanai which is set up with a table for 4 making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper or planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.
The home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards, you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no green fees. And these executive courses are not your typical “pitch and put” courses. They present some challenging par 3’s and the occasional par 4 with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on green fees at the 11 Championship courses. You’re also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, boccie ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
