We were a large group. The house was nice, it was clean. The location was perfect. Had a couple of issues but communication with the host was goodand fast. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves.

The location of the house was great. You can relax on one of the multiple decks and watch the waves. We could be on beach with the little ones and go back to house when they needed a break. The bedrooms were a good size and it has enough bathrooms for large groups. No long waits for showers. Only thing we needed was more blankets so all members of our group could be more comfortable. We would definitely stay at this house again.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and had a great experience both times. There is lots of room to play games, cook meals, and visit. Of course the best part is being steps away from the beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

The home was as described. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Lots of of deck space to enjoy the beach view and sunrise. Upon arrival we had a few questions regarding entertainment center. The property owner/manager returned our call promptly and took care of us.

Located in Jamaica beach on the west end. This house is pictured exactly as it is. A few steps from the beach. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The appliances are a little dated and the master shower water pressure is not the best. But overall we had a great time and communication with owner was easy. The A/C was amazing!!

Nice beach house steps away from the beach
Overall, the house was clean and as advertised. We all enjoyed our stay! House is well stocked with everything you may need, including plates, cups, pots and pans, utensils, towels, trash bags, etc. Worst part of the place was the grill. We had brought a lot of food to grill, but was disappointed to find a half broken, completely rusted grill that didn't seem safe to cook on. We did find another smaller grill in the shed that was cleaner, but was too small and we had already cooked on the other grill, wish he had known it was there sooner, and/or pics provided. Note to the owner, you should replace your grill.
Some of our guests complained that there were a weird smell in certain areas of the house, but I myself didn't notice. Other than that, I would recommend this place. The views of the ocean was relaxing and the beach is literally steps away. There were plenty of benches in the outside patio to eat and relax, the balconies have great views and seating as well. The owner was very responsive and replied to my messages within hours.
Check in/check out process was a breeze. All in all, you are paying for being close to the beach and the views and that is what you get!

Great Property!
This was an amazing stay. You you can walk straight to the beach, I carried our 20mo old and a chair just fine. But if your carrying a bunch of stuff bring a wagon. The beach is awesome away from crowds, no car on the beach and you can really spread out.
There was 10 of us in the house and there was plenty of room. The whole house was clean and inviting. Easy to cook every night and the grill really helped. Under the house the mosquitos can get bad, like everywhere else in Texas, but bring a Thermacell and your golden.
Fishing & crabing was pretty good and the brother & father in law had a blast!
Definitely recommend this place!

Acapulco Village review
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Acapulco Village. The homeowner was very communicative except for telling us the door code changed before the time of check in. The house was very spacious, had great views, and was super close to the beach. Overall everyone in our group enjoyed their time here.

The kitchen didn’t have 1 clean pan for even cooking eggs . There wasn’t enough pillows or blankets for 8 people. The grill outside was filthy!!!

Our family, 4 adult children, 3 of whom live in a other states, gathered for a post Covid mini beach vacation. This property was perfect for our large family. It is right on the beach which made it so easy to get the children ages 6,5,4,2 to the beach with all the required gear. Great time making memories!

A chilly but fun week
The weather wasn’t the best but the accommodations couldn’t have been nicer. The furniture and beds were very comfy and it was the easiest check in and check out we’ve ever had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family fun. Right on the beach. We set up beach chairs on a spot so the kids and us could go back and forth to our Spot. Felt safe and relaxed. Great property. Rally liked the loft bed. The little see kids lived sleeping there, it was like a secret hiding place for them. Would recommend to any one.

We had a great time! Very relaxing. The property was perfect for us with beautiful views from the deck and a very short walk to the beach. Because it's not on the public beach access roads, the beach wasn't crowded. A wonderful location!

Close to the beach!
Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house was large enough and very close to the beach. However it was not as clean as we would have liked (mostly under things which many wouldn’t notice but we had two small kids who found some areas that needed some attention). We were also under the impression it was a private beach and therefore wasn’t closed July 5th when we arrived even though the public beaches were closed. It is not a private beach and therefore was closed which we found out after going to the beach that day. We were also told a golf cart was okay to drive on the beach and it is not allowed. A nice police officer informed us if these things while there. The beds are also all suppose to be queen but some seemed a little smaller, more like a full but I could just be use to a king. The house has a nice beach view and is walking distance to the beach which is very nice. The house also has the basic things we needed, not a well stocked kitchen but had enough for what we needed. The house also is in need of some repairs but this didn’t affect our stay or enjoyment of the beach. Overall we would consider staying again because of how close the house is to the beach.

Great home in a fabulous location on the beach
We were a party of 4 couples that enjoyed the home for a few days to relax and get some fresh air. Upon our arrival we quickly found the upstairs a/c was not working. Vincent was very quick to get a repair person out and the man that came was so sweet. The house is wonderful! It does have some wear and tear and needs a bit of freshening up but this didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves 100%. The refrigerator is huge and held loads of groceries. The porch is perfect, facing the beach and allows for the sun to set just behind you, helping to keep it from being so hot. If you are a person that likes a fan, bring your own. There are no fans anywhere in the house. Also be sure to bring disposable plates and flatware and possibly a large casserole dish. The dishes offered are very limited. Would I stay here again? Yes! I’ll just be a bit more prepared. Thank you Vincent for allowing us to have your home for the weekend.

Perfect Escape
This was an incredible last minute booking. With everything going on with coronavirus, my cross country plan for spring break was not going to happen. So where can I go to get away from crowds and still enjoy the great outdoors? Galveston! Dates available were absolutely perfect and a short drive away.
Vincent was incredibly responsive and efficient.
The house was exactly what is on the listing and had everything that we needed to cook great seafood meals and enjoy the beautiful views of the waves.
Clean, tidy, and steps from the sand. For the kiddos in our party this was the first time they had been on this beach. The house was close enough to run back and forth from the sand to the house and yell up to the porch about the great find they found in the sand. For the parents we could see everything we needed from the porch and still tuck into a few pages of a book we were trying to read. Perfect, no?
We went to sleep with the windows down, listening to the crashing of the surf.
Thank you Vincent for giving us the perfect escape from the craziness of the world right now. We will remember this always.
