The tastefully partly new, partly antique furnished 3 ½-room corner house is located in a haunted corner in the historic east core of Cannero, only about 100 meters from the romantic lakeside promenade with its inviting cafes, restaurants and bars. Whether you want to spend the day at the lake, play tennis or take a boat trip across the lake, everything is within walking distance. Located on the lakeshore promenade, the pier of the passenger ferry gives you the opportunity to discover the lake and its enchanting surroundings from the water. If you like to hike, you can start directly from the house and on varied paths always enjoy fascinating views of the lake and the countryside. For cyclists under you is in the house a storage room for bicycles available. A grocery store for daily needs is located just 100 meters away. On Fridays, the weekly market takes place on the piazza in front of it. The approximately 110 m² "Casa Maria Vittoria" offers you three balconies with some fantastic views over the roofs of Cannero on the lake to the castles of Cannero and a typical Italian courtyard, where you can relax at breakfast glide or relax after a busy day with a cozy glass of wine. Hübsche Wohnung im Ortskern

Die Wohnung hat uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, Hund) sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat einen tollen Blick auf den See und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche und das Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See oder auch in einem der netten Restaurants im Ort. Wirklich eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.
