Poor.

There was no latch or lock or anything on the patio door. Anyone could have gotten in. The staff lied to us about the situation.

El hotel no estaba mal en si. Aceptable

necesaria antes de enviarlo. ¡Gracias! Hemos tenido un percance muy desagradable. Cuando llegamos ayer la persona que nos atendió, no encontraba nuestra reserva. Le enseñamos la confirmación y empezó a mirar papeles pero no nos dijo nada de lo que había pasado. Nos entregó la llave sin más sin explicar nada. Hoy día 12. Llegamos después de estar el día visitando Minneapolis y al llegar a la habitación no funcionaba la llave. Fuimos a recepción y nos la reactivaron. Cuál ha sido la sorpresa al llegar? Que la habitación estaba limpia y vacía. Nos han quitado todas nuestras pertenencias como si la salida fuese hoy. Nos han guardado todo como les ha dado la gana y lo han llevado a recepción. Cuando hemos bajado la nueva chica de recepción nos ha dicho que ella no tenía ni idea, que había entrado a las 15:00 y que se había encontrado eso así. Ni una explicación y mucho menos disculpas. Nos han pedido de nuevo los datos para hacer de nuevo el check in pero sin encontrar nuevamente nuestros datos. Hemos tenido que entrar nosotros para sacar las cosas. En un carrito de equipaje con las ruedas torcidas super incómodo de llevar. Sin explicaciones. Todas las maletas abiertas, efectos personales guardados de cualquier manera, Serums que estaban en el baño abiertos en la bolsa echados sin tapón, habiéndose vaciado una parte, gafas, ordenador... y han tirado todo lo que teníamos en la nevera. Ha sido vergonzosa la manera de despreocuparse de lo ocurrido. Creo que es la experiencia menos profesional, con carencia total de atención al cliente que me he encontrado en una recepción. Servicio cero, ni a la llegada ni después de lo ocurrido. Por todo esto y por la desaparición de todas las cosas que teníamos en la nevera para nuestro viaje , reclamo lo pagado en esta estancia y dos semanas después me dicen que no porque no llegamos hasta las 19, pero claro!!!! Si eran dos noches y esa era la primera

Very clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was outstanding.

Breakfast was excellent-hot food, good variety, very tasty, room was quite clean, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Staff was polite and attentive. Plenty of spaces to park.

I can't think of anything.

Great Location, Awesome Staff and Overall Great Value

Great property, quite and clean. Awesome front desk staff.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety and healthier options. Shower head needed a bit of upgrading.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast

Good breakfast, I learn how to work the waffle machine. Kids enjoy the breakfast with different varieties.

The location wasn’t closed to different store , it was in the high way.

Clean, USB chargers, micro and nice size fridge.

There was a strange smell, ciggarete smoke?, on floor 3 in hallway. It hasn't been an issue in the past so maybe just lingering. Bathroom is small but okay.

Friendly staff, large gathering area, will book there again. Quiet and clean comfortable room.

Staff at the desk was friendly and the breakfast was standard. Good waffles. My room was clean, bedding good and bathroom clean. The breakfast area was also clean.

The hallways were dirty. Vacuuming hadn't been done in a while or at least that is how it appeared. There was a strong smell that I couldn't place. Not too aversive but noticeable.

Disappointing

Comfortable close to the location we needed.

The hot tub was dirty, jets didn't work. The breakfast was delayed 40 minutes and we had to leave due to my son's dance competition. I know we had a storm, but that's a HUGE part of why we got a hotel was to not have to deal with breakfast and be close etc. Staff were kinda rude and not helpful.

Very poor

Vey unfriendly, they are always out of many things on the breakfast and if available it takes long time to refill. Room cleaning is on demand at the front desk, which was not explained at the beginning. They were out of towels and shampoo. Overall, never again.

A relaxing night with my girlfriend.

Very clean and professional.

Hot tub jets were sometimes not working. But great temperature, so not bad overall.

the driveway and walks needed to be shoveled and salted. Very unsafe. One day maybe, but for 3 days walking across this ice is very unsafe.
