Os funcionários são muito prestativos , o café da manhã uma delícia e o quarto bem espaçoso

Localização, è um pouco longe dos pontos principais de Atins , precisa de quadriciclo para se locomover.

Os quartos são lindos, cheirosos, bem organizados e com uma belíssima decoração ... O café da manhã é maravilhoso.Musica boa, clima agradável, equipe super atenciosa ... Restaurante serve muito bem rápido,prático e saboroso.. Tudo que tenho a falar é que foi simplesmente maravilhosa toda minha experiência na @pousada velho bateau Gratidão...

Boa localização e linda perfeita para viagens em família não tem como as crianças não gostarem.. Indico 100% recepção muito boa. Os bangalôs são bem grandes e bem privativos Os banheiros são limpos e grandes sem contar que na pousada tem um banheiro compartilhado que é ao ar livre ,não tinha teto mais sim um coqueiro dentro uma das melhores experiências que já tive em uma viagem Atins é simplesmente fantástico nota 10!

Excelente

A tranquilidade e paz do local nos faz esquecer do mundo lá fora e aproveitar ao máximo a natureza! Atins é um povoado de pescadores e a vida parece pedir mais calma. Excelente local para descansar... É um sossego a pousada! Amamos e voltaremos com certeza!

A pousada fica pertinho do centrinho de Atins, mas em alguns momentos é difícil a caminhada pois a areia é fina e muito quente! Levei sapatilhas para caminhada na areia e a distância foi tranquilo, 10 minutinhos a pé eu já estava no centrinho. Mas sugiro aos que queiram ir caminhando optar por horas mais amenas... Antes das 10h da manhã e depois das 15h!!! A pousada oferece transfer gratuito para os passeios na praia de manhã e a tarde, mas eu queria desbravar e aproveitar as paisagens do caminho!

Great service, helpful staff, restaurant and bar (great caipirinhas)! Staff speaks good French and English, which is rare Staff very helpful with booking tours and transport

The boat was good fun for kids, but the mosquitos were a pain and the spray didn't work more than a few hours

We decided to stay at Velho Bateau because a friend of mine stayed here a few years ago and she recommended it, highly. I have to say, we were disappointed. Miki, the chef, was a godsend. His food was delicious, and he made everyone feel taken care of. We only ate outside of the pousada one night, and that was because it was his night off. He was that fantastic. Every other worker, however, seemed to have little interest in creating a welcoming environment. The environment of the pousada was rustic but comfortable; our room was clean and the shower had good pressure. The Wi-Fi, however, only weakly reached our room, which was also frustrating when we were relaxing in the evenings. The location was quite far out of town, which wasn’t a major concern as the walk was easy enough, however there was no quick way into town as the pousada’s 4x4 was not working. Overall while the pousada itself was lovely, the lack of service and general amenities made it a very poor value for the money we paid. I would not recommend this location for future visits.

A warm, lovely place to stay in Atins. Would stay again!

The cabana was very cute, and the common areas, especially the main reception/dining area was very comfortable. The staff were amazing too, and made me feel very welcome!

The bathrooms get a bit buggy at night, and it was a little too far to easily walk to the main part of town.

Beautiful pousada

Beautiful pousada, in the middle of nowhere. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing. Very quiet. Pool . You take your shower with open celling. Everything clean and nice

Beautifully laid out pousada with very friendly and helpful staff

Jacqueline, the manager made all the difference- we found our initial accommodation unsuitable and she was great organizing alternatives and helping with transfers. Very good restaurant and a lovely ambiance.

The property is a little far from the center of Atins but is quiet.

Impossible to sleep

People were very kind and the place is beautiful.

Location: there's a nightclub nearby with ridiculously loud music all night, which makes it absolutely impossible to sleep or even rest. I got up with a headache. Worst night of my holidays.

Exceptional, and I am definitely coming back soon.

I got to start by praising the manager, Valerio. Totally kind, attentive and professional. I have traveled a lot in my life, different countries and trip budgets, but it was in Velho Bateau that I was best treated. Valerio is always available making sure everything happens perfectly, and he goes above and beyond to provide his guests with the best experience ever. Valerio is definitely one of the best "assets" of Velho Bateau. Breakfast was delicious. The kitchen staff would prepare amazing eggs with cheese and ham, cake, bread, fruit, tapioca, and all kinds of outstanding Brazilian-fruit juices (e.g. caja, cupuacu, acerola). Coffee and tea also available, of course. Everything very fresh, clean and tidy. Moreover, the kitchen staff serves exceptional on-demand meals for lunch and dinner, totally worth trying - specially the New Year's feast, but I don't think that is coming around again until the end of 2021 lol. The structure is also great, probably the best hotel/hostel in Atins - I actually heard it from many different people in Atins, so it is not only my opinion. And it is fit for all tastes: if you are on a lower budget or want to experience communal life, you can sleep in one of the beds or hammocks in the hostel section. If you want more privacy, you can get one of the chalets. I personally tried both, as I stayed more than a week at Velho Bateau. Being totally honest, the hammock was the best, and it did wonders for my back (not joking here). With respect to Atins itself, I will not say more than "go see for yourself, you will be in awe, I am sure".

I have to be honest, the wi-fi signal wasn't the greatest for a few days during New Year's celebration. That was actually to be expected, as Atins was full of tourists and the internet grid was filled beyond its capacity. And to be fair, not having high-speed wi-fi for a few days was not a problem. Part of the fun of going to Atins is to experience nature, time with friends, and have fun outdoors (not on a screen). So, even though tech-addiction is a strong thing to overcome, a little less cellphone time ended up being a positive factor to the whole experience.
