Cloud Peak Vista offers incredible mountain views of both the Continental Divide and the Ten Mile Range. This home is a 3 level, 5 Bedroom home. The upper level is an open loft above the foyer and great room. The loft offers a 60-in flat screen TV, day bed, and desk/office space with Comcast Gigabit Internet to keep up with business while on vacation.
On the main level, you'll find the master bedroom, which boasts huge mountain views, is equipped with an adjustable compra-pedic king mattress, gas fireplace, and 50-in flat screen TV. The large master bath offers a standalone shower, his and her sinks, and jetted tub. Also on this level is the attached two car garage, very well-appointed chef's kitchen with flat screen TV above the refrigerator, dining room, great room, powder room, and mud room with washer and dryer between the attached garage and kitchen. The large deck with gas fire pit, propane grill, and dining and lounging area can be accessed from the master bedroom, great room, and dining room. The deck is northwest facing for the perfect setting to enjoy incredible rocky mountain sunsets with a glass of wine over the fire pit.
The downstairs of Cloud Peak Vista offers a small kitchenette and dining area, spacious living room with 60-in flat screen TV, X-Box with Kinect, desk and printer, and access to the lower patio and brand new outdoor hot tub. There are three bedrooms on this floor: a king bedroom with fantastic mountain views, another king bedroom, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds built into the wall. The perfect room for younger friends and family to bunk!
The home also offers an in-law suite above the attached two car garage. The suite has a full bathroom, washer and dryer, living room with a 42-in flat screen TV, gas fire place, leather couch, and a queen bedroom. This is the perfect space to give privacy to family member or a staff member you may be traveling with.

We loved our time at cloud Peak. The home was beautiful, the views were incredible, the house was spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed meals we made for our large group in the well equipped kitchen, then sat around the table, played games in front of the fireplace, soaked in the hot tub, and had amazing ski days. Our first day was kind of rocky but the issues were resolved quickly. We arrived to an oven that didn’t work.BUT, when we brought it to the managements attention,it was resolved the next day!There was a water alarm that we were told about but it went off continuously during the first two nights until we brought it to the management’s attention and they came to disable it.The house is beautiful and it had amazing views, BUT it well “lived” in.The chairs in the living area were so gross we didn’t even want to sit on them. They were almost black they were so dirty. Under the sofa there was a chicken nugget and left over legos from a previous guest. In one of the rooms my son found an empty capsule packet from medication in the bed under the sheets. Almost like the bedsheets hadn’t been washed and was just remade?He didn’t sleep in that bed for the rest of the stay and opted for the sofa instead. But given the condition of the furniture,I’m not sure which was worst. One of the closets had a bunch of blankets thrown in the corner in a pile for us to choose from.We covered the sofa with that but again, not very sanitary.We found humidifiers in closets that were still filled with water from who knows when?Each room offered only one pillow for each guest and not enough pillow shams to cover the pillows.Overall it just felt dirty but the house itself it beautiful and location was great.The management just needs to hire better housekeeping.

First off we had an amazing family vacation! This is actually the second time we have stayed in Cloud Peak Vista. We stayed there about 5 years ago. The house has so much space for the entire family to spread out and have some privacy. The views and location can not be beat! The management company was very attentive. Unfortunately the oven did not work during our stay however the staff at the management company were very accommodating and did the best they could in making the best of this situation. We understand that these things sometimes happens and unfortunately the company is at the mercy of other companies sending necessary parts to fix the issue. Only other recommendation is to change out the mattresses. They were not the most comfortable but definitely did not ruin our stay. Thanks Breckenridge Resort Managers for your prompt attention to the oven issue. We look forward to staying with you guys again next time!

We had a large group of family and friends stay at this location for a wedding. The house was accurate with the listing. Had accommodations for everyone including our 7month old daughter.

We had 12 people staying and it was very nice except 1 couple had to stay in the " above the garage room", its like a little apartment but is away from everyone else and has a staircase up to the rooms. You have to go through the garage to get to the entrance. Lots of going back and forth. If staying here I would not recommend sticking anyone up there. This is just my opinion because we were the ones stuck up there.
Other than that, it was an awesome place!!!!!

We were in Breckenridge for my son’s wedding. Can’t say enough about this home and the property management team. From the champagne bottle and personal congratulations card in the fridge, to the incredible breathtaking view of the mountains of Breckenridge, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was absolutely perfect and spacious for our family - with a separate space for my son and his wife in a full suite above the garage… two family rooms in the main home (up and down stairs) conveniently situated to provide space for kids and adults, and built-in bunk beds the kids adored. Highly recommend it. Will definitely book again!

This house worked well for an 11-guy bachelor party. Plenty of beds, a diverse selection of hang-out spaces, lots of room for activities, and a hot tub to boot. The house’s location is its pro and con; it’s far enough away from town that it is quiet and has an amazing view, but getting rides home from Main Street was challenging (which may be more a Breckenridge problem than this house’s problem).

Everything was so easy we had a wonderful stay . The home is beautiful , clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The bathrooms are roomy with plenty of towels. The home is close to town which we liked. Lovely property.

Amazing Mountain Home
This property was immaculate; it was very easy to get to with all paved streets approaching the property. The house was clean and well maintained at check in. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. It was exactly what we were looking for in a mountain stay. The only downside in my opinion is the steep driveway approaching the property. This wasn't an issue for us in the summer, but I would be nervous driving it in the winter!

Stayed here for a week as a group of 11 during March and loved it. The house was perfect for our needs and ticked all the boxes. Great location (only 10min drive from the peaks) and amazing views. Any issues we had were quickly attended to by BRM and resolved in a timely fashion.

Furniture is in need of replacement or repair. Chair was broken. Door knob was broken. Driveway was full of ice, which I understand but was slick and had been there awhile. Hot water situation was not good. 13 people in the house and many cold showers. We tried to space out showers, but you can only do that so many times. Company was helpful with some things that they could help with at that time.

We had to call maintenance 3 times throughout a 3-day trip. the water heater was turned off and we blew 2 breakers. Maintenance was responsive and fixed the issues right away. The house was amazing.

My sisters and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at this home. The views are incredible as others have noted. A highlight was the fire pit on the back deck (once we got it working). We looked forward to grabbing blankets and snuggling up in the evening and watching the stars appear. My sisters complained of the comfort of the beds in the master bedroom and downstairs room with the stove, however my bed was very comfortable in the room next to the bunk room.
We used the hot tub a couple times. It's new and has lots of features.
We saw two moose a house over.
There is a shortish hiking trail opposite the home (~ 1 hour -- Barton Creek Loop) and you can see hikers coming down. Highly recommend.
As with any rental, it will show wear and tear over time. The furniture in the living room shows it. The kitchen needs a good overhaul of supplies and organization. Lots of lids that don't have a matching pot...etc. And if the windows had been cleaned, the view would have been even more spectacular! That said, surfaces and bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

This house was gorgeous and my family and i very much enjoyed our stay and the amazing views it has to offer. My only issue was that i could not figure out how to turn on the vent for the oven. One morning, while making breakfast, we set the smoke alarm off because the stove was not properly venting. Not a big deal, and we were able to air the house out by opening the windows. Other than that i have no complaints! I absolutely loved staying here!

Unfortunately the management company was not there for check in and did not respond to our problems (no internet and the fire pit had no instructions) for roughly 20 hours when we were there for only 2 days. Therefore our first night had no internet and we couldn’t get the fire pit started. After 2 messages with an answering service and 3 text messages they the Airbnb app on the first night, I actually had to call them the next day around 4pm and get angry with them to even get someone there to fix the internet. And they make it seem like a couple named Toby and Lauretta own this property with a nice picture of a couple whom I found out is actually the owners of the management company. I asked that I speak to them and of course no call back. Terrible customer service. Not even an offer of a refund or anything they could do for us since we had no internet for more then half our stay. The house itself is big and parts are definitely nice, but it is in need of a face lift along with upgrades and numerous things need to be fixed. And the BBQ cost at best $100 when it was bought probably 10 years ago. I could go on, but that seems like enough to get the gist. It’s too bad because the view is beautiful and the location is pretty good. Just in need of a much better management company and a few upgrades here and there.

Great location!
The house is a great location to Breckenridge! Plenty of room for relaxation and gathering. A few things for improvement: ice maker had problems, loft wasn't completely cleaned, needed more dish towels, dish cloths and pillow slips. Since the weather changed, blankets were needed. We all had a great time! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

As soon as you walk in the door, the view from the back window sets the stage for an enjoyable stay. The house is large and comfortable, and our group enjoyed it!

First week of June
The house is amazing with beautiful views. We had more than enough room for the nine of us. And we truly had an amazing time here and loved the location. The only concerns we have include the broken swing outside, the trash (beer cans, broken glass) littered around the property, the cleanliness of the refrigerator, and the dishwasher efficiency. Easy things to remedy. Overall, a great place!

AN AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!
Cloud Peak Vista is by far the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. This cabin is huge and can host many people. We had a party of 10 guest and still had extra sleeping room. Everyone has their own space with the upstairs and downstairs along with the private suit above the garage. The kitchen provided any cooking utensil you could need. The views from this property are breathe taking and complimented a five minute drive into town!

An alarm went off during our stay but was quickly reset. Property managers were quick to respond. Awesome house, but if you are there in the winter, definitely get a 4 wheel drive

Beautiful Home
Our family (7 adults) stayed here for 1 week in September. The house and views were absolutely beautiful! We even saw a few Moose one morning! The house had everything we needed during our stay, and everyone throughly enjoyed our vacation in Breck. We can't wait to come back again!
