We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Had everything we needed for our trip, plus some. The home is close to plenty of golf courses, restaurants, casinos, and Old Town Scottsdale. The hosts are very communicative and are quick to respond. There was plenty of space for 6 guys to sleep comfortably. The hosts were very thoughtful in their organization and attention to detail. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had the best weekend at this Vrbo, the check in process was amazing and easy, the house was so organized and stocked with everything you would need and more. The property manager answered all of my questions before I arrived and while staying the weekend. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this Vrbo to anyone!

This VRBO has everything you need for your vacation. It is the best stocked rental we’ve ever had. If you forgot it, they probably have it. Besides the typical pots and pans,plates,etc- they have spices, aluminum foil,ziplock bags, wine glasses, first aid items, make up remover wipes. I could go on and on. The only thing is,it is actually a 4bedroom, not 5 But it worked out. Also, there’s a lot of check out work that needs to be done but overall this place is a great location, well stocked and had a great yard. Great communication as well. Don’t let the summer heat scare you away as they have great AC too!

We stayed a couple of nights here and enjoyed the pool in the back quite a bit. Conveniently located to downtown Scottsdale. The house was very well taken care of and offered enough space for our family to enjoy our stay. The big dining room table made it easy to enjoy meals together. The pool was the highlight of the stay. Our kids spent most of their free time at the house out there.
The host was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Check in was mostly smooth, though the app to unlock was a little funky to get to work. Check out was ok too.
Some of the place was a little off, with some dirty dishes put away into the cabinets and some of the landscaping overgrown (covered up a bit of the putting green). We did find a bag of bachelorette party favors that were pretty inappropriate for the young kids in my group to stumble upon. I’d suggest keeping that kind of stuff more hidden away to avoid other children from finding.
Overall, this was a pleasurable stay and I’d recommend it to others looking to stay near downtown Scottsdale.

This house is amazing! We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was a great location- very close to Old Town. The house is spacious and the hosts have everything provided to make your stay comfortable. The host was very communicative throughout the stay. Book this place, you won't regret it!

This home was absolutely perfect for housing my team. Our host was very communicative and helpful and also had snacks and coffee and water readily available to us which definitely saved. Our lives. Home is very nicely furnished, beds are comfortable and numerous, we could not have asked for a better stay. On top of all of that, the backyard has everything you need to stay in for a day to recover and recuperate from the hot, Arizona sun.

Friends came up to help celebrate and we were all impressed with the house. It was exactly as advertised and more. Everything clean, stocked and labeled. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Beds were great. We loved the pillows LOL. There are ceiling fans and stand alone fans for added cooling or heating.

Where do I begin… the home was better than advertised. Super clean and had everything we needed. The homeowner was super helpful during our check in process and during our stay. Communication on suggestive local attractions was also helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful property and location to enjoy the holiday season. We like to reconnect annually with our adult kids, and this year chose Scottsdale, AZ. Property was a gem; no surprises as compared to the online listing and description. Exceptionally clean and well-organized property. Hosts were beyond fantastic and responsive; we had one issue and they went above and beyond to resolve in a timely manner. Location was convenient for everything we did, from nearby restaurants and attractions to great hiking only 30-35 minutes away. Would definitely make a return trip.

We were so pleased with all aspects of this property, including the excellent responsiveness of the owners. Here’s how you know these are good people—we had a death in the family, so our Thanksgiving outing switched to include a funeral, and the owners left us a gift box and kind note to acknowledge our loss. The home is beautiful. It couldn’t have been cleaner or more organized. It fit all of us very well. We hope to come back in the future. You won’t go wrong with this one.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Xiomara was great to communicate with and answered our questions right away. The house was well stocked with just about anything you might need. Just hit a grocery store for food and you’ll be good to go! Beds were very comfortable and bedding was nice.
My one and only complaint was the plug in air fresheners. I get migraines and am very sensitive to artificial fragrance and chemicals. If this is something that bothers you just make sure you ask the owners ahead of time to remove them.

We had a lovely time swimming in the pool. The home was beautiful and the mattresses super comfy. It had all the amenities we needed and over all, we are pleased with our stay. Note, although fees are pretty standard when rules are broken, the list for this home was long. Additionally, we were informed after it was too late to cancel that the home is surveilled via camera at the front.
These are not necessarily a deterrent to staying but really something that should be stated prior to reserving the home.

This home was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend in Scottsdale! Very clean, well decorated, stocked with all the essentials, and to top it all off an amazing pool! The location was great and only a quick Uber to all of the hotspots around! I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Scottsdale!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, we had the best experience! The house was perfect for our group of 10 and was fully stocked with anything we could ever need in the bathrooms, kitchen, pool area, etc. The hosts were very communicative and made the check-in-and-out process very simple. The location was convenient as well. A quick Uber/Lyft ride from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Our group of seven could not imagine a nicer house to have stayed in for our long weekend in Scottsdale. It was a beautiful home with many items on hand and available to us. The hosts are communicative and FABULOUS. Xiomara came right over to fix the outdoor lights by the pool when we let her know we were having trouble working them. You will enjoy your stay here. I booked this house for a group of 11 people and it was perfect! It was the cleanest rental house I’ve been to and there were SO many amenities. The property owner was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I highly recommend this house!

Amazing family all "girls" retreat
We had such an incredible time at the Village Grove. The house was spacious enough and comfortable for all 7 of us. The house was the best equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in. The owners were accommodating and quick to replay to any questions we had. The house was immaculate. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Awesome, read the details!
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean, labeled and well stocked. It is a beautiful home and has everything you could need. We had a group of 11. Technically, yes, this property does sleep 14. However, our group of 11 felt crammed. There are three private rooms, and one other room that technically sleeps 5. However… If you are a group of adults… the room would only comfortably sleep 3… maybe four if two people are a couple. To expect 4 people to sleep on bunk beds (even though they are queens) is a lot. The ceilings are low and the bottom bunk doesn’t give enough room to even sit up. Also, there is apparently a fine for excessive trash….for a group of 11, for 4 days, it was really hard to determine what was considered excessive trash…. We ended up dumping some trash at a friend’s house to avoid the fee. Like I said, the home is beautiful and has everything you need., just be sure to read ALL of the rules.

One of the BEST vrbo experiences ever!
We have rented multiple houses in the Greater Phoenix area over the past 7 years. This house is by far the best ever! Xiomara is such a considerate host. Whatever the photos look like on the vrbo site, believe me, this house looks so much better in person! And your host will provide you with more supplies than you have ever experienced before! Don't go to the grocery store until after you check in. We were bowled over by what was provided.
The house is in a really safe neighborhood, with easy access to Old Scottsdale and lots and lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
We are 70 year old hikers. While we couldn't walk to any of our hikes, the home is a short drive from Piestewa, Camelback, McDowall Sonoran Mountain Park, etc.
We wanted to book this house again next year, but it is already booked for most of February and March of 2023! We are hoping to get back to this great place another year!

Spectacular Scottsdale Stay
Perfect house for the family while in town for a wedding. The house was immaculate and even better than pictured. Super clean and everything was very organized and easy to find. We loved the welcome basket of goodies. Located in a great part of town with easy access to everything. Being in walking distance to breakfast burritos was an added plus for a group of New Mexicans! Xiomara was very responsive to our last minute request to heat the pool. A great time was had by all.

Great trip for the hawks game
Great property.
The house is in a great area that is really close to Old Town. We arrived later in the evening but the house was easy to find. The only hiccup was with trying to figure out how to unlock the front door with KEVO App. A quick call and we had it figured out (directions in the welcome email might be good though).
The house was in great condition and fully stocked with everything you would need for a great vacation. There might be a few too many air fresheners plugged in because the house had a very strong Lavendar smell. We just unplugged them and we were good to go.
The pool and the fireplace area outside are fantastic. We had the pool heated and it did not disappoint. I appreciated all the labeling on everything in the kitchen. It makes things easier to find when you know where to look.
The property manager was great and always responded quickly when we had a question.
Overall great house and would definitely stay here again.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. Wonderful shared indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy together and plenty of comfortable bedroom space to enjoy on our own. We love south Scottsdale and this location was great for enjoying all Scottsdale has to offer including walking distance to some delicious food.
