Gute Lage, sonst naja

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist schnell und zu Fuß bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert & gekühlt. Personal war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt (Flecken, Schlieren etc.) und wurde auch nicht wirklich gut geputzt.

Da rivedere molte cose ma ha dei buoni punti di forza.

Struttura in ottima posizione, in centro Catania. Struttura nuova e ben arredata. Personale molto cortese.

Molto scarsa la pulizia..oltre a trovare capelli non nostri, abbiamo trovato gusci di frutta secca a terra. Il bagno oltre ad avere un brutto odore era molto sporco..negli angoli molti residui e ogni accessorio o sanitario non era pulito. Il letto senza copri materasso e senza copri cuscino, solo le lenzuola, ma sotto non coprivano l’intero materasso e una federa era strappata. In camera sono presenti dei cestini per la differenziata, ottima idea…peccato che i bidoncini erano veramente usurati, sporchi e con le etichette ormai sbiadite. Dovrebbero controllare meglio le pulizie. La colazione viene servita in un bar convenzionato ma comprende solamente 2 scelte, prendendo un caffè e un’acqua non è stato possibile avere nulla da mangiare…quindi la colazione offerta ha un valore pari a 2/3 euro. Хотелът има страхотна локация, в сърцето на историческата част на Катания. Точно до хотела се намира и автобусната спирка, където може да бъде взет автобус до Летището или Централна автогара/ЖП гара. Персоналът е много любезен. Стаята се почиства ежедневно.

Teljesen a központban van, tiszta szállás!

A hotel szinte pont a buszmegállónál van, a központban. Bejelentkezéskor a hölgy nagyon kedvesen, gyorsan elmondta a tudnivalókat. A szoba megfelelő méretű volt. Hűtő, légkondícionáló van, sajnos vízforraló nem volt, így se teát, se kávét nem lehetett csinálni. Fürdő és a törülköző is tiszta és megfelelő méretű. Naponta volt takarítás, ami elfogyott, pótolták.

Az ágy elég keskeny volt. A reggeli nem a hotelben, hanem a hoteltől néhány lépésnyire volt. Ott kávé és tea közül lehetett választani és még egy péksüteményt. Ez elég kevés, de az olaszoknál ez megszokott.

Отель стоит своих денег. Центральная улица.

Видно что был ремонт. Розетка у кровати. Холодильник работал, кондиционер тоже. Ставни закрывались. Горячая вода была. Было много вешалок. Расположение на самой центральной и чистой улице, остальные улицы завалены мусором. Вечером все с подсветкой, приятно гулять.

Страшная пошарпанная лестница, старинный лифт. Узкий санузел, сидя на унитазе перед глазами - стена. Мало крючков в ванной, точнее их нет. 3 держателя на все полотенца. Завтрак по талонам в ближайшем баре (круассан и кофе). Катания - грязный город, не могла дождаться, чтоб уехать, 2 дня показались вечностью. Это про город, не про отель. Фотографии не делала совсем, нет ничего примечательного.

Migliorabile

La colazione vai al Bar da PAM PAM, a fianco del B&B ed è molto buona. Posizione centralissima in via Etnea,. Ok disponibilità del Personale; Pulizia Ok.

Arrivo insieme a due persone over 75 anni, consapevole che c'è l'ascensore visto che il B&B è al secondo piano ed invece lo trovo GUASTO. Rappresento la situazione alla reception, e mi riferiscono che si era rotto il giorno prima di Natale. Ci devo credere??? Mah. Ho preso una camera con 2 letti singoli; Bagno: nella maniglia porta asciugamani ho trovato messo, 2 asciugamani da bagno 2 asciugamani per il viso e 2 asciugamani per il bidè. Praticamente per loro, dopo aver utilizzato ogni asciugamano si sarebbe dovuto metterlo a posto sopra la stessa maniglia. Per me meglio di no, Sinceramente avrebbero dovuto installare due porta asciugamani adiacente il bidè per gli asciugamani del bidè. Non vi è in bagno a fianco il lavandino un mobiletto dove appoggiare un beauty case, quindi molto scomodo per farsi la barba o eventualmente truccarsi. Ho dovuto abbassare la tavoletta del wc per utilizzarlo come appoggio. Mahhh. Nella camera invece vi era solo una sedia dove appoggiare i vestiti mentre in camera ero con un altra persona quindi sarebbe servita un'altra sedia. Sicuramente migliorabile con poco per raggiungere il voto di 10.

Piacevole

La struttura ha una posizione centralissima. Ben collegata e servita da tutto!

La stanza era un pochino buia, comunque la vicinanza del palazzo prospiciente toglie luce e luminosità. Ma di certo, trattandosi di strutture antiche non se ne può dare la responsabilità alla gestione. Invece, se possibile dare un consiglio, all’interno del bagno (molto, troppo piccolo) si potrebbero mettere dei ganci per appendere i teli da usare in doccia. L’appendino è distante ed uscendo dalla doccia si è costretti a bagnare per terra per recuperare il telo. Materasso abbastanza rigido.

Pozione ottima, è un b&b non un hotel, un mio consiglio è di andare in coppia senza figli o con figli autonomi.

La posizione, è molto strategica in quanto si trova sulla via principale.

Avendo un bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo ho avuto un po’ di difficoltà nel salire e scendere dal palazzo. L’ascensore è molto vecchio e molto piccolo. Quindi io dovevo salire 2 piani con il piccolo in braccio e nel frattempo mio marito in ascensore con passeggino chiuso, borse, e quant’altro.

Very friendly hotel in perfect location

The staff is super friendly and supportive. I had a few extras to ask and this was never a problem. The location is fantastic, nice surroundings and also very central and in close walking distance to sights. The breakfast cafe was very nice as well. A typical pasticceria with typical food, and you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view of Mount Etna :) Also the staff there was extremely nice and helpful.

Nothing really. Just a hint that there are a few stairs to enter the building and the elevator is pretty small.

I liked the staff, they were very nice. I recommend to order this hotel directly from them as booking has horrible customer service.

It was cleanish, the soaps were tiny, the bed is two single beds put together. The breakfast is coffee and pastry from a coffee shop next door.

Good location

Good location, quick access to town, train station 15min walk, bus to airport across the street. Clean nice room.

Hotel doesn't have them own reception. Any information about that, after someone let us in for the while we was standing in corridor , than from other people find out that reception is under another hotel name, which is same floor just opposite. Didn't like bad. As a couple we felt like slept separate, becouse double bad is basically 2 single beds merged together with 2 single mattresses and on top double bad blanket. So all nigh keep slip in in gap between. but it is jut my preference. In general good hotel to stay for one night
